I know I’m late to the game, but I only recently watched The Leftovers. I basically binged it, and I’m so thankful to the fact that Blake mentioned the show several times on a different podcast. Mary & Blake are top tier podcasters, and I absolutely love that they have gotten better and better over the years.

I was introduced to Mary and Blake through another podcast (which I also love!) and was delighted to see they also watched and appreciated The Leftovers. M&B had deep and thoughtful insight on this fairly heavy show and I really enjoyed their thorough analysis. It was like discussing with family. Highly recommend!

Found this series from your discussion on other podcasts Outlander Cast and This is us too. I was looking for something to watch with hubby and The Leftovers has been a great ride. But i can definitively say that I would not be able to get through this matrix of a story plot without Blake and Mary’s analysis. Blake’s Dante’s Inferno reference was so great I loved it and it unraveled this complex plot line. Thanks guys great work

Hey guys, I know this is long overdue and probably doesn’t mean anything now, but I thought I’d say THANK YOU. I wish I had known about your podcast when the show was still on. Loved the show and I’ve rewatched many times. It’s cool to know there were others out there who loved the show as much as I did. I feel like I need to revisit the show every year and that’s how I came across your podcast. Love your insights and humor.

I love the Leftovers and, given the dense material, I am always eager for the analysis of others so I listen to multiple other podcasts about the show. That said, I have tried this podcast multiple times and just can't get through it. This podcast is light on real analysis, they play too many clips from the actual show rather than talking about the show in a meaningful way and... the singing is incredibly annoying. Blake and Mary seem like nice people and I'm sure some like their style, but not a very good listen from my perspective.

An absolute MUST for a show like The Leftovers! They recap, but more importantly discuss with depth, humor, and insight. The only thing I wish differently is that I found this in season one of the show! Mary and Blake are wonderful, even if they are Patriots fans. Do yourself a favor and listen!!!

Mary & Blake, thank you for producing this podcast. You guys have amazing insight, and I love listening to you digest the series in real time. BTW, Blake, don't feel bad about your habit of saying "My love" on the podcast. I took it as a sweet affectation/tribute to the show. Of course the only person who should have an opinion on the matter is Mary. If she appreciates it, you shouldn't be ashamed of it.

Glad to have found this podcast! The first review I read was a real Downer so I read more and discovered that's the only downer. Don't know what is wrong with that Cardboard. Maybe they need to wear white and start smoking a lot of cigs. Anyway I enjoyed Blake (Haven't met Mary yet. This week was her birthday and she was given time off). I love the Leftovers. I can't believe that this is the last season. Looking forward to more sessions at least for the rest of this season.

Just found this podcast at the start of season three. Great recap for fans of the show. It's like chatting about your favorite show with a couple of your friends. Best part: I went back and downloaded all of Mary and Blake's old podcasts from season one. Their recaps are a great way to refresh your memory on all of the crazy happening in Mapleton and Jardin.

Interviews are great, the rest makes me cringe.

It was a solid listen. Nothing out of the ordinary. The one thing(and this is more on me than them) is I couldn't stand hearing the husband keep referring to his wife as "my love."

Mary and Blake are a joy to listen to! Like many others, when I started watching The Leftovers, I didn't know anyone else who did! It left me thinking I might be as crazy as Kevin Garvey for hanging on, but it's such a good show that I became obsessed all by myself. Thankfully, by S2E2 I was no longer alone on this insane journey (my bf is now also obsessed). And now as S3 begins, The Living Reminders podcast makes me feels like we finally have other people to talk to about wacky theories, hilarious moments, and the deep human emotion that Damon Lindelof invokes in us all. After bingeing on all previous episodes, I am delighted to recommend this podcast!! Mary and Blake are a delight, and I can't wait to find out where S3 takes us all. --Claudia in Berkeley, CA

Mary and Blake's passion for The Leftovers is off the charts. (And their passion for each other is also clear). They are a joy to listen to and they unravel a show that is not straight forward and a challenge to interperet. The Leftovers is not my favorite show but their discussion offers me a level of enjoyment I would not otherwise get.

I started listening late in season 2 and I liked it so much I am listening from the beginning. I like the leftovers but I needed a podcast because I was confused. I listened to a few different ones and this was best. Bonus the episodes they chat with people from the show its so insightful and the chats are amazing.

After watching season two of The Leftovers, I've become totally obsessed with finding out as much as I can about the show. I've been looking up interview articles and then decided to look for a podcast about it. After listening to a few episodes of the Living Reminders, I've really come to love hearing Mary and Blake's thoughts on the show as well as the thoughts of other listeners. And their interview with Damon Lindelof really sealed the deal for me. Thanks for the thoughtful analysis and fun conversations. Looking forward to season three!

Not a good listen plus this show is easily one of the worst you could watch because yes answers and proper character decision making matters and this show is a hot mess. Bird in the box, everyone upset over common daily things(unrealistic)...hmm ya okay, just not good writing. The podcasting community in general does not watch good shows and only feed the lowest common denomintor while begging for money one way or another.

Thank you for the insight, for gathering the info, for being analytical, for being something that I can look forward to after each episode! I love podcasts and yours is done great. Holy crap, only one more season of this show? SAY IT AINT SO!!!! I want more but I guess this will have to do. I look forward to next season’s podcasts too. Thanks, guys!

