This podcast has inspired me to do kind acts for people that I would have never thought to do. There are so many different ways that you can show kindness that were invisible to me until I listened to this podcast!

I was going through a hard time recently, and I realized I needed to change the media I consume. I needed more positive things in my life. So I went and subscribed to a couple of positive minded podcasts that could help me reframe my mind around positive thinking. So far, the Kindness Podcast is my favorite! It’s episodes are focused, easy to listen to, and always fill me with a sense of joy. It has even helped me deal with challenging and scary moments I have faced in my life. I am so happy I have made the podcast a part of my life! 🙂

I am so happy to have found this Podcast! I have been binge listening as I sit in my basement and work on a kindness project of own own that my husband and I have been working on sloooowly but surely for nearly three years now. It inspires me and gives me strength as we approach our launch. This Podcast, and its guests are shining a light on good in the world and most importantly, helping inspire a world of change makers. I also love when my kiddos (10 and 12) walk in the room and over hear what I’m listening to and ask questions. Turn off the news friends and fill your homes with stories like these! I am enjoying this podcast so much! I seriously look forward to the times when I am able to listen. I love the variety and the length is so perfect!

Since I’ve found this podcast I’ve been looking forward to my daily walks (the time I listen to podcasts) just so I can hear more! It is so inspiring and exciting to hear stories of what all types of people are doing to spread the love in this world. There is so much variety in the people she interviews which keeps it from going stale like some other podcasts I’ve listened to. Just listening to this makes me feel like a better person and has helped me to look around for tiny ways to add kindness throughout my day. The episodes are the perfect length ! I have yet to listen to an episode of this podcast that did not make me feel great after hearing it. I also find myself telling stories I’ve heard on this podcast to friends over text messages or my family at the dinner table. Shout out to the Crazy Good Turns podcast which introduced me to Nicole Phillips by giving me her book the Negativity Remedy (that I read in like two days and couldn’t put it down). Highly recommend her book as well! I’ve already passed it along to my mom and sister because it is LIFE CHANGING!

Love listening to this. Kindness offers a way to find happiness and it is neat to hear all the unique stories and situations. This podcast helps me shift my perspective to the positive!

Nicole is ushering in an era of kindness awareness by tapping into and comprehensively highlighting the people and groups making Kindness manifest in the world. I ALWAYS leave the podcast with new contacts, connections, and ideas. I also had a good laugh while listening the other day when Nicole mentioned the time I gave her “the shirt off my back” when she admired my kindness tee when our paths crossed at a conference. The Kindness podcast really reflects the shirt’s simple message, “be kind”. Thank you Nicole!

I love this podcast! I enjoy the variety of guests that inspire us to be kind in different ways and that expose us to different causes we can support. It’s a refreshing way to spend 20minutes of my week being reminded of the good that surrounds us.

I think that “The Kindness Podcast” is wonderful to listen to in order to get you thinking about different ways to be kind. Especially now, we NEED to be kind to everyone —- not just the people that are easy to be kind to. This podcast has so many guests who have shown kindness in so many ways!!! I love it!! Nicole is a wonderful hostess and asks such great questions to her guests. They are genuinely excited to share their stories and help others learn that you don’t have to spend money to be kind. This podcast encourages kindness while exploring the realities of the daily benefits and occasional road blocks to kindness. In this first podcast, Nicole's questions revealed insights into Leon's journey and Leon's comments were both authentic and affirming. They both inspire me to be courageous as I set out to be kind. Great podcast! Nicole always sounded great when I had the pleasure to watch her on the news and now I am so thankful to hear her voice on this pocast. I look forward to future podcasts. Now I am heading off to binge watch the Kindness Diaries with my family.

The more time, energy, etc. that we focus on Kindness the more it is integrated into our lives. Here is a resource that provides an opportunity to hear examples of Kindness being lived out in a deliberate way.

I am probably not the target audience for this podcast, being a middle aged male, but then again I think everyone needs this kind of message on a regular basis. Why would you not want to be moved by kindness or move someone else with kindness. Exactly the inspiration that we need in this world. Good job Nicole.

I heard Nicole speak at our church a couple years back. She totally captivated me with her kindness, generosity and beauty! Since then, I have subscribed to and look forward to her weekly emails. As someone who listens to many self-help podcasts, I was thrilled to hear she has one now! Who doesn't need a little kindness in their life? Nicole offers reminders of how to make ourselves and others happier!

Wow! This is what I need to listen to every day for inspiration. We need more kindness in the world! My favorite part was telling us that we need to go out into the world and spend a day being with people who aren't like you. I guess we all need to get out of our "bubbles" and experience what life is like for others. Surrounding yourself with people who believe in you is so important as well. Loved this podcast and hope there are more soon.
