J is funny and real and you can tell that she’s authentically herself in every episode.

J has a way about her that makes you feel relaxed and understood. She’s also HILARIOUS! I love how she connects with each one of her guests. This is one of my favorite podcasts to listen to while I’m walking around the city!

J understands the power of people’s story and gives her guests the chance to share by asking real questions, and listening! So many podcasters always interrupt their guest, not J. Her interviews are entertaining and insightful. I can relate to so much - especially the decaf struggle! Stop giving me regular you crazy baristas!

Listening to J was so great- I'm just starting to work from home with my 2 month old and being able to hear a warm, relatable voice felt so good! I felt my shoulders relaxing just listening to her. Love the tips and love the length - short and sweet! Perfect afternoon pick me up!

Not to many people have the courage to share what they are going through, let alone in a way that reaches so many people! I think J will reach a lot of people struggling with similar issues by being very open with her own challenges. Great job!
