This is the best of the Seminole podcasts. Period. Fantastic insight!!! Bud you’re a little too old to use the term “mid” 🤣

Great info
Living on the West coast this is my go to. FSU pod to get the real news and expectations of the team. Ingram being a part of Battles End brings some unique perspective on recruiting and NIL. Bud is always on recruiting and depth chart.

Must listen for FSU fans
I’ve always been a fan of Bud on twitter, and finally started listening to the Nolecast this last season. They bring a refreshingly honest take to FSU football, and I cannot recommend it enough for fans of FSU and college football.

Great season
Loved all the content all season long. I always feel ahead of the curve on recruiting, roster management, and opponents after listening to you guys. Plus the bonus cash from Bud’s Prize Picks is much appreciated!! Would love to know you thoughts on if/ how to prevent future Orange Bowl situations from happening again. I know Bud mentioned letting the Bowls negotiate with the Universities directly. Love that idea. But some commitment from the schools needs to be part of that negotiation. Give them a couple days to get with their teams and make sure there is buy-in. Injuries happen and I understand everything that happened this year. I just don’t want it to ever happen again. Thanks again for everything you guys do and huge appreciation for you Ingram and TBE. This season never happens like this without TBE. I truly believe that. Tony

Nolecast is getting better every year
Like a classic tv series the Nolecast builds on itself and is really hitting its stride!!! Well done. Minute 55 and later of the Nolecast was fire on the 12/27 edition. Bud and Ingram have gotten even better. Grade A FSU football content.

Best content
Love it! Excellent, non-bias content…

Whoops
For weeks Bud Elliott dismissed fan comments and said an undefeated FSU would be in the playoff, no question. Dude couldn’t level with fans because his job depends on the CFB scam. A once-great sport is just gross now. Who cares about recruiting and weekly results? It’s all a con.

The best!!
No other podcast needed. Shoot straight and tell it like it is. The BEST!

Honestly probably the best FSU analysis you can get
I started listening back in 2017 because I could tell Jimbo was checked out and the team was falling apart but no one would listen to me because I only had my gut and my eyes and a little insider info. The validation when I came here was very relieving. Y’all haven’t led me astray since, and I listen to y’all three times a week every week. My family and friends have started asking me to summarize the podcast because of how solid the information is. If you’re looking for an FSU podcast, look no further, this is the one. You’ll impress everyone with what you learn here.

Did I just hear you gloss over a “Battles End tequila” ?

It’s okay…
Ingram is great, and really a bright spot of the pod, but my gawd Bud. Be a little more humble with your opinions. You take a strong approach, jam it down throats, but refuse to ever circle back when you’ve been dead wrong. Portal is a great example. “If they are in the portal, they’re in there for a reason”. Oops. Like maybe to get better or win games? Such a colossal miss, and never a discussion surrounding that. Just the hope that people forget. I could list 20 more topics that were butchered and ignored. It’s hard to listen to.

Long time listener. No game analysis or much insight. He just read off the roster and commented that each was great player.

Good
I’ve listened to a lot of FSU podcasts, but this has quickly become my favorite. It seems like the least bias and settles my expectations from being overblown

Simply the best!
I’ve been listening to the Nolecast for about 8 years now and it’s simply the best Noles podcast out there. Bud and Ingram compliment each other perfectly. I’ve always appreciated that they tell you what you need to hear and not just what you want to hear as a fan.

Linebacker preview was a rough one
Not your best work boys…. But still love the pod! And will continue to listen.

Mailbag!
Hey Bud and Ingram. Love the show and have been listening for years! Are you concerned at all that the WR unit is a bunch of “Cadillacs” without a good change of pace guy? Similar to Clemson a couple years ago? Wright and Hill are unproven and Douglas doesn’t seem to get the ball in his hands much. Wilson, Coleman, Bell, Williamson, and Kentron look like big physical outside guys to me only. Thanks!

Question
Gents love the show!! Random question….would FSU want Fiske medically redshirt and be 100% in 2024 then maybe a less than 100% in 2023? I think with the growth of the younger guys this scenario might be best case for 2024.

Best FSU podcast in the business
Bud and Ingram are the most down-to-earth and knowledgeable FSU pod cast hosts there is! No fluff all facts! If you are the faint of heart type fan who doesn’t want to hear the truth, don’t listen to this podcast. They speak the truth and provide a very in-depth perspective to recruiting, coaches, and player evaluations. These guys are passionate about what they do and it shines through with every episode! Great listen every time!

Loooooooong time listener!! (Eight years as of Feb.)
How goes it Bud and Ingram? Thanks for always producing such great and succinct content. You two always keep the trivial and speculative items to a minimum. To many more episodes!!! Cheers to eight great years!!!

Great podcast but losing MO.
Love Nolecast, but last show about ACC conference woes was awful. Ingram’s equivocating over what he can and cannot say is increasingly annoying. Needs to figure out what he wants to do soon. Otherwise podcast will crash and burn. That would be a shame.

Excellent Podcast for many years!

My favorite pod
These guys know the noles in and out. Average Nole fans come learn about your team. Bud and Ingram are fantastic. Great analysis. My only con is there is a lot more live YouTube shows now that takes way from the traditional podcasting.

