This food podcast is the equivalent of people taking pictures of their meals for ig.

This is unfortunately a sad attempt at recreating a portion of what was a really great podcast. There’s not much to look forward to in this new Ross podcast and nothing that sets this aside from any other basic cooking pod. So sad to see the end of an era.

Love the pod! The vibe is serene. Interviews and guests are nicely paced and somehow inviting. Kinda feels like you’re there. Ross is an absolute GEM 💎

Im loving this podcast! Ross and Bethie are a delight together. I really thought that episode 11 was fantastic. In this episode Ross breaks down specific recipes that sound easy and tasty that will make it easy to make the choices for a healthier lifestyle. I also love that the hosts are authentic and loving not only to each other but to the entire audience. Lastly I love that they have a companion website, instagram, and Facebook for recipes and interacting with the community of listeners. Well done! My husband and I look forward to listening each week and laughing until we pee ourselves. Kiss kiss. Oliver

After stwr ended I wasn’t super interested in listening to a watered down version of the show I had come to grow and love for so many years. I am a FOOL. I decided to give this pod a shot and I am so happy I did. It’s hilarious, heartwarming and just entertaining in every way. Absolutely love it :)

I love Ross and Bethie together. I love when Ross is a little snarky and a slightly inappropriate oddball. I am a Bethie fan from her visits to Straight Talk, Ross’s old podcast. Loved the show in all formats but I love the idea of talking to people across the world! So many unique perspectives and stories that I wouldn’t have heard if Ross didn’t open up his platform. Really phenomenal work!

What happened to the celebrity or interesting interviews? It feels like filler now, talking to random people on zoom. If that's the new formula, might as well go back to Straight Talk, which was a million times more entertaining.

I listened to STWR from cold chicken fingers, so of course I had to give Hello Ross a try! As much as I absolutely LOVED STWR (even cried during the finally episodes 💔) I am not disappointed by Ross’s new podcast. Of course I miss the old podcast and all of the wonderful people he had join him there, but I still enjoy getting to listen to Ross and all of the people he interviews here. ♥️

I love this pod. Ross is so fun to listen to! He is so kind and wonderful to his celebrity guests and the people he talks to on zoom! He talks about real things and gets real people to share their stories and insights. I love his viewpoint on things. Keep these coming!!!

I really tried with this pod. I was a loyal listener to STWRM. I understand this is different and I wanted to like it, but I don’t. It’s pretty boring & is just like every other celebrity podcast…interviewing other celebrities. I understand straight talk ending, but I am not sure this was the right move.

STWR was 1,000 times better. The new pod is just like every other podcast out there. Not original - another just copy and paste. Might enjoy it if you need something to fall asleep to.

I love the new format. i have grown with Ross since the beginning of straight talk, and while change is hard it is also needed for growth and this just feels right. Looking forward to spending this next chapter with Ross! 💋💋

I have followed Ross his entire career. One of the best! But this podcast is hard to get through. He said he would be interviewing “normal interesting people,” but so far it’s just him and a celebrity telling each other how wonderful each is. It just seems fake as if he is forcing himself to smile throughout the entire episode. I’ll keep trying to listen to see if it gets better but so far it is just too fake and co-celebrity promoting to be entertaining. This is definitely no “interesting normal people” like he suggests when he refers to Mr Rogers Neighborhood.

I’ve been a fan of Ross’ for years. Ross is so genuine and it shows in his interviews. I look forward to this podcast each week. My only wish is that the episodes were longer! 💋💋

I fell off podcasts for a while, but when I came back, I was curious what Ross was up to. This show is a delight. You can see the growth and expertise that Ross has gained over the years as a host. Impressive!

20+ year fan. Supporter of every podcast he's had. Financial supporter of STWR. But this new podcast is overly scripted & sanitized. Just another generic interview show w/guests you can hear countless other places. It's like Ross is trying to emulate Cristina Ferrare but... in a bad way. It's inauthentic & not him at all. Mass market appeal & money-maker this is not. Holy crap it's bad. Please start over. The fans are here for you & we'll wait. Update: I asked a question on his paid Patreon about whether he plans to interview any of his Drag Race colleagues and weirdly got banned by Ross & received a message from him. Fan lost forever. So I'll add: forgot to mention Ross is still with Radio One/Podcast One/Cumulus. The network hosts & caters to the most homophobic shows on earth. Seriously, just check their website. Really, Ross? BEN SHAPIRO? Insane. The owner sexually harassed a friend of Ross, Heather McDonald, CAUGHT ON RECORDING. And Ross continues to work with them. Deeply disheartening. I've had discussions with him privately and he only offers vague excuses. He doesn't practice what he preaches here and is just afraid to rock the boat by refusing to profit from anti-LGBTQ bigotry. It's why so many have so publicly stopped working with him. P.S. The Leslie Jordan interview was recycled from his old podcast. He used it to profit from the death of the man, trying to pass it off as unheard. Didn't think I could be more disappointed but here we are.

Ross, I have enjoyed you since your “Pineapple” days with Steve Irwin. Your show about Leslie Jordan was one of the best ever. Thank you for sharing him with us. I will continue to listen.
