Robert and Russell are two of the best in the real estate world. I love the fact you all bring in experts, but hearing from you guys, more often would be great. The two of you have the ability to tell us how it is, while being optimistic. I know you two probably don’t think of yourselves as motivational speakers. But to me this is one of your major strengths. I need more of you talking about mindset and all of the other emotional stuff while blending in the education that you all provide.

Wall Street Journal article May 23, 2022 exposes frequent guest Brad Sumrok AKA “APT KING” as a charlatan. Reflects badly on a otherwise informative show. The Real Estate Guys should be more careful who they associate with peddling bad investment.

I used to enjoy listening to this podcast. Robert and Russell have morphed into Dooms day peppers. They used to give non bias info but constantly bring on old kooks saying how America is terrible. They are trying to use scare tactics to keep them and their guest pockets full. I’m sure they will have a canning episode, a candle making show and a bunker prep 101 summit at sea in the near future. They should take their own advice and flee America, go live on a coffee farm maintained by local poor people.

Robert and Russell are excellent hosts who put out great content each episode. The guests they bring on are top notch and you’ll come away with valuable insights each listen. 10/10 highly recommend subscribing!

I’ve been listening for almost 4 years now and this is still my go-to podcast for financial strategies related to real estate and staying abreast of the economic effects on real estate. Fun, informative, and quality production!

The RE Guys are a must listen to. They provide information that is balanced and free from hype. They discuss the pros of cons of their topics and practical advice on how to execute. I’m 30 years old and it seems too many people my age just want to subscribe to the ‘hype’ of RE and take zero action. This show isn’t that. Thanks for all the information and content you put out!

This podcast is gambling that they’ll fit in x amount of commercials and listeners will stay tuned in. It’s probably why they’re not the front runners in finance/economic related podcasts. I will say that the information is useful. You just need to decide if you can put up with the advertisements.

I’ve been listening to The Real Estate Guy’s for about two years, and have learned so much about markets, the economy, preservation of capital, and raising capital. They have the best guests, and they them selves are a wealth of knowledge. I recommend this podcast often.

So much of this podcast has shifted to paid or self promotion it has lost the value of listening to it for me. Smart guys but I just do not have the time to shift through it anymore.

These guys know their stuff and the guests they bring on are high quality.

By far my favorite podcast around, it’s a must listen for me every time a new episode is released. I’ve learned so much from the RE Guys in the couple years I’ve been listening. They have a great knack for breaking things down in RE and the economy and helping you read between the lines so it all makes sense. If you’re not listening your missing out on an invaluable education!

These guys are great. I not only learn more about real estate investing, I often pick up insights for running my existing business. I highly recommend.

This podcast is basically just an infomercial where they try and sell their seminars.

Although I respect the hosts of the podcast. The podcast it’s self isn’t focused enough to keep listening. It’s just too many advertisements and banter. In one hour episodes 20 minutes could easily be cut out.

Russell Gray and Robert Helms are class act investors and teachers in real estate education. I have been a Real Estate Investor for over 42 years now and still learn a lot each time I listen to one of their Podcast Programs. I have had the privilege and honor of meeting both of them at events. They are true mentors to others which I deeply appreciate. My family appreciates the fine service they provide to all listeners.

I really like the content, but I've never seen this many ads on any podcast before. Please guys, cut the ads back to just at the beginning or end instead of all the way through. It's extremely frustrating to listen to so many ads. You have great content but it gets lost in all the ads. Please, please, please cut back some of the ads so we can actually enjoy the content.
