I only listen to this podcast because of Hat the other two are so loud and obnoxious that I can’t listen to this anymore I really wish the hosts would tone it down.

I love hearthstone content and this show is great. Only thing I will mention is that Jocelyn laughs or giggles dare I say, a ridiculous amount. I’m glad she is enjoying herself and having a great time, but at time the giggles can get distracting. Keep up the good work and keep having fun!!

Love this crew! You know how you think chocolate and peanut butter is the best thing in the world and nothing can top it but then you crumble up Oreos on the top and realize you’ve now created something even more wonderful? No? We’ll that’s too bad for you but that’s what these guys are. Didn’t know it could get better before Hat joined and now it is just *chef’s kiss* perfect! Hat and his dad puns (I say that lovingly) are the perfect balance to Joce and Garrett’s brother/sister banter and giggles. (Again that is 100% meant as a component) Been listening since Naxx. Keep up the great work!

I love the content but Jocelyn yells and laughs way too loud, way too much. I love the energy and that she gets excited over the game but the change in volume compared to her normal voice and the guys vs her yelling and laugh is way too much to listen to it without adjusting the volume constantly.

1/3 of the time it’s fun, and then Jocelyn’s gone, which makes the episode unlistenable

I have listened to the show a long time, and previously would rate five stars. While I appreciate Joyce’s more nuanced take on the recent lawsuit, I could do without Hat’s completely unsophisticated understanding of wage and labor statistics. You can talk about current events in a way that doesn’t alienate half your audience, and school mark people into, as he put it, his quest to “dismantle the patriarchy.” Hopefully the sanctimony ends after a while me off episode, but if the sanctimoniousness continues much longer I’ll be out.

Hat is a great addition.

Not sure if these guys still have any love for the game.

I love hearing about all the Canadian and Florida happenings from hosts Garrett and Jocelyn. Some of my family live around Fort Lauderdale. Also learning about Heartstone is a plus! I have still not hit Legend although I am a Mythic level player in Magic Arena. Garrett, I will also be bummed if Grogu does not return. Your Star Wars podcasts are great! Be well my motha cluck'n allies!

The only thing better than the podcast is the hosts who are super-charming on the show and in person if “in person” will ever be a thing again.

75% Battlegrounds vs 25% Hearthstone doesn't work for me. After listening for years, it's just not worth it anymore since most the show is a Battlegrounds cast, and I don't play.

An excellent podcast about Hearthstone. The hosts keep you up to date on what's going on in the game including the big tournaments and the future of the game. They also cover battlegrounds! It's not a casual podcast but also not a hardcore strategy podcast either. The hosts have good personalities and click with each other.

Hey Garrett longtime fan also big fan of into the nexus. I just wanted to throw out a suggestion for TAC. My favorite part of ITS was when you weren’t as good at it and Kyle was teaching u. And then when Jeff Conata came on it was even better cuz he asked all the questions I would have asked while I was there. What I’m sure u can see I’m getting at is that I would love if there was maybe someone on TAC that wasn’t as knowledgeable and that you and Joyce could teach hearthstone to. Even just a segment on the podcast I think would appeal to a larger audience that is trying to get into hearthstone and wants to learn, but it can be very difficult to learn what all the cards do, much less all the names to be able to follow along to a podcast. Also, love that you added battlegrounds! Love the show guys thnx for years of great content 👍

Haven’t missed a week in years. Great and entertaining analysis. Makes me a better player for sure.

I've been listening basically since release, and I really appreciate all the consistent hard work that the hosts have put into producing this podcast. I've learned so much about many topics that I would never have discovered or had the time to research otherwise. That said, I think I've finally come to the point where I am ready to move on to other games. I'll likely continue to play occasionally on mobile, but not enough to justify listening to such an in-depth podcast. Not sure if you will ever read this, but if I may make some suggestions on my way out: 1. The ads are just wayy too long. I'd always end up jamming the skip 15 sec button multiple times to get past them, where I wouldn't feel the need if they were a more reasonable length. 2. I honestly don't know if this is fixable, but a lot of Garrett's jokes are just unbearably cringey. Not all of them of course :) But in general I think the overall flow would greatly improve if he made an effort to reduce the number of one-liners. Thanks again for everything, and I wish you all the best.