Best FSU podcast and it’s not close
Honest reviews from 2 guys who love the Noles. They are not going to sugar coat things and they are normally right when they give an assessment. Lots of great info from very informed guys. My go to Noles Podcast.

Best FSU football podcast.
Best FSU podcast there is.

Best FSU podcast out there
Bud and Ingram bring both an entertaining and informative look at the Noles. At the same time, even as fans, they both try to be realistic about the program. If you want fans who shoot straight with you, this is the show.

Tired of metrics
Great guys who really know their stuff but can bud lighten up on the inside baseball chatter? I would prefer more discussion of players and areas to improve and a more macro discussion. Also, team is actually exceeding almost everyone’s expectations for this season and yet bud starts the podcast on a negative note

Five Star Pod
Best FSU podcast for football, no debating. Kudos to my guy Bud Elliot.

First,there is football
Female listener! Love the show thanks for increasing my football IQ Can we not be drunk guy to do an instant reaction podcast? The instant reactions should be called drunken reactions. Guys it is PAINFUL. You are so much better then this!

Long time listener, revising my review
What was once a very in depth review and forecast for FSU football has turned into about half that, and half betting analysis on the next game and many others. Not sure if that’s part of the deal with prize-picks or not, but I end up fast forwarding or just skipping over half the pods now. I think their intent and interest has changed, which is fine, but it’s just not the “FSU pod” that it used to be. But hey, if you wanna hear about how many fantasy points WR #2 may get against Ball State, listen to the entire pod.

Great Show!
Great Show and Great Sauce! We blend 50/50 Louisiana Hot sauce and Mayo into squeeze bottles and put them on wings, tenders and it makes the best pan fried eggs! One drop doesn't do it! 1000 drops does!

Meh
More enthusiasm on their sponsors or if fsu covers the spread or not than the content they actually talk about.

The Best FSU Podcast:
Long time listener, obviously love the show. I have a something I’d like y’all to discuss in long form if possible this week. On Fuller, giving up 31 to Wake given their offense and injuries on our defense isn’t the worst result in the world, all things considered. I’d like to hear a discussion on the merits of making that blanket statement. We’ve sat in base 2-high shell all year. It’s limited the big plays we’ve given up undoubtedly. However, even with giving up only 31 we were atrocious on 3rd and 4th down. An 18 play drive when we needed a stop punctuated this point. Bud has spoken many times on the merits of gambling to create havoc plays on defense and potentially trading some big plays given up to do so. Is this years FSU team a team that would benefit from that? Many times we are running the same base 2-high with some occasional delayed safety/LB blitzes mixed in. Fuller’s defenses have continually failed in critical situations. JSU, LSU, Wake, etc come to mind. Is it time to accept that Fuller is an average DC, not awful, but also that FSU could and should have a better coordinator on staff?

Go To NOLES Content
I started listening to Bud and Ingram on Nolecast regularly about the time rumors of Jimbo leaving surfaced. They always give an honest, realistic take on the Seminoles and the state of the program. Love their well balanced approach and insights to coaching staff, players, play and recruiting. Love it!

To be honest, I know very little about football and I was never an FSU fan until I started working on a PhD here at FSU. Nolecast gives me all the info I want to know, so that I can keep up with the teams… Fast forward. Still listening to the Nolecast. I’ve only been a fan since 2018… and I don’t know how to be a fan of a winning team, but I’m starting to adapt!

My favorite pod
Lifetime Nole fan and recent graduate here. These guys are as good as it gets. True fans that stay as objective and realistic about the state of the program as possible. They have great chemistry and both bring a unique perspective. I look forward to listening every time an episode drops.

Great podcast. Genuinely appreciate how…
…Bud and Ingram don’t unnecessarily or rudely criticize the players. They are respectful of kids who perform poorly, while still providing accurate analysis. Other podcasters could learn a thing or two. Really enjoy Bud’s analytics.

Keeps me interested in FSU football and informative sports talk that isn’t uninformed opinion and banter 😂

Longtime listener
Loyal listener since maybe 2009 or 2010 from the tomahawknation and SoundCloud (or maybe even earlier) days. Sounded like they broadcast from the moon. Really enjoy these and it’s been great seeing these guys and the podcast grow. Appreciate their honesty.

What happened to these guys?
This used to be my go to for Noles football. Been die hard since the late 80s and an avid Nolecast listener since 2013. They stopped their positional preview halfway 10 days ago. Season starts in 5 days. I had been sensing a drop off in their enthusiasm but this is so odd. Disappointing. Bud and Ingram may just have too much going on that this podcast is no longer a priority.

Real talk 🔥
If you’re looking for someone to lie to you, this isn’t the podcast for that. They give an honest perspective on all things FSU 💯

Balances out FSU coverage
Great when you want to listen to the negatives about FSU sports especially football. There isn’t a more arrogant negative person you can listen to than Bud!

Great Show
Bud and Ingram provide insight into FSU football and the athletic department as a whole from a unique angle that I find myself willing to trust more than almost any other FSU outlet (shoutout to my guys at Noles247 as well). I have become a loyal listener over the past 18 months or so and find myself yearning for the next episode during these slow off-season months. Keep up the good work, fellas!
