This is great but the editing is a little bit off.

I love these podcasts. But I am very distracted lately by the “splicing” of his sentences over top of the previous ones. Time constraints? Can this be improved?

I am thankful that the podcasts are in sync with the Bible reading plan at McLean Bible Church. My wife and I have incorporated Pray the Word in our daily morning worship with our kids.

Thank you David Platt for providing these inspirational, succinct insights into God’s word. Thank you also for modeling biblical prayer personally and globally. It is so enlightening and encouraging.

Thank you so much for the effort and work to put together this daily time in God Word and prayer. I’ve said this before, but this is the perfect length to play for the kids as I drive them to school. There is often a short time to discuss what we read and prayed just before sending them off for their day. This is truly a blessing!

This podcast is such a reminder to stick close to Jesus and pray for the nations.

These short to the point scriptures, prayers and meditation open up scripture in a new way that allows your heart and mind to meditate and be reminded of on God’s word throughout your day.

I can’t say enough about this daily meditation and prayer that I get to start off with each morning. It’s a beautiful way to wake up and remind my heart and mind what the main focus of today is. Not my struggles, not my sins, but focus on scripture with the treasures of truth and how God seeks us in so many ways in our lifetime! Praise God and may he poor blessings and honor on this family and David Platt who has ministered to me for decades here in Oklahoma. Thank you for this podcast and carrying on in the name of Jesus, friends! May he send us in the armor of God Almighty, maker of Heaven and earth!

I love the teaching & preaching ministry of David Platt and I have benefited greatly from this podcast in the past. It has been one of my favorite elements of family worship but recently they have started editing the audio so heavily as to remove any dead air and the result is very unsettling. I find the audio to be unnatural and anxiety producing because of how fast and disjointed the episodes are. I appreciated David's slow and thoughtful morning devotions before they made this change. I really don't like what it says about our modern technological culture where a podcast that is so rich as this has to make edits to make it quicker and mimics YouTube influencer who also make these quick cut edits. As much as it saddens me, I can no longer listen to this podcast as it is formatted. I hope they either go back to the original audio files, unedited, or they post the unedited, longer versions for people like me.

I love to listen and pray with this podcast, but lately I’ve been having a hard time focusing because it feels like the editing has taken out every single space of dead air between words and sentences, so it sounds a bit unnatural. I find myself focusing more on the editing than what is actually being said, so sometimes I just can’t listen. I appreciate the effort to make the episodes shorter and appreciate how much time it must take to edit them, but for me it has not hit the right balance yet.

Praying each morning with us/for us, through God’s Holy Word, ministers to me right where I’m at each day! Thank you so much! God bless you and your family, and wonderful ministry!! In Jesus’ Name!

It’s enabling me to get closer to God as I understand more about God’s love for me. Since Pastor Platt has a great heart for evangelism, his podcasts guide me to pray for the spread of the gospel. Big time good review if this extremely good podcast about the extremely real and true bible verse Ezekiel 25:17 My favorite thing about this verse is how real it is, and if I had to pick a second favorite thing it would be how true it is It’s really hard to pick sometimes! I’m tryin real hard to be the shepherd

It won't download anymore. Last one I was able to get was 7/13/22. I think it's something that changed on your end. I'm hoping you can fix it! I pray for David every week.

I have gotten enormous help from David Platt to learn to pray the Scripture at a more intimate level. Sometimes it even feels too intense because I haven’t been close enough to the Lord.

Love the content and listen every morning. Many episodes have volume issues. Volume is all the up on some episodes, but it’s still a whisper. Other episodes then are on the verge of blowing out my speakers. Pray and preach on Pastor David!

In the morning, I just really need to start with Jesus, but can’t always make it up before little ones. This is short and simple but oh so rich. Perfect to listen to before we start our day.

David, you have such an incredible gift! I am truly blessed to have such an incredible man speaking through my life. As a member of McLean bible just know that we pray for our leaders in the upcoming election along with our leaders inside the church. Don’t loose hope!

I love reading a chapter from God’s Word and then getting this tidbit of truth to meditate on throughout the day.

God fills my soul to overflowing through the Preaching and Teaching of Pastor David Platt! Whether it's PRAY THE WORD, or RADICAL, or SECRET CHURCH, or his Pastoral Preaching, or his books, I can't get enough of David's God-given wisdom. The insights and depths of understanding that God has gifted to David, plus his heart to reach the unreached for Christ and then grow us all into mature, Rock-solid Believers.., fills and nourishes my own soul to overflowing! Yet the more filled-to-overflowing my soul becomes, the more filled-to-overflowing I desire it to be, so that I too can overflow onto others for Christ!

So blessed by these prayers every morning! Glad we serve a great God who knows what we need before we even need it!

This is the first thing I listen to in the morning! David Platt teaches us how to pray but also trains us to meditate on the word day and night. Thankful for tools like this!

I have some Hope & Joy to share of the power of prayer/praise at work in the❤️adoption of our💜💙 children in Togo🇹🇬, HALLELUJAH!!🙌 We have been praying for God to turn hearts/giving favor to complete our adoption that has been over 8 years of prayer/calling...with our paperwork in country over 3 years. This last month God has really been showing His moving and encouragement from strangers praying. Today, our contact said:”...I am sure God will do a miracle.” Then I listened to this podcast, and it brought greater joy and wrote some of the prayer in my prayer journal...rejoicing in the fruitfulness and wanted to testify of the goodness and love of King JESUS❤️🙌🥰HALLELUJAH!!✨⛰❤️🙌😇Our MIRACLEWORKER is making a glorious way!🤩

I listen to Pray the Word in the parking lot at work so that I can have one more reminder of who I am before I walk into the building. It gives me another verse to remember throughout my day. It is also so sweet to hear the love for the Word and the lost that David shares in his prayers. I have prayed for him so much in the years since I was first assigned to be an intercessor for a breakout session he was leading at Passion. God has certainly entrusted him with a holy calling. I also like the reminder to pray for unreached people around the world. I use that Joshua Project app too.

I listen to this podcast every day on my drive to work as another source reminding me of the truth. After listening, I am also led into more prayer on the topic and meditation on the verse.