If you love the show The Leftovers, then do yourself a huge favor and subscribe to this podcast. This couple knows their stuff, and are never pretentious about it. They have members of the cast on all the time and they are incredibly interactive with their fans. Their love for the show beams through every podcast! If all that doesn't keep you coming back, the Maryisms will. This is a 5 Damon Podcast.

This is a fantastic podcast and I am now an avid listener of it. This show is completely worth your time, with so many podcasts out there - you owe it to yourself to listen to such an amazing podcast. Also, I like it better when they use their accents - Know who you are and accent accordingly.

I clean offices in my spare time to help pay my college loans and keep a nice roof over my two kids' head. The Leftovers is literally the only show that I am interested in -- and this podcast makes that time cleaning offices go by so much faster. I truly enjoy every minute of your podcast including but not limited to your input, opinions and all your little one's cooing and cawing.

Discovered the show after they discovered me and I was honored with "The Tweet of Week." And since then the show has been required listening. Love it! Look forward toit almost as much as I've looked forward to every episode of The Leftovers this season.

This is a fun podcast! Since I know no one who watches the Leftovers, listening to Mary and Blake is like having friends to share the show with! I highly recommend this podcast, and their other great podcast, Outlandercast.

Mary and Blake not only do a great job dissecting each episode of the fantastic show The Leftovers, they are also hilarious to listen to. Hands down, this is my favorite cast for The Leftovers. They’re honest about their views on the show, and not simply fan-boying this show (although with Season 2, it’s kinda hard not to). They do a thorough review of each episode, and a fantastic job integrating views other than their own - listener comments as well as Brian Davids. Bonus: Felicity’s running commentary. That kid’s going to grow up to be a great podcaster.

They are so knowledgable and really help me sort through one of my favorite shows! Not to mention that the occasional baby coos are kind of what I live for. Keep up the great work, you guys! Your analysis is so spot on, it's scary! :)

I discovered Mary and Blake halfway through this season, and have been looking forward to their deconstructions after each episode ever since. They are passionate, funny, and have a lot of fun while breaking down the best show on TV. One suggestion, I think they should change their rating system to “Lindelofs” instead of “Damons.” It’s so much more fun to say! Looking forward to the ultracast, and can’t wait to hear them again next season!

Having discovered this podcast post season one it was a pleasure to catch up before the current season. I'm a fan of both Mary and Blake's egregious New England accents hahaha. Their theories and discussion of the episodes keep me engaged enough during the week to prepare me for what I would call my favorite show since Breaking Bad.

It has great content and energy, but when the word "Miracle" can't even be spoken once without someone singing it - it gets annoying. I listened to TenThirteen, and the whole conversation stopped because she wouldn't stop singing.

Since the Leftovers is super high concept it is so hard to grasp all the little details, but Mary and Blake always pull through. You guys are awesome! I love listening to the podcast after the show airs.. i wish I knew about it sooner!

Often confused about the HBO show "The Leftovers"? Yeah, me too. Fortunately, I have Mary and Blake (and occasionally their daughter) to help me sort through this compelling series. You can tell that they're big fans of the material and offer intriguing theories and insights. They are a charming couple with great chemistry. Definately worth your time...

My wife and I talk all week about how excited we are for Sunday and the Leftovers. As soon as the episode is over we start talking about how excited we are for the Living Reminders Podcast to post. It’s the perfect companion to the best show on TV.

I just started listening to a bunch of the Leftovers podcasts. Really, they are all quite good! I guess smart people like this show ;) Praying there's a third season so I can listen more. I enjoy the companionship between Mary and Blake and the baby coos in the background. The (Boston?) accents make me smile and remember Leftover Lovers are all over the place (I'm in CA). I dig this couple & the Leftovers making the show a real pleasure for me. This cast is a Far Bit Better Than “INTERESTING” as it rolls with you through the nooks & crannies of the show. Their personal insights along with a healthy dose of fan injection make it a great listen… Carry on the good work you two.

The only thing better than watching the Leftovers is listening to Blake & Mary analyze my favorite show afterwards! The Living Reminders is the best podcast about the Leftovers and i push it upon everyone I know! Blake and Mary are always just as excited as me after each episode. They seem like such a cute couple, so down-to-earth! It's always eye opening because they usually point out something I hadn't thought of. More bonus points for loving their fans so much! I also like all the sound effects (we can't go back Kate) and now I am dead set to watch Lost after this current season of Leftovers ends. It's great to know that there are more people in this world that are just as obsessed with the Leftovers as I am. PS love their accents!!!!

I'm not going to lie! I get a little "Lost" after some of The Leftovers episodes! Im not terrific at spotting the little clues and "Easter Eggs" left for us and I'm left with TONS of questions! Questions that I pester my husband with for days! I love that fans have this podcast & these lovely, intelligent, fun and insanely intuitive peeps (Blake & Mary) to help us through each and every episode! This is the podcast and these are the peeps to listen to for scoop! A+++

This is a terrific podcast, thoughtfully prepared and entertainingly presented. Mary’s humor makes it work. Good analysis of the show. Too many podcasts do little more than relate what happened in the show.

I anxiously await Blake and Mary's podcast each week to "reheat the leftovers"!! They have a fun dynamic (often including input from baby Felicity in the form of adorable coos) and lovable east coast accents. They have a great format of segments, including a full recap of the episode with their own insights and predictions sprinkled in. I give Mary & Blake 5 Damons!!!

So look forward to listening to Mary and Blake discect and rhapsodize over The Best Television Show That Exists Today.
