The podcast content is good, and she is actually easy to listen to (so many other women are SOOO hard to listen too with the valley girl drawl - eye roll) but finally one that is not. HOWEVER, I have panic disorder and I cannot communicate to you how triggering and startling your sound effect between ads/sections is. Omg, heart attach every time. Even if I didn’t have panic disorder, it’s not good and is way out of brand for this podcast and just distracting and not relaxing at all. So, good or not, I can’t listen to this pod anymore.

I absolutely love listening to Julies wisdom. As a PR Pro myself I love how she evolved in her career through the highs and lows. We all have those and go through the changes in life and how to navigate the changes. This is a must listen. xoxo ~ Amy

I started my VA business in March and entrepreneurship is NO joke 😅 it’s been a journey of a lot of ups and downs and bit more downs. I found Julie through an Instagram Ad that really spoke to me and then I found myself listening to her podcast and I think it was one of those “right place, right time” kinda things. I have been feeling really frustrated and down for the last month and a half. My business hasn’t taken off like I want it to, definitely have felt like I’ve been in a bit of a slump. And what’s the first episode that I listen to? Her most recent one where she talks about entrepreneur’s feeling like they’re in a slump and how to get out of it. Really grateful I found this podcast! I really enjoyed the episode about Julie's new schedule for 2023! It was really helpful to see how an entrepreneur and mom breaks down her schedule. I specifically liked how she talked about "subtracting" things that don't work and the importance of leaving space for creativity! A great podcast for any aspiring influencers.

Just the words I needed to hear this morning. I just transitioned a few months ago into an LLC, I hit a major wall and felt I wasn’t getting as much traffic as I needed or WANTED and that interrupted how many sales I was getting… I decided yesterday that I had to put my business out there so much more than just relying on social media, I decided to call spas in my area to see if they wanted to show case some of my products. I only made 5 calls and I got 1 yes! I have no idea how I just found out about this podcast or Julie Solomon. But, I know this for sure…after only listening to a few episodes, I was inspired to take action on a vision that I have been sitting on for 10 years!!!
