I love listening to Kevin and Jen. They compliment each other so well and their banter is funny. One of the best podcast out there. They should have their own cable show. Not a reality show, a comedy show on Netflix or Amazon !

I like it, it’s a fun podcast. Kinda wish I had a relationship like this. I have only listened to two, and they are great.

you two are hilarious together. my wife and i binged this on drive to the west coast from iowa. one of the few things that we both find funny. wish you would make more episodes. kev probobly got tired of being showed up by jen.

Plus One is probably my favorite of ALL the podacsts that Kevin puts out. His wife is deadpan hysterical, and so, so intelligent. Unfortunately, they no longer tape it as a regular show. PLEASEKev ~ bring back Schwalbach & Smith more often!!

I'm a huge Kevin Smith fan and Jen is great too. I like the show and enjoy their banter but when Kevin does that baby talk (FAR too much, btw), I bail out. It's like nails on a chalkboard. Kevin, I read your books, watch your movies, attend your podcasts, but PLEASE... Cut back on that baby voice, man. You're killing my ears, Brutha!

Really enjoy you two. I laugh at the way you talk to each other reminds me of my husband and I without the cursing. Wish you would come back to at least a bi-monthly podcast.

You have to hand it to Smith, he just becomes more of an idiot by the day. You announce that plus one is returning then 3 weeks later no plus one. That's ok smith smoke some more weed and keep telling yourself your not an addict.

After enjoying a number of the Smodcast network's podcasts over the past few years, I finally got around to giving Plus One a listen. Kevin Smith is his usual goofy, yet charming self. Jen Schwalbach, on the other hand, may just be the most unpleasent person in the whole of podcasting. Nearly every word out of her mouth is infused with arrogance, bitterness, and general condescension. Maybe she's a perfectly wonderful person in real life and this is some kind of bizarre persona that she puts on for the show. Even so, the show itself is uncomfortable and frequently flat out cringe-inducing and I can't possibly recommend this to anyone.

Love this show! Jen is hilarious! I have only listened to the older podcasts so far but I am hooked. Just listened to the one where you review the documentary Catfish. Did you know that those guys now have a MTV show? It's sad. My boyfriend is getting sick of me walking around saying "THE FISHIES HAVE NO EYES!!!" I think it's great!

...but after hearing those two scream about "Summer Boyfriend" for the first 13 minutes, I turned it off. I've never been more annoyed with a podcast. I don't care if it is free, its not worth the download. Way to destroy a good show that used to be interesting. I've just about given up on every other SModco show besides TESD and HBO.

This podcast has become unbearable. Not having to hear Jen complain about everything, and say the same phrases over and over and over was nice.Then it came back. Normally I would just unsubscribe, but it is so grating , she hates this , hates that, that I had to leave a comment. Come to think of it, besides TESD and I sell Comics, the Smodco network is getting a little old already. Dan and Marty are good too, and Jason Mewes....so Its just the Smith portion I have a problem with..... quick fall from grace

I know they do smornings Smodco but I would REALLY REALLY love to hear Jenn and Kevin go back to doig a weekly podcast. I loved listening to them go back and forth - listened to their stories and also discussing different current topics. I really hope they read this and consider a weekly show again!!!!

As a long time listener to the original SModcast, and no disrespect to the great and almighty Scott Mosier, my favorite episodes were always the ones with Jen Schwalbach, Kevin Smith's wife. Like many fans, I longed for a separate podcast featuring the two of them that could be listened to regularly. When this finally happened with Plus One, it was even better than we could have expected. The banter is laugh out loud, rewind a little to hear what you missed laughing, funny. As a married woman of 20 years, I also enjoy listening to the random commentaries on whatever from two people who clearly love each other dearly. This is my favorite of all the SModcasts.

This was already one of the lesser Smodcast channels, with Kevin Smith at his most annoying and least funny, and his wife Jen putting up with it (barely). Now it's just highlight clips from the new Smodcast internet radio, which are out of context and simply not enjoyable.

Love these two together. I can understand what people are saying about him interrupting/mocking her (it can be annoying at times), but overall the show is an A+! Sad there won't be any more episodes, for some reason Per Diem just doesn't have the same vibe (maybe just them getting into the rhythm of things on SIR?).

