Maybe it is just me. What is frustrating about Caitlyn’s interview style is the incredibly long pauses there are between her guest’s answers and her next question. I am almost expecting her guests to say something about it, although I have not heard it yet. I just like to get straight to the point and keep the conversations rolling. I don’t feel that here. Otherwise, great topics and interesting subjects.

Just discovered this podcast. Excellent format and hosts - it’s got a positive vibe, is informative, and entertaining. I’ve started by listening to author episodes I’m most interested but have a feeling I’ll be binge listening to them all eventually.

I have started listening simplify since their second season, and I’m enjoying it. Keep up the good work guys.

It seems like I am in the minority here, so I'm not sure what that tells you. I love the content so much, I just find Caitlin to lack a personal ease. She feels rigid and her communication seems inorganic, at times even pretentious. Maybe it's just me, but I do think I would have more fun listening to the podcast if she was having more fun hosting it.

my favorite part of the show is the Bookend, where they end, with Books! its so simple and always makes me smile. I confess I have a little bit of a crush on Caitlin’s voice as its just so warm and composed. Ben’s also a great cohost. I don’t know how Blinkist got the idea to start this but it is absolutely brilliant and the author guests have been top. notch.

Have reallly been enjoying this podcast. The topics are compelling and the speakers are dazzling. The Book Ends - a delight to hear from Ben and Caitlin as they connect what we just heard to other resources and work. Just listened to Abby Marks Beale yesterday and loved the tips on how to become a better reader at the end. Looking forward to season 2!

Caitlin and Ben do great interviews with folks who share with us some hacks on to do life...more simply! Latest bonus episode on speed reading is a great example-- the takeaway? Know why you are reading what you're reading...and Dan Savage's advice on love and relationships? Keep not breaking up. Distilled and smart, charming and clear, you will enjoy Simplify. Can't wait for season 2.

A great approach for a needed subject. Like most people I shred myself by overthinking both sides of who I think I am and what I want/need. This podcast hits the nail on the head.

Host Caitlin Schiller asks thoughtful questions showing her familiarity with, and genuine interest in, the authors' work.
