Wonderful
I listen while walking or driving. It serves a great source of inspiration in between time spent privately on the Yoga mat, meditation cushion or in class. Any Yoga practitioner will enjoy as well.

The yoga podcast rocks
Love how Claudia dives deep into all angles of yoga practice and carefully curates her guests. The podcast is entertainment, real yet enlightening. One of the best when it comes to serious yet unpretentious yoga practice. I highly recommend it.

Explores the philosophy behind forms of Yoga
This is a fascinating interview show. Claudia Azula Altucher interviews yoga masters in the various practices and their philosophies behind their practice. It encourages me to learn because I like to know the “whys” about what I am doing. Yoga can be such a spiritual practice and this podcast covers both the physical and spiritual. A great listen.

Enlightening
I thought Yoga was just for stretching and flexibility. This show has opened my eyes to how much more there is to it. The guests go in depth on how to use Yoga as a means of getting in touch with your body, mind and breath. Non yogis will find some of the vocabulary confusing as its specific to Yoga study but I was able to follow the general thread. Claudia creates a conversation rather than just a Q and A which I find makes for a nice listening experience. She’s curious about not just the persons teachings but about the person themselves. We learn by hearing about how they relate to Yoga in their lives or, more pointedly, how Yoga is their way of life. Highly recommended to those looking to get use Yoga as a means of getting closer to themselves. Thanks Claudia!
