I’ve been following Crystal for some time now, and let me tell you she never disappoints. I’ve read her book how to be HOT and it changed my life, helped me to have healthier relationships. I love this podcast, as it discusses taboo conversations that most are afraid to talk about. Crystal, a confident women to me: A women who owns her energy, knows that she will makes mistakes and does not let that hinder her. She is brave, genuine, and fierce. She vibrates energy others flock to. She is brave, strong, and courageous.

The podcast is sending love. I had subscribed to it thanks to the gentle voice of the host, which is good to fall asleep with) Sometimes I didn’t agree with her takes but it’s quite ok. I had unease listening to the recent episode about IVF as a man but I like that the podcast was resumed. Both current anchors are nice-looking girls. P.S. From a technical standpoint, audio quality is great!

Host makes you feel like a friend of hers by the way she talks about herself and topics. She keeps it real. She cusses here and there but the content is on point. Host is Very knowledgeable and the topics are relatable for women of all ages (maybe not your grandma lol). Check her out!

Talk listen change and the entire the ladies Coach website, podcast, instagram, YouTube.. it is such an amazing and useful resource for your every day person needing some advice to your hard-core personal development student. I am a male but I Dennet five very strongly towards feminine energies and have this podcast on my weekly rotation along with others like Joe Rogan and Tony Robbins and the school of excellence. I have probably listen to every episode and a few of them more than once. Many if not all of these episodes are truly life-changing resources that I wish everybody would check out. I always find myself asking,” WHY DON’T PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS!” Especially after a really good episode. Thanks Christal and all of her amazing guests.

Christal is the kind of person who can reach into your heart and soul through your headphones! Every podcast feels like the pep talk you need to make it through the week with your sanity and womanhood in tact. Relatable content that feels like chatting with your BFF no matter what walk of life you may be in that will keep you coming back week after week!

I listen to a few pretty great podcasts, but I stopped listening to podcasts over the last weeks, and my life was not as good as it has been. Seriously, I had no clue how deeply a positive impact Christal’s podcast has had on my life until she was in Australia and I was without my favorite podcast! I realized I had stopped listening to podcasts in general because I didn’t have her show to look forward to! Just listened to episode #58 and girl— I FEEL ALIVE. I feel like I’m back on track and off of the sad and lazy train!! 😂 Thank you Christal for bringing so much joy into my life. Life is truly better with you in it! 💛

Not for nothing but the LONG intros are annoying . Annoyed to the point I had to go on here for a review of 3 stars. The topic contents are great,as well as the guests... but the long introductions are unnecessary!

Love this podcast!! So much learning and great advice! The only thing I don’t like is that when she laughs in the mic when I’m wearing headphones it hurts my ears! Idk if that’s weird or just me but just a heads up!

I just listened to the latest podcast with Zen Rose Gard and I felt like this was a great topic to discuss because I agree that we throw words around like “I’m just an empath, so I’m sensitive...” or “he’s just narcissistic, that’s why...” I think it’s good to recognize we may have both in us and that sometimes empaths can be narcissistic because they talk about how sensitive they can be to everything and how they think it’s all about them at times. I relate to empaths for sure, but I also was glad to be aware that I could have some narcissistic traits and really being responsible for how I choose to feel emotionally.

Do you ever just hear the universe talking to you and place something directly in your path when you need it? That seems to be what every episode is for me, but this week’s is sooo on point. Not only did I learn about dealing with narcissists but I also checked myself on straight up calling others a narcissists. As always, this podcast keeps me grounded, keeps me growing and reminds me that my relationship with myself comes first! Love Christal, love ZRG and love this show!

This podcast is absolutely wonderful; The only suggestion is that for listeners sometimes the guests and host whistle their S’s and it can be distracting to the message of the podcast. Perhaps look into the microphone levels

As a stay-at-home mom for 18 years whose last HS child is going off to college in a couple of years, this "how to get started" podcast was very timely and chock full of excellent advise for me to stop procrastinating! Thank you, I needed this. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because your voices are so similar that it was actually hard to discern who was speaking at times and it made it hard to follow a little bit.

I recently added this to my list of podcasts and I'm so happy I did! Christal’s insight into relationships are honest and eye opening. Looking forward to more.

Insanely grateful for Christal and this podcast!
