Ad read feedback
I love the podcast and I love supporting the work however I wish the ads were announced or cut to more gracefully. Sometimes the ad pops in mid sentence or sounds like a continuation of the conversation. I’m not sure how much of this can be controlled because some ads are inserted automatically but I thought you’d like to hear this feedback.

I’ve struggled with anxiety since I was 12 years old. Two years I was diagnosed with PTSD. Your calming voice is what first attracted me to your podcast. Just the calmness of your voice is what I needed to hear at first. Then once my body was able to relax I was able to soak in the information. Now playing t is a ritual for me to listen to you every night before bed. You are so calming, and intelligent! You are spot on & educational! If my anxiety ever allows me to travel I would love to meet you someday! I live in a small town in MN. I tell everyone to listen to your podcast- thank you for taking the time to help people like me.

Helpful quick calming
I only listened to the illness anxiety episode because this a major issue for me. It was lovely, a soft voice, some tips on meditation, the affirmations I wanted to hear! It’s hard to find meditations on fear of sickness. I’d be happy to subscribe and listen to more. Thank you!

Just what I needed
These are short, eye opening “pep talks” about how anxiety and stress manifest in our mental and physical selves. Mostly they illuminate how we mask (feed) our anxiety and “medicate” in ways that involve substances, procrastination, avoidance and poor self talk and how these behaviors keep anxiety present even when we (think) we aren’t feeling it. I listen to some episodes multiple times because they are so on point.

I found this podcast about six months ago. I was in the midst of my grief over the loss of my father. I was experiencing anxiety and this podcast has been a tremendous help. The lessons are short and are on point with practical help. I find Gina’s voice and manner to be very soothing. I continue to listen and learn. I listen to a few different anxiety podcasts but this one is my go to because it is both so calming and informative. There are so many episodes all packed with helpful and motivational tips. It also reminds me I am not alone in feeling this way which is comforting/reassuring.

I listen to a couple of anxiety podcasts and this is my favorite due to the variety of topics. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and my anxiety has lessened due to implementing the suggestions in the podcast. Highly recommend.

Great for my Anxiety, But Too Many Ads!!!
I love the content of this show, in the past it was a go to for when I was feeling anxious and needed something calming to listen to. However, the amount of ads and sponsorships and whatever is getting ridiculous. I can hardly pay attention anymore with several ad breaks, so I don’t listen as often as I used to.

I love Anxiety Coaches Podcast! I have Bipolar I Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder and I listen to Gina’s podcast’s on a regular basis because they help me in countless ways. Gina’s voice is soothing and calm and she really knows her stuff when it comes to the anxious mind. ACP is part of my recovery process.

When my mind is racing like a squirrel on fire, this podcast gets me through it. Gina has a calm, understanding and informative tone that’s both reassuring and empowering. And she was right about caffeine. I switched to decals and it made a big difference.

I was in tears today listening about the shortness of breath episode. I’ve been experiencing this for almost 6 months now, have seen doctors, therapist, tried many different medications and I’ve never actually heard someone validate what I was feeling and give me coping skills. Just to hear her explain these things, and know that I’m not alone and I’m not crazy was a huge gift to me. I’ve never written a podcast review before but I had to for this. Thank you.

This the ONLY podcast I listen to for my anxiety. I have literally tried to listen to other podcasts…but they just don’t work for me. It’s her voice and the helpful advice for me. Within the last 2 years my life has changed in so many ways - good and bad. This podcast is so helpful to me. I loved the one about exercise and heart beat skipping. I have PACs and am still getting used to them. The advise that knowledge is medicine is so true! Working on working through the extra heartbeats that are (for me) been judged as being non-harmful. My favorite self help.
At the beginning of 2021 I was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder. My mental health plummeted. I try out different podcast weekly to see what resonated with me the most. Some others are helpful for the day, but this is the one I always come back to. I relisten to episodes, scroll down the list and save episodes I think I need to hear. It’s always helpful on my tough days. I’m a lot further than I was last year and I am so grateful for this podcast for helping me!

Too much and too little
For me, new to podcasts there is an issue with style and substance. I found the content level of to be at such an elementary level that it’s common sense: like stress can make your tummy sick, hmm! The style is like mommy whispering secrets to kids. Sorry, but I would prefer medical or related research information that illustrates positive results.🤷‍♂️

Wonderful podcast and it’s absolutely in line with the professional counseling treatment I’ve gotten about anxiety. Though a podcast should NEVER replace professional help, this podcast is most definitely a great tool!!!

I am so grateful that you e been able to come up with with soooo many different topics throughout all these years. My Saving Grace
I’ve always been an anxious person, but never expected I would suddenly be dealing with rolling panic attacks. Even with CBT and talk therapy, eating right, sleeping well and exercising every day...this podcast is saving my life. You’ve just validated everything I have been experiencing physically during panic (I did think I had heart problems and ended up in the ER last week) and reassured me that I am not alone in this, that I am not crazy and most importantly that I can clear this.
