I started listening to Kevin’s LeadX podcasts when my boss left because I wanted help to get his job. Here I am 3 months later with my first leadership position. Kevin, I literally used things I learned from the LeadX podcast in my interview. My gratitude today is for YOU!

This podcast literally changed my productivity and mindset. I have used the ideas from the interviews and Kruse's insights to change my workflow and business strategies into something that makes me feel like I am winning everyday. This is a HUGE shift since my previous workflow made me feel like I was failing everyday. Great content that can be applied to any small business!

This is a great podcast. It is the perfect length for my commute to work. Each episode has great information. Some days I walk into work and am able to use the advice immediately. Wish I'd started listening earlier.

Very useful and relevant content to modern day corporate challenges

I am a podcast junky and Leadx continues to be one of my favorities. For more than a year, I've tuned into Leadx on my morning ride. Joined the Leadx Academy in Spring. And, getting 1% better everyday. Due to a heavy travel schedule, I've missed a few these past few weeks. So, how refreshing to listen to Dan Diamond, MD on culture, engagement and investment. Eye-opening on how much organizations lose annually due to disengaged employees. He talked about heros and victims. ANd, I loved when he asked "Even if your situation isn't great, are you invested to make it better?" I tihink we call all realate to less than perfect conditions. Thanks Kevin and team... I love this podcast! I chose to become a small business owner because I’m passionate about my business and my mission. I was a communications major and had several years of professional experience before starting my business. However, there are many things that my experience didn’t prepare me for when it comes to running a business. I am always looking for ways to earn my own business degree, so to speak, by having a mentor, reading books, and listening to podcasts that teach me and move me forward. LEADx is one of my favorites! It’s part of my personal business school curriculum.

A really insightful and entertaining podcast! I particularly enjoyed the episodes with Ken Blanchard and Morton Hansen. It's become part of my regular podcast rotation.

I can't recall how I stumbled across this podcast, but it's been a great addition. I love the way Kevin describes leadership at the end of his podcast, and I can say that while I don't officially have a title that designates me as a leader, it's always good to dress for the job you aspire to. Episodes are succinct enough that I'm gaining just the right amount of knowledge for my current situation.

As a young leader I find the content very informational / applicable. In a short time I feel as though I’ve elevated myself and my team. The last three professional development books I’ve completed have come from these interviews. Providing even further insight and growth. Keep up the great work Kevin!!

I’ve listened to all of Kevin’s Extreme Productivity Podcasts and they changed how i manage my personal and professional life. When I heard started listening to Leadx the messages were different but just as useful. As a Financial advisor I don’t management many people but a couple associates. This podcast has helped me manager my client expectations, given me more insight on how they think and work and helped me think outside the box by trying new and innovative techniques. I walk to work and his 15-20 min podcasts are the perfect length. We are all busy and I don’t have time to listen to a hour long podcast. This is a must listen to for managers, soon to be managers or anyone in sales. Highly recommended!