Can’t listen to these two for more than 2 minutes without them plugging everything they can think of. Holy crap! Stop it. No one likes hearing that, at least be clever with it. Maybe it’s because I’m from the south, but their voices alone made me want to stuff cotton in my hears. Loud and annoying. I couldn’t even get interested in the topic. Lame.

I had previously given this show one star due to some particular issues I had with the chemistry of the hosts. The particular host I had issue with essentially told me directly to go away. So I did. Then I found out that he went away. So I came back. I realize these are personal opinions and sometimes people don't connect. I didn't connect with that host, but I really like Garrett and Jocelyn. I'm happy to be listening to them again. Love the show. Give it a listen.

Garret and Jocelyn provide little depth in their Hearthstone commentary. They’re one expert level host, Dills, has gone mysteriously MIA. The pod has always been a bit casual HS fan entertainment but without an actual knowledgeable host the pod has turned too basic. Listen to Well Met, ValueTown, or others if in search for more nuanced discussions of the game.

I was just starting to play Hearthstone via a friend recommendation during the LoE era and sort of enjoyed playing it during that time but I didn’t truly connect to the game and start to care about the future of it until I discovered this podcast. I went from a casual player to a well informed and invested player because of the insightful and thoughtful words of these three HS luminaries.

I was a long time listener and Patreon supporter of the show. Over the past few months the show has become in increasingly pessimistic and negative where most shows spend significant time complaining about why won’t blizzards implement the features the hosts want, or why does blizzard run their business this way. When I expressed my concerns about the tone of the show, I got a rude response back that basically said they don’t care and I should go away. Don’t get me wrong. It’s their show they can do what they want. They don’t have to agree with me or use my feedback. However if a listener who has supported the show and taken the time to provide that feedback, maybe thank them for that support and/or feedback before you dismiss them. They claim to care about you as the listen if their show, but the don’t. If they did they they would be so dismissive of listeners that are slightly critical.

One of the best produced Hearthstone podcasts I’ve come across. Sills, Garrett, and Jocelyn all have great personalities. You will have fun listening to them talk about the game!

I can only assume this podcast purchased all its 5 star ratings. Better podcasts on the same game are out there. Don’t waist your time.

Charismatic hosts with a passion for Hearthstone. TAC is great for keeping up with HS news, tournaments, and the meta. A nice mix of comedy and information and I highly recommend them to anyone who enjoy Hearthstone.

A fantastic forum for forethough and fact-finding by a fair flock of friendly pheasants! Furthermore, fetching freaky fables of fans fantastically flipping failures featuring full-fledged feats of fortune.

Been listening since the beginning but had to give it up. Has some bright spots but overall Garrett and Jocelyn often tend to dominate the conversation and they clearly don't have anywhere near the knowledge that Dills does. Finally stopped listening when I realized I was getting nothing from the show and was just getting frustrated listening to constant incorrect facts from the lower two. Probably a great podcast if you don't care about accurate information on Hearthstone. To be fair, Dills does his best to rein in their misinformation and gently correct the constant stupidity.

I have listened to this podcast for several years now and really enjoy listening to the hosts. Each week they do a strategy session with a deck or two along with discussing the latest Hearthstone news. If you enjoy the game check out this podcast.

Been listening since day one and I used to be an average player, but thanks to the The Angry Chicken, I am still an average player. Seriously though... Garrett, Joce and Dills really now their stuff. Every episode is always full of fun and informative content.

I have heard many great things about this podcast but unfortunately It seems I am not able to listen to it. I am not sure if this is an IPhone thing or a me thing, but it says this podcast is unavailable. Update a few weeks later. I still can not listen to this podcast. I’ve downloaded multiple apps just for this one podcast and none of them let me listen to it.

This is the most balanced Hearthstone podcast out there in terms of entertainment, informational content, and discussing criticism of the game. Too many seem to focus on what’s wrong with the game, this one focuses on what’s great, and what could make it even better.

Out of all the podcasts I listen to, I look forward The Angry Chicken the most. I've learned a lot and my game has improved thanks to them.

The angry chicken is a very level approach to the game, not too salty, not too lovey. Although they play at a level above my own, I do not feel like they are disconnected from lower rank players.

I’m a casual player. Would love to play more but typical man with a family. Love to tune in and hear about what’s going on both overall that I might have missed, and also up on the ladder past levels I don’t come near. I feel like the hosts keep me well informed and interested in coming back week after week.
