Thanks! One of my favorite spiritual podcasts!

Honestly this is a great podcast, very helpful for most I’m sure. My criticism is that if you are truly struggling and are at a very low spot in your life… this show can come off a little too optimistic, a little too positive. There’s a vibe of “I was struggling too, then all I did is learn to love myself and everything got better!” I’m generalizing but it just feels very unrelatable at times. I realize this is more my problem than the podcasts, but still lol

I have been listening to Lavendaire everyday for the past 2 months and it has helped me so much, I appreciate her and her words. Thank you for helping me on this journey of life 🫶🏽

I’ve been listening to the Lavendaire Lifestyle podcast for years. Even when I just tune in for background sound while doing a task, I end up becoming so serendipitously inspired. I just listened to the Kristina Bazan episode and I had so many takeaways. Thank you Aileen & guests!

Recently i’ve been wanting to learn more about hollistic health, and i found Aileen on tiktok, and was so happy to hear she has a podcast! Just the kind of podcast I wanted to listen to during my 10 hour work days 🤯

This is hands down my all time favorite podcast! Aileen’s voice is easy to listen to, the guests she has on are always amazing, and the rage of topics is… iconic. I am so happy to have found this podcast, it has been a blessing in my life in more ways than one. Thank you Aileen for sharing your light and showing us all how to live a more authentic life being ourselves unapologetically.

I always go back to listening over podcasts over and over again! Aileens voice makes me feel safe and relaxed. I am also a first gen asian american when she does touch on that subject it makes me feel like she’s speaking about own life. I also feel like I relate with most things she says. I love this podcast, I’ve never listened to one before, but after I watched her channel, I knew I had to check out her podcast. After listening, I’ll never part from it 😂

Whenever I feel unbalanced I love listening or watching Aileen’s podcast and videos to just help recenter. She has great advice from creativity, to spirituality, to business and all of her guests are amazing!

The title I just created says it all. This podcast seamlessly melds deep wisdom with a solid grasp on the ideas and reality of today.

It’s so inspiring. And I love that at the end Aileen gives some takeaways from the podcast in case you forgot something from the conversation. I also love her voice, its so calming.

I’ve only listened to a few episodes so far, but I’ve loved every single person featured. Every time the episode ends, I feel inspired and amazed. I check them out, follow their socials, and just build my community of support. I love Aileen for making this podcast, for being an inspiration talking to inspirational people every week who tell us their stories, their projects, their hardships, and their wise lessons they’ve learned along the way. They all have their own social story that leaves me in awe every time. And the podcasts are so natural too, Aileen is such a great host and it always feels like a conversation between close friends. I as a listener feel included all well. It truly has motivated me to love myself and treat myself better because I’m so proud of all those business women, content creators, and teachers who treat themselves and others with passion.

I am so very thankful that I found this podcast when I was at a place of peace. This podcast helps keep me sane. The value I get from this podcast is priceless. The guest and the solo episodes. Every episode I listen to I always have these amazing Aha moments that truly change aspects of my life for the better. Especially when I implement the advice into my life. The interviews are amazing and I’m a note take so I love that Aileen reviews the key points of the episode at the end! Highly recommend!

This podcast is great it gives so much detail into important topics and the guests are all very informative but Aileen keeps interpreting the guests by saying yeah yeah and it is distracting. But overall it is a great podcast

I looove Aileen and all the work she’s doing online but her podcast is my favorite. The creative artists she has on as guests are all very inspiring. My favorite was Tj Lee and Karen Rosalie. I think Aileen is extremely good at getting detailed answers from her guests in a way that’s extremely helpful to listeners and that’s not something a lot of podcasters do, so I’m always thankful when she asks guests to go a little more detailed. Can’t wait for more episodes

Honestly the Lavendaire lifestyle is one of the best podcasts out there. Aileen really knows her stuff and she brings on so many bright individuals, entrepreneurs, and influencers onto the podcast. If you want to take on a new chapter and dive into self love and wellness, then I recommend her podcast!
