Now that the strike is over, when should we expect to get your podcast back. I really loving hearing your review and I like to see other sides of the episodes to help me agree with my opinion or help sway my opinion or even sometime change my mind. Can’t wait to hear new podcasts. Scott

Came here to see if anyone else was as bothered by the one guy’s swallowing/gulping/lip smacking as I am. Considering it’s mentioned in reviews from 10 years ago, I guess they don’t intend to fix it. Annoying!

I want to say I really enjoy your podcast. I look forward to it every year. I’ve been listening to it since the beginning. Your reviews of American horror story are very insightful. I like how you go in depth and I really appreciate your opinions and insights that said. I can’t believe your decision not to review the current show that is being aired regardless of the strike. I understand your passionate thoughts. But how does your choice affect the negotiations between the unions and these large corporations. They’re going to show AHS despite the strike. The strike is going to go on for a long time because it’s not against the media corporations. It’s is against the large IT corporations, who are never fans of the unions. For example Google, Amazon, Apple, COMCAST, etc. Also, people are just gonna go to other sources of media to get daily entertainment content. Why not reviewing AHS? What are you really trying to prove? I truly understand your decision, but it makes me really sad. Well, I’ll wait till you start making you AHS reviews. That said, I don’t expect it until 2025

I used to listen but the whiny hosts make it impossible to continue. Then the new episode pops up on my feed and they’re explaining why they are boycotting doing a podcast on the new season because of the writers’ strike. Oh please, get over yourselves. Don’t act like doing this podcast has any effect on the strike or that continuing would be detrimental to their cause.

I have been following for years and I feel like I have grown with the podcast. I started after they did Asylum and before Coven and been with them ever since. Every year I tune in and every year I feel like I have met with an old friend. I go back and listen to old episodes and feel like I have stepped back in time. The content is amazing and the hosts are great. Definitely worth your time.

Seriously, the best of all the AHS PODCASTS around. I’ve looked for one to enjoy and every other I found very annoying and I was unable to finish most of them. These 2 are fans of the show but don’t just think that everything is awesome because it’s AHS. They are honest and fair with the episodes, give a great review of each episode, as well as great discussion points after the reviews. They let each other speak and don’t try to talk over each other so it’s very easy to listen to. Very responsive on their Facebook page so if you have a question they typically answer it, possibly on air!! Really the best AHS pod around, try them all and you will find yourself back here. Hands down the best AHS podcast I’ve heard and I’ve been watching since the beginning. The hosts (Tyler & Kris) always have strong takeaways and thoughts regardless of the season and/or content. If you’ve been looking for an AHS follow-along, you’ve found your show :-)

Currently am rewatching AHS for the first time and pairing it with this pod! They pick up on things I don’t notice and make the overall AHS so much more enjoyable with all their fun facts!

This is a good show, it can be very enjoyable. Unfortunately both of the hosts allow their liberal politics out too often. If I wanted politics I’d listen to a political podcast. If they kept their politics out of TV review show, it would be 5 stars!

AHS is about REAL, epic, American Historical Events-it’s not just some quirky horror show. They don’t teach you this in history class! It’s the BEST pod for detailing every episode of AHS’ seasons to a ‘T’! Absolutely fantastic tv series!

To the person who asked if anyone cares what they are sipping on- yes. I absolutely do. I love this podcast. These two are awesome and so insightful. Some of my favorite people and content!!

Truly enjoy the conversation and appreciate this pod creating another space for the AHS community to discuss themes, details, and predictions. Great chemistry amongst hosts as well! Whether it is immediately after the episode or a few days after, the hosts clearly watch and discuss with intentionality. Much like the show itself, the hosts are able to connect to current events from the storylines and how “horror” is subjective to its audiences. Constructively, the audible sounds of swallowing your drinks of choices and the tongue clicks before speaking can be distracting. As someone who is particularly sensitive to those noises, it can make some episodes difficult to enjoy/listen through to the end.

Live for this podcast! I listen to quite a few but I’m most excited when this one comes out! Please continue forever thanks

While the two hosts do a great job of letting each other talk but keeping the flow going, phrases like “she’s pretty hot for a horror freak” are a hit of a turn off so just a heads up this one isn’t for everyone.

I love this pod and the dynamic of the hosts. I understand that the ritual is a very slow start to every ep - small talk, what are we drinking tonight - but I always yell at my stereo to speed it up. It takes a good 5 minutes for them to get to episode discussion. Just FYI. Keep up the great work, guys!

I’ve been having major AHS withdrawals waiting for the new season after not getting one this past year, but I stumbled across your podcast and haven’t been able to stop listening! I binged every single episode over the last six months, and now it’s my go to. Thank you guys for keeping my favorite show alive!! Can’t wait to hear your take on the next season!

