Omg i love riverdale in season 5 and 6 it like spirals out i feel like though Kevin was gey and how old is everybody in season 5-6 and i think bughead should have stayed together stop hatting is there a season 7 and jughead never had anything he lived in a school closet for a while

This is a great podcast! It’s the first Riverdale podcast where people don’t insesently talk about bughead. Love it sooo much. You guys are so fun to listen to! Oh and one quick question What’s your guys opinion on jeronica,(Jughead and Veronica). I just feel like they would be so much more interesting than the current relationships.

I just found this podcast a couple weeks ago and have binge listened to it! The hosts are awesome. The guest hosts are hilarious. Having watched the first 4 seasons before finding this I was impressed how accurate some of their predictions were! Highly recommend giving it a listen!

I look forward to listening to the Riverdale aftershow every Wednesday! I love the hosts Frank, Dontairra and Katie, they always have interesting insights.

I’ve listened to this podcast since season 2 of Riverdale. They have had a lot of different co-hosts. This is actually they best version I’ve heard so far. Their dynamic have pushed this podcast to become one of my top three favorites. The recap of the episodes are comprehensive yet they keep the conversation really fun. It’s a great balance.

Frank is great but he needs people to talk to! The producer Ryan doesn’t seem to really watch the show.

I've been listening to this podcast ever since I started Riverdale (bt s1 &2) and I enjoy it, but sometimes it's like some of the hosts don't know how TV works. Maybe they're playing it up for different viewpoints or something, but most of the time I'm rolling my eyes.

The hosts are basically hate-watching the show at this point, and are angry about what it has become. Their criticisms are valid and well supported. I just can’t say that their overall take resonates with me because I’m still largely on board with the schlock of Bizarro Riverdale, so it becomes a dead horse if you don’t share their frustration. (I could have used this type of podcast before I gave up on Walking Dead. I was holding on for too long in denial as Scott Gimple was destroying everything that was good about that show. I could have used the eloquent, analytical commiseration.) AfterBuzz usually provides Entertainment Weekly level, slightly fan service-y podcasts. This podcast gives more of the hard-hitting, slightly snobby analysis I usually expect from Bold Move. It’s well done; just know what you’re getting, because it’s not typical for AfterBuzz.

Riverdale has been an obsession of mine since the beginning & part of the enjoyment is following up the show with the Afterbuzz TV Riverdale panel. It’s so much fun to listen to Ben, Sam & Frank discuss the good, the bad, & the absurd. Keep up the great work!

Just started watching this show and read the comics in late 2017, just watched S2 and ready for S3 in 2018 of October... can’t wait! I’ll give this podcast thing a shot, bet it’s good if it’s by a celeb source company AFTER BUZZ! Cool! 👍🏻

I love how passionate this panel is about the show, I wound up binging most of Season 2 on Netflix due to having a busy schedule and falling out weekly viewings after the first 4 episodes aired. I think Riverdale season 2 was interesting. I always love hearing the guys thought on the panel. Shoes like tend to divide the audience after a big finale. I loved binging season 2 probably more than waiting weekly because it was just easier to get through episodes for me. I didn’t think I would be interested in the show when it started originally but I became hooked very quickly in the first season, while season 2 had a couple of episodes that weren’t the best I still am a fan of the series and can’t wait to see what happens next. The twist in the second season finale with the black hood was I believe more fun for me to see since I binged a lot of season 2 and didn’t know what direction it would take. I now believe Polly Cooper is working with all of the people wanting to corrupt Riverdale like Hiram who basically now owns all of the Southside and got rid of the Serpents. After that last look we got of her face at the end of the season she could be evil now, or maybe pretending to be with them but I doubt that. Archie getting arrested makes things a bit interesting going into the next season. The romances on the show might become stale after awhile so I’m in the minority in still rooting for Archie and Betty to wind up together someday, probably not happening in season 3 but I think they could happen at some point of the show or just wind up together in the end of the show.

