Just the right thing
I came across Dr. Puff's podcasts and books by accident and have been listening and reading them for the past 6 months. They are wonderful. Dr. Puff is so sincere and even shares parts of his own journey which gives everything he does a personal touch that helps you connect. I can't recommend all his podcasts enough - its the best medicine you could possibly take.

I like the podcast but not all are available for download. It is like reading book from the middle. Why?

Helpful
The most helpful of all the podcast. Gives a great deal of incite. Able to relate his personal experience in a quest for peace in such a way that I could believe I could and have found more peace than I could have imagined. I found I was able to use his instruction with enthusiasm as opposed to a struggle.

to sleep and to wake
Excellent podcasts. I have tried the ones to sleep (after waking fitfully at 3 am and trying nearly everything to get back to sleep), and I was guided back to a peaceful sleep for the rest of the night. I have also tried the #45(b) for mornings, and it helps get the day off to a peaceful start. Thank you Dr. Puff!

I just started meditating on a regular basis about a month ago. I'm so grateful for your free advice on the mind and your free meditations. You have a great voice for me to easily fall in to a resting state of just being and feeling alive. I really like long pauses in between your sentences cuz I'm a beginner and it helps me slow things down better. Please don't stop recording!! I'll update in a few months !!

Soothing voice - good content - I return to it often
Dr. Puff offers wonderful content. I have had Dr. Puff's soothing and hopeful voice in my ear as I got on a plane, sat in a dentist chair, duing an sleepless night, sitting on my mat in the AM. He is proof that there is good in the world. Plus, he is knowledgable, insightful and has a true passion for meditation. Worth a listen!

Wonderful meditations
All of Dr. Puff's meditations are great. They really help you in starting and continuing to meditate. Whatever specific issue you want to focus on there is a meditation on it. All of them are relaxating and great for your mental health. Highly recommended!!!

Best one I've found
I'd searched through many meditation podcasts before finding this one, and this is my favorite. Certain voices are annoying to me while others have absent or distracting background sounds. Content is important to me too. Dr. Puff's podcasts work for me. His meditations almost never fail to get me into sleep mode (I use these because of trouble sleeping) despite being only 10 minutes long, and his longer "lectures" are quite informative and encouraging that i've listened to them several times. Very good quality for free content. I'm now planning on going through and listening to each and every one of his podcasts!

Excellent in so many ways...
I'm a huge fan of Dr. Puff's work. He puts out three regular podcasts and all of them are well worth listening to. This is some of the best free content you'll find online, in my opinion. That said, I do also recommend visiting his site and checking out his longer works... which are available at a very reasonable price. This particular podcast is excellent for beginners, or avid meditators, in my opinion. Meditation is a tough subject to talk about because so much of it is beyond words, as they say. But, Dr. Puff does and excellent job of making these concepts easy to digest. His upbeat and positive attitude is absolutely infectious and it's clear that he's not just a teacher of these theories, but he practices them, himself. I hope Dr. Puff never stops producing these shows. They're invaluable for so many of us.

Great short meditations! Soothing voice
Dr. Puff has a lovely voice and for a busy person the breathing meditations at 10 mins each are just perfect. I use them as I awake and right before sleeping. They are a gift!

Informative and enlightening
I'm not very knowledgeable about meditation and previously wasn't really interested in learning more. However, lately I've found that there are a lot more stresses going on in my life both in my work life as well as personal. I found that my mind was never resting and therefore I couldn't relax, ever! So, thats when I thought about trying to delve into meditation. Since I didn't know anything about it I do what I do now whenever I want to learn something new, I find podcasts on the topic. This is the first one I found and after only a few short episodes I've found that not only am I more informed about meditation but that I'm actually beginning to apply this knowledge and I can feel my mind quieting itself. I think this podcast would be helpful for anyone who wants to know more about meditation.

You learn new ways on how to relax and take care yourself, its like lifting a ton of weight off your shoulders. Great Work
I really enjoyed the meditation for pain and the mountain top meditation because it actually felt relaxing. I felt as if I was there, smelling the Earth and relaxing by myself with no one else for miles. I am definitely going to make this a part of my daily routine.

Worth your time for peace of mind
Do you every wish there was a way to appropriately relieve stress, anxiety, and frustration without going anywhere, paying fees, or making things worse? If you have not subscribed to any of Dr. Puff's podcasts, you are missing out. Sometimes applying the simplest things can be the most challenging. Dr. Puff provides practical tools that are so easy to apply the only way you can choose not do them is to definitively say, "I do not want to feel well!" From his audio books to his weekly podcasts to the Holistic Success Show, these resources are beneficial for individuals, couples, and yes even families. The fact that they are free illustrates his willingness to share his expertise and show how much he believes in the power of people to choose to become aware and live peacefully. So try at least one of the resources. What can it hurt? The cost to you is nothing more than the time your already spending.

Simple, Profound, and True
We have all tasted unhappiness. But how many of us have taken the time and energy to identify its real cause? God has given Dr. Puff the insight and energy to learn what unhappiness is, why it happens, and why our usual strategies for avoiding it fail. He has learned exactly what typically goes wrong and what to do about it. His approach, which really is a synthesis of the wisdom of many spiritual leaders, may sound deceptively simple. Some people ask, "How could the truth be so simple?" Perhaps our problem is that we have not yet fully dedicated ourselves to living out the simple truths we already know... (Save for retirement, eat less and exercise more, do to others as you would be done to). Perhaps our tendency to complicate our theories, rather than putting them into action, is one of our many self-defeating strategies. The truth in this podcast is as concise as it is profound. If we have exhausted dozens of complicated failing strategies, this is the one to try next. Dr. Puff is the happiest person I have ever met. Express Your Anger and Still Be Kind-Life Changing Podcast!!!
How awesome to have this whole book on audio for free! I read the paperback book a while ago and got SO much out of it – it’s really great to have it as a podcast now! I’m someone who had never been very comfortable with expressing my anger, so I didn’t have a real problem with “blowing up,” but I did have a problem with “bottling up” my feelings. This podcast/book has helped me learn how to be more comfortable with my own anger & validate it. This has given me more courage to speak up when I need to, without being abusive. I also like how Dr. Puff explains the difference between sadness and depression. For me the strongest point of Anger Work: How To Express Your Anger and Still Be Kind is the balanced approach indicated in the Title. I’ve known plenty of people who were in touch with their anger, but they were scary and often mean. How freeing it is to find a way to experience and express my anger without losing my humanity! Dr. Puff lists so many different hands-on exercises for dealing with your anger: (pillow-pounding, painting, batting practice, journaling,etc.) that I could safely say it has something for everyone, even if your personality is very different from mine.
