Josh is knowledgeable, amusing, literate and just plain old funny. This is a terrific podcast that delivers the goods.

Josh does a great job letting you know the main points of what's happening in all things NY Mets. If you miss a game, this can help keep you up to date. He is very entertaining and the jingle brings back memories of the Gary Shandling theme song, good stuff!!!

If you like what Josh Lewin does on the broadcasts, then this podcast is just the same, even more so. It’s a mix of review of the day’s activities, reports from the manager and expanded, less regulated comment on what the Mets are doing. Freely mix in some allusions to Family Guy, Seinfeld, etc. I certainly appreciated that Josh alluded to the Tony Randall/Letterman joke that I submitted when he requested jokes… He couldn’t read it but gave enough to prompt the listener to search it out. In the year that should’ve been so much better for the Mets, it’s unfortunate to have to listen to him stretch sometimes to find something to say about this team but more power to him he does it. Let’s hope he does this long enough to have a better team to report on.

Just started to listen today, but had enough fun to go back and listen to last several! As a huge Mets fan, I appreciate his take on the good and the bad and think he can let loose a bit more on this show. My only gripe? The marketing team is so bad that I found out about this podcast 100+ episodes in! So I came here to give it a shout out!

He’s the funniest, hippest, most thoughtful announcer I’ve ever heard. This podcast is a total delight. Mets fans: revel in Josh Lewin’s wit, smarts, and his unique way of weaving simple, wise baseball analysis with occasional odd and very funny pop culture references. It’s become a highlight of my day...TDMP takes some of the sting out of a Mets loss and helps me savor the (increasingly occasional) thrill of a Mets win!

Quick-witted and intelligent, a fast enough study to move from carpet bagger to adopted native New Yorker, Josh captures the game, the team and the hearts of Mets fans with depth and pizzazz. Perfect theme song. Could do without the rest of the background music.

Good=Josh does a great job keeping it entertaining and factual, anecdotes are great as well. Bad=Song is not great Ugly=do you need to ask?

Josh Lewin’s daily dedication to making a recap of even the most painful (long and late) Mets games interesting and funny truly eases my pain. His summary, analysis and banter (as a one man show no less) never fails to entertain and delight. Josh, with Howie, is our familiar, able and inviting captain on every radio broadcast. Here Josh takes that same skill and builds upon it to show us that he is a reason to keep faithful to the radio broadcast AND the DMP even when the team struggles. Thank you Josh.

If you ever wondered what goes through Josh's head when unencumbered by the strict time and etiquette constraints of the Bob Murphy broadcast booth brought to you by Bigelow, this is where you find out. On this show, he has time to make connections and analogies that do not have to be shoehorned between pitches and live ad reads. His de facto co star is the straight shooting Mickey Calloway (from the post game Q&A) on the day after games and on off days we get everything from a quirky table read of a filthy movie with Noah Syndergaard, to interviews with rising minor league stars. A great daily morning listen clocking in at 15-20 mins. I never miss it!

Josh Lewin is great on radio and he's great here as well. If you're a Mets fan, you definitely shouldn't miss an episode.

The WOR team is putting together quality game previews and analysis. This is a must listen to for all fans, but particularly out of market fans without access to SNY.

Great balance of quality Mets content and Josh’s Josh-ness. If I have one criticism, it’s that any episode without Josh being in the presence of a lounge piano feels like a missed opportunity.
