No holds barred and enjoyable takes. Who needs family friendly all the time? Great quality interviews in a more relaxed atmosphere. Love to hear the guests let their hair down and enjoy themselves. Don’t let the f-bombs fool you, the content is great as well.

I have never thought I’d rate here but after your rant on this weeks episode(3/3/2020) I’m convinced. This show is amazing. If you are a Nole fan this is a must listen podcast.

Listened to the latest episode and I completely agree with Trey. Took me a little to give the Rowlcast a shot but I love that he offers the other FSU outlets the opportunity to come on and talk FSU unfiltered (after listening to the Nolecast for a year I was shocked to hear him on the Rowlcast and loved every second of it). I hope his rant is heard by others and the team reaches out to apologize just so Trey can get the chance to turn them down. Also the only FSU podcast I listen to that gets in depth when it comes to men’s basketball and gives the guys the credit they deserve. Super Producer’s Basketball Minute has been on point every week and I can’t wait to see what the two of you put out in the future. Keep up the great work!

I like to listen to this podcast in various different places, but most of the time I just listen to it in my car. Naked.

Trey has quickly ascended to becoming one of the top FSU podcasts! He brings a boatload of energy and enthusiasm to his shows, and his style is different than any other show. More along the lines of the Big 3 Rollup, this is uncensored and unfiltered content, that is a great break from any other show. Trey is funny as _________! This pod is a must listen!

Really like this podcast. Would have given 5 stars but for the guests. Love when he has had Ingram on, not so much when it’s Newberg (boring)! His wrestling takes make me laugh if he is doing this podcast without cocaine I’m even more impressed.

Absolutely hilarious. Very genuine, which makes it even better.

Trey has made this pod uniquely his own and it’s great. Love the interviews with former players and the direction of the show even in the offseason. The dynamic of he and Josh Newberg is great too. Look forward to each episode to drop so I can get my FSU news and some entertainment in one place. Keep up the good work.

Trey has put together a great podcast for any FSU fan! He’s incredibly entertaining and has had some phenomenal guests so far. Last episode with Kiko was brilliant. Keep it up Trey! It’s been awesome to watch this show grow. Look forward to the next release!

I was reading the review last review that said trey was annoying. I do not believe this to be the case. Trey brings really good energy to his podcast and has great guests which, if you listen to any of the big FSU podcast (not saying rowlcast isn’t big) like warchant, on the bench, etc. they can be kind of boring sometimes (looking at you Bsonnone). Trey is always cracking me up. Keep up the good work Trey!

Been listening from the beginning and I like it. Really enjoyed the Greg Reid and Wilder interviews. Trey is funny but can be a little annoying at times when he interrupts the person he is talking with. That’s my only beef, overall it’s a solid podcast.

You can tell when a real Nole is doing a podcast and that interview with G5 was as fun as it gets. Let’s get all the formal Noles we can on the podcast.

How many no name podcasts out there are able to secure a Doritos Cool Ranch sponsorship off of potential alone? I’m waiting.

This podcast is a Five Start Frog Splash in a world full of basic diving cross bodies. To say that this podcast is refreshing is a lazy usage of the English language. Trey delivers like a midwife episode in and episode out. If I had to choose between listening to this podcast or seeing the birth of my children, my only concern would be making sure my phone is fully charged. I give this pod 5 stars along with 2 claps and a Ric Flair....WOOOOOO!!!

I was sitting on the pot and trying to do my thing but the block of Colby Jack cheese I ate the night before was clogging the ol’ pipes. I decided to listen to the Rowlcast to kill the time. Oh man! I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. I love the use of FSU news that is mixed with humor from professional wrestling and pop culture. Needless to say, the laughter shook up the digested government cheese and I was able to unleash fury on the toilet. Thank you Rowlcast for the assist. If I can ever pay you back, you can find me in a van you know where...

Glad I found out about this show. Trey can gab with the best of them and I love the cool pop culture references. My man also sounds just like Ziggy from season 2 of The Wire.

You can't find a better podcast on here. Love the FSU takes and the wrestling crossover moments. Makes me want to hear some fantasy booking. I'm thinking Korey Mangum going one on one with the Undertaker