The best riverdale aftershow

I used to really love listening but the last few episodes, esp the most recent about Ch. 33, make me feel like the hosts aren’t even fans anymore! I get it, you don’t like the acting and feel the stories are fluff. You think the season is too long, etc. But if this show gets cancelled or truncated bc of all the griping I’m gonna be so mad! It’s hard to tell if I’m listening to a show for the fans or the haters anymore!!!

This show is great for listening to the opinions of other people on what’s going on on Riverdale. I love listening to this podcast and all the host talk about what they think is going to happen next week. 10/10 👍🏻

You can tell that this group really digs this show just as much as I do. They have such passion, and enthusiasm when doing the podcast. It also helps that Ben Bateman is a stud!!!!

Almost thought this podcast was the best one out there until this dude asked which of the two leading ladies is prettier. I’m not sure what that has to do with anything or why it matters at all. Super shallow and a huge turn off for me. Good theories and discussions, but the two male hosts seem a little uninterested in the show.

A great group of panelists discussing one of my favorite shows. After the finale episode, all the guys should go shirtless. I’ll donate a dollar to charity. I can’t give any constructive criticism besides removing Chae Jones. (Think, slow down, and speak) And I’m not trying to be rude or shady as I myself have trouble with speech. Anyways, in the end, it’s an awesome recap.

Happy to have found this after show. It’s nice to have a good review since sometimes I miss things while watching live. The hosts are fun and they seem to love the show just as much as the fans do. My only gripe is with Ben. He seems to brag a lot a kid meeting the cast at SDCC.

It is so awesome to listen to people talk about your favorite show. I love hearing all the fan theories and just love how excited the hosts are talking about the show.

I think everyone does a fantastic job on the podcast it's just I feel Joelle interrupts others often. I don't want to offend her or anyone else on the show I just think it'd be nice to have everyone have their thoughts equally expressed. Still 5 stars guys!

Third Riverdale podcast I've tried and finally one I'm sticking with. They're actually accurate and understand basic pop culture references, unlike younger or less experienced hosts. Professional & diverse.

Strong insight, plot predictions, and awesome guests!

This after show is alright, but it bothers me they talk all over the place about the episode. They don't discuss what happens in order so it feels like they miss a lot even if they aren't. It's more of just a few people discussing a show they like, not structured as an aftershow podcast.

So seems each panel MUST have a gay person? Ok, but to then call every white male lead's character a prideful, then be upset if certain characters are not being gay enough or some other perversion is getting really old. The host of this show is great, some of the rest not so much. They could be, if they would just talk about the show and stop trying to influence us with their ultra liberal agenda.

I have not seen one episode of Riverdale. Because you all do such a good job of recapping and reviewing the show, I am able to hold hour long conversations with my buddies that do watch. I can't wait to actually find time in my busy schedule to actually watch the show. I know Im gonna enjoy it just as much as your podcast. So glad the show is being renewed for a second season. I will be stealing your talking points next season as well.

The podcast is exactly what it should be. Riverdale is a fantastic show and it is hard to find people who enjoy it as much as I do. For a podcasts that focus only on one show this is the best podcasts I've heard.

I wasn`t sure on how Riverdale was gonna go, and the trailers didn`t give me very high hopes, but the show has sucked me in. I have been enjoying the aftershow as well with there very interesting discussoin. There discussion about the show, and references and comparisons they make to the comics and to other shows do add more to the conservation. Loveing the panelists and enjoying the show. The only thing that surprised me was that the resdint Archie Comics expert Jolle didn`t bring up Archies romance (and marriage at one point) with Valerie now that he`s been hanging out with the Pussycats.

The CWs Riverdale has big expectations for it and the pilot certainly lives up to it. And so does the Afterbuzz Tv recap of show. Hosts are knowledgeable about the many tv shows that Riverdale encompasses bringing up Twin Peaks, The OC and more. They were knowledgeable about the behind-the-scenes stuff of production for the show. They are knowledgeable about Classic Archie comics. It's a great recap for fans.