I restarted AHS from season 1 and have been listening along with these episodes. Kris and Tyler have made quarantine a little less horrible and give me something to look forward to after every episode. They are funny, thorough and just plain enjoyable. Feel like I’ve made new friends. Can’t wait for a new season next year!

Such a great podcast for these times. I love their thoughtful commentary and appreciation for all things AHS. So looking forward to many more!

I so want to like this podcast. These guys have such interesting insights. But it is u listenable because the one guy does all this weird swallowing and mouth sounds like he is drinking and I can’t stand it. I have tried again multiple times but I just can’t. Sorry guys.

Great podcast! Listening to these guys really makes me appreciate the episodes even more. I started listening to them at the beginning of AHS 1984. Keep up the good work!

I want to like this podcast but the main podcaster always sounds like he’s rushing and out of breath. And omg the lip smacking. It makes it so so SO hard to listen to this. I don’t know if it’s like a dry mouth thing or talking too much at once. Maybe doing smaller segments to take breaks and rest or something would help, but it just makes it so hard to listen to them. The other guy is fine, but man that rushed talking, hard swallowing and lip smacking is painful.

Love the pod, it’s awesome hearing these guys talk about the show especially because they’re long time watchers. Always look forward to their take on the episodes.

I been a year of AHS and Ryan Murphy for years and i look forward to this podcast just as much as the show. Keep up the good work Kris and Tyler.

Really enjoying the analysis! Very insightful and entertaining. Love the banter between the two guys as well. This would have been a well-deserved 5 stars except for two things: Tyler speaks too fast, which makes it a bit hard to follow what he’s saying and also leads him to stumble on his words - maybe slow down a little. Also I love dogs but Kris, maybe keep him out of the room when you’re recording. The whines and barks are a bit distracting. All in all though, you’re one of the podcasts I look forward to the most every week. 😊

Overall the show is really good I was enjoying it to catch up however I have got to find another podcast as I cannot get over the lip smacking sipping swallowing that one of them does constantly throughout the show it over powers anything else it’s going on and maybe not hugging the mic when you talk would be helpful in avoiding the sound that you hear constantly throughout every podcast if you can handle those annoying sounds over and over again through every single season you will enjoy it

I agree with you on TWD. I haven't watched that in so long. I am actually wishing the AHS season this time was longer. I think this season with Apocolypse was the best one.

I listen to podcasts to get me through work! I’m here for all fan theories and fan opinions. When I’m not listening to true crime pods, I will try to find the best podcast for my fav shows like Game of thrones, Stranger things and of course... American Horror Story. I just found this podcast and it was a pleasant surprise! I love Kris & Tyler for a few reasons, 1 - they do not give negative reviews like some other pods and 2 my sons names are also Kris and Tyler lol. I wish you guys also recorded episodes on GOT and Stranger Things but I guess I’ll just listen to your episodes from previous seasons that I missed! Keep it up!!! xo

Love this recap so much - because they not only recap but go in deep with figuring out why! & explaining what just happened! Even better that there are two points of views - And that makes me understand & love the show even more! Also i havnt watched All seasons so really love how you both explain the characters now to how they were on last seasons- explaining to me who they are!! For a show where the hosts state they don’t take themselves seriously, they speak as if they do. This podcast is lacking and the audio is scarier than their attempt at a hot take.

Jumped on board a few seasons ago, when I realized I needed an AHS podcast in my life. When Kris and Tyler started the episode talking about their drinks I knew this was the one for me. They are always on topic, not scared to say an episode was a bummer (lookin’ at you Sojourn), and always encourage listener feedback and theories. Keep up the great work guys!

Absolutely my new obsession! As an avid fan and self proclaimed expert on the American Horror Story Universe, I get frustrated when reviewers don’t do their homework let alone the extra credit, but that is not the case with Tyler and Kris. They both clearly know their AHS canon and their commentary on story, character development, shot composition, and theories is rich and insightful, and I’ve gone back and listened to many of the previous seasons in between their new episodes. Keep up the great work!

Love this podcast, it’s great because they go over the entire episode in so much detail, I always feel like I understand the show more thoroughly after listening. I also LOVE when they spot out “Easter eggs” and discuss fan theories. You should do podcasts dedicated just to that. I’d listen! Thank you for doing this podcast!

I’ve listened to all the AHS podcasts and these guys a far ahead the best out there. There are some details that get misremembered or missed but overall it’s a great podcast about the show. I have went back and actually listened to every episode! Really good stuff.
