I was looking forward to this. To be honest I listened to only a half hour but the misogyny that exuded in that short time let me know this is not for me. Hopefully they became more conscious over time of how they talk about women and their “yucking it up” attitude. If I wanted to listen to a podcast by middle school boys I’d find one. Do better.

The world is waiting

I just watched The Jinx and of course wanted to learn more about Robert Durst. This is absolutely hilarious and I wish they would start it up again. Very wishful thinking.

Even though it may be old, this podcast is still one of the best podcasts ever. And that isn’t hyperbole. The guys use the craziness that is Robert Durst and the world that surrounds him to make hilarious hilarious analyses, great analogies, and ask the hard hitting questions. Like if he hadn’t put the darn piece of newspaper in the bag... would be have been caught? Much like Bob’s crew at the correctional institution, I wish this one would get back together and tackle the BD trial or other insane real events. I mean what ever happened to Cody? Did he survive RD and Jeanine Pirro?? Note: I am in no way making light of the fact this terrible man ‘allegedly’ killed multiple people. The poor victims deserve justice.

I am an instant fan of you guys and this commentary. Men are my favorite sort of humans, and this Gollum who belches in reaction to lying about homicide is a real study of the gender. Keep up the good work.

The guys are really funny and have great chemistry. Plus, they were the first to do a podcast about The Jinx. Some may think that it's morbid to laugh about this story but I think if you don't laugh, you cry and this podcast makes me laugh!

Not good. Not funny. Finally stoped listening when i realized these corny dudes were not going to stop trying to be funny. Heard this was a great podcast in up and vanished.

Normally that title might be a complement, but these dudes are just way too in love with their own bro-voices. If you're looking for bad comedy, not an investigative crime podcast, this is your go-to.

Funny lol subtle references and observations to a dark and serious subject. I hope these guys find another show to lampoon!!

I can't image the writers of this comedic (albeit dark comedy) thought they would be judged and rated based on their lack of investigative detective work and their audacity to not just repeat the facts from what you just saw on television…you know…the thing that your ears and eyes just experienced this story with It's a funny show with references in hopes to be one day a reference. I like the concept

Reading the other reviews, I felt compelled to clear something up. This is a COMEDY show. It says so right in the description, and that is exactly what you get. Did some of the other reviewers not read it? In the first episode the guys say their "expertise on crime" is based on watching Police Academy, Law and Orders, and getting arrested themselves! If you haven’t heard the podcast, I would suggest you listen to #8 or #9 (about the tv show’s finale or the news updates) to see what type of comedic analysis you are in for. While some of the segments in the first 2 episodes can at times be almost too irreverent (yet still funny) they get better, more focused, condensed, and funnier each podcast. I understand people may complain about some of the off-topic conversations, but they’re usually pretty hilarious. Plus, some of the questions/theories they raise, even off-topic, are both interesting and funny. I highly recommend this podcast. The only complaint I have is that I wish the episodes were longer and more frequent. We waited 2 weeks for 15 minutes?! Come on.

Didn't even make it through the 3rd cast... They don't even discuss the show!

For something called "The Jinx podcast" they get around to talking about The Jinx very little. It's like listening to three 13-year-old boys trying to focus long enough to recount an episode of 60 Minutes that they had very little interest in. Very frustrating to listen to.

The insights these guys have on Robert Durst are hysterical. I was particularly excited to discover that the show is lighthearted. I give the show a 5-toro rating.

I am three shows in and really surprised at how little these guys actually talk about The Jinx. The guys sound like they’re having a good time and all, but their digressions are a bit too many. It’s such a compelling story with so much material out there about the Durst family, Robert, and basically all of the characters involved; this show just skims along the surface.

I have to say, these guys had me cracking up —literally laughing out loud— multiple times. I hope they do other podcasts, which I haven't looked into yet, because it's great.

She had a shoutout on Twitter which brought me here. This is like Carrie On: The Sex and the City Podcast. I could listen to them talk about anything and as i would with these guys. Witty, intellectual, easy going.

Swear I don't know them. Came across the podcast looking for one on HBO shows. These three guys have excellent broadcast chemistry, are funny as hell and...on a side note, they sound pretty sexy too. ;) Their wit & timing are excellent and their analysis of the show is spot on. Looking forward to more episodes and hoping you cover other shows in the future! Thanks for the high quality show guys!!
