Great podcast. Great commentary on fights. Funny guys as well, especially that guy Marc. Recommend to any fighter or anyone who follows fighting.

The hosts are long time friends - one a fighter and the other hasn’t trained a day in his life. It makes for a fun and entertaining show. Plus, they always have a ton of great guests, the most relevant fighters in the top promotions. These guys have their gym (AKA Thailand) in Phuket, Thailand. Their show really encompasses the fun, laidback (and a little crazy!) vibe of Phuket!

Finally a mma podcast with someone that actually knows what he's talking about Mike is a real OG and asking the right questions
