in the heart of gold band. Grateful Dead means so much to so many. Each person’s perspective is valid and meaningful. These individual pieces all come together to form a mosaic tapestry that was, and still is Grateful Dead. This podcast creator well understands the collective that was and is so difficult to adequately articulate. Describing the indescribable is an endeavor few attempt, it just “is”, and that’s enough. How do you explain the taste and texture of ice cream to someone who’s never had it before. You don’t, you simply let them experience it for themselves. Staci does an admirable job of herding cats, which isn’t an easy task. Everyone has something to add and share and Staci reflects this idea in the way she hosts a variety of deadheads, young and old, famous or not. Just stumbled upon this , I love to talk dead and hear people talk about the dead . Your husband is cool. I listen to podcasts early in the morning and sometimes I just like to hear people talking about what they are passionate about , on a bench , in t he basement !! Thank and keep going please

I just love hearing these stories from so many people from different paths of life. Staci is a great interviewer and I love how she weaves lyrics into so many situations 🤩 keep on truckin, staci!!

Love the content and discussions but it’s really hard to look stem to with all of the popping and knocking in the audio. Maybe she needs a pop filter and/or better mic. Otherwise keep up the good work.

As a 22 year old I didn't have the opportunity to experience the Grateful Dead as many others describe but these podcasts give me a glimpse into the magic of the dead when Jerry was still alive. I really love how you have your guests choose their favorite songs/sets and actually play them throughout the talk!! Can I request that in the description box you also include the song and date for the song choices? Just in case I wanted to reference back to them easily? Thank you again!!

25+ years ago, I started going to Dead shows... any I could out here on the left coast. And there were all these people.... this community, that I loved. And who were all these people?! Some were so awesome. Who knows how many people I hugged at shows... and this podcast feels like I'm getting to know or re-meet some of those fine folks. Love love love hearing this!
