We are heading into a five-part series as we begin 2018. We are calling this January series The Healthy Way because we will be discussing healthy approaches in various areas of our lives. From fitness to finances to relationships, you won't want to miss the sisterhood walking through the doors the new year has for us in health.

We kick off our series with our friend and fitness coach, Tammy Strait. We begin our conversation, and series, talking goal setting. Why do we set goals? What do we get out of the process? And what happens when we don't achieve what we originally set out to do?

We move into more specifics around fitness. As Founder of COR44, Tammy understands the building blocks of fitness. We talk through efficiency, motivation and weight and cardio training. An approachable discussion at a time of year when many of us are evaluating our fitness and making a plan (or setting goals!) in this area.
