So informative!
I’ve always went up and down in my weight my whole life . Lost about 80 pounds doing keto kept it off about 5 years. Then started putting the weight back on I gained back about 25 pounds and started looking into different weight loss programs . I started looking into macros and lost 13 pounds really quickly then stalled out . I saw your food videos on TikTok and then found this podcast I’ve been listening and taking notes lol ! I finally freaking understand how to lose weight and I feel so much more free and confident and in control of my weight! I’m 2 pounds away from my goal weight and will be going on maintenance calories I’m so excited !!

Wonderful Distraction!
I love the information shared on this podcast. I’ve started listening to it on my hour long stairmaster days to pass the time. It flies by! I’m now listening on my commuter to work as well. While I love the content, I have noticed that on most podcasts, the speaker repeats certain words. Idk if this is a habit to pass time or just get more words in but it’s very frustrating to listen to this. Examples:

I love that one day I will be able to stop tracking & eventually be able to know how much & what I should consume daily to be more in tune with my body. I’ve been looking for a podcast that’s informative, yet entertaining for a while now. In addition, it including realistic information. This podcast is the best of both worlds. They’re able to share their own experiences along with discussing common issues or beliefs in the health and fitness industry. I’ve found a lot of podcasts where the hosts go off topic very often or stretch the content to meet a certain length. I don’t get that from this podcast. I’m still in season 1 and I'm amazed at how much I’ve learned and how much I’ve related to. I really appreciated hearing about Zach’s trip to Australia (I'm about to go on a vacation that I'm afraid of eating out at every meal) and this really helped to put things in perspective for me. Lastly, I respect the honesty here. Some are afraid to expose health and fitness myths, but they are not! Great job guys! I will continue to binge your podcast! P.s. go check out their protein cookie butter!! I just got the cookies and cream flavor and it’s to die for!

Typed in macros or protein in searching podcasts and this popped up.. starting with season 1 and will listen til I’m totally caught up.. so far so good. I’m eager to learn more about healthy eating style. My new focus is getting my protein. I love this podcast! They talk about current nutrition topics, making changes. They have great simple recipes and are fun to listen to. They also DO NOT spend a lot of time making annoying small talk-what a relief from some podcasts!!! Highly recommend!! Try it out!

Podcast for the Daily Nutritional Learner
I happened on this podcast via random chance from suggestions by my listened to podcasts. I am on only Season 2 as I just found this last week, but I listen daily and take mental notes. The amount i have learned AND applied over the last week have been amazing to my lifestyle. Has really helped me make better food choices while grocery shopping, and just overall more educated about my food choices and preferences. It is real talk about nutrition with the science to back it up. Love it and its super informative and easy to listen to while working. Easily become my go-to for learning about nutrition and dieting.

Zach’s whole business is one enormous ego trip and this podcast is the same. It’s rare to find someone who is so full of themselves for...offering something that a lot of people already offer? There are so many better podcasts relating to fitness with the exact same topics from people who aren’t on a wild ego trip, focused on selling products that are no where near what they’re chalked up to be. I’d recommend Chalene Johnson’s podcast, MindPump, Science Vs, The School of Greatness, and even the Goop podcast before I would recommend listening to this.

This podcast is so valuable, it has so much information in a very easy to digest format. Zach and Miguel each bring a really unique point of view to the show, they cite research and give real life examples. I really like how the show breaks nutrition down and gives you clear and factual information on an area that’s often clouded with a lot of different opinions. Life Changing Information
I wish I had found this podcast last year while I was in competition prep! I had a basic concept of flexible dieting, but this gives me a better grasp of how and why it works. The detail that Zach and Miguel get into gives me a better understanding on how my body deals with what I consume. I’m only on episode 7 of season 1 and I can’t wait to keep listening and learning!