I enjoyed this show when it first started, but week after week of "the fishes have no eyes" and "f you mother effer" repeated to no end really starts to wear on you. It has promise if some new material is introduced every once in a while.

Stopped listening smack in the middle of the "Schwience" episode, because Kevin Smith had the comedic timing of a vaginal infection. Jen Schwalbach has sharp ideas (for a woman who over articulates "mother f-rrrrrrrr" ad nauseam), and a LOT to offer the podcast, if Kevin would just shut up. Completely unlistenable, and an entirely embarrassing lead-in to the launch of the SIR network. Really wanted to like this from day 1, as I was interested to see which direction they would take the show, but I'm over it now. Knowing deep down that Kevin is not the asshat he projects onto his lovely wife in this weekly assault, sadly he is a little wrapped up in his own dick & fart joke world (which completely works in his other "boy's bathroom" show formats/media). Hard to tell if this is just Kevin trying to tame nervous energy by filling space (aka Jen talking) with his interruptions, or if he just needs to lay off the smoke for an hour before taping so he doesn't blather on, or a little of both. I want good things for these two, and good things to come of SIR, but this just ain't cutting it.

LOVE this podcast! Jen is a very patient "straight man" to Kevin's clowning. For a relative newcomer to this form of entertainment, I think she's doing a decent job and will only improve with time. I like that she tries out new bits (like the science stuff) - she's feeling her way around, trying to find her niche. She's not a natural entertainer like her husband, but I still like her. In fact, I wish Kevin would lighten up on her - in some early episodes, he's downright harrassing her - I just wanted to reach out and smack him! Aside from that, keep up the good work, guys.

It pains me to write this because I'm a huge fan of the Smodcast network and I look forward to almost all of the shows every week but I can't listen to this one anymore. It's too grating. What is the point of having Jen in the room if all you do is mock her and cut her off? If I wanted to hear two people argue for an hour, I'd go visit my parents. You might want to consider this before S.I.R. Is launched. I'm still rooting for the cause.

Let me preface by saying that the other shows on the Smodcast Network are awesome, but this one is just hard to listen to. Kevin is very talented in his other shows, but in this show he CONSTANTLY interrupts his wife in what he thinks is funny moments but they are not. Not remotely. And his high-pitch imitation of his wife is just annoying. Jen is okay, but it's so hard to get anything because she is constantly interrupted and she ends up just swearing. And the "Fishy have no eyes" bit is so not funny. Please stop. Please.... please....

Please stop my ears are bleeding. First couple shows were OK, but then week after week it's just Kevin mocking his wife in the most obnoxious fake mocking voice. It's non stop. I can't stand it.

Geez Kev; Jen has really come into her own in recent episodes - let her speak once in a while. I think her perspective on news from varied sources could be really interesting if given a chance. New listeners should stick it out even if the first few episodes don't hit the spot; this is a welcome addition to the Smodcast network.

I want to love this show but the way Kevin interrupts Jen at every turn and mocks her constantly finally made me give up. There doesn't seem to be any signs of the show maturing into it's full potential any time soon as there is too much bullying in their dynamic.

You laugh, you cry and you have fun. This podcast is one of the greats. Jennifer and Kevin are awesome.

i think...since some of us cannot afford to boycott SWA that you need to get us some shirts that just say"Kevin Smith Fan" Just so they know. Or "I know what you did to Kevin". I need mine by June. Also...love you guys BUT SERIOUSLY: Kevin...Jen adores you...take of your shirt already. Love Jay & Silent Bob too...but glad you are no longer silent.

I love Kevin smith's podcasts, but Plus One has gotten pretty bad. I don't know if it's because he gets too high or what but Kevin goes on and on in these annoying voices that he thinks are funny and it just becomes unlistenable at a point. This used to be my favorite show and it's still pretty new, but I can't listen to it anymore.

It's like listening to a married couple...cuz that's what it is. Pretty much Kevin Smith makes fun of his wife the whole time, even when she is trying to be serious. I stopped listening after he call his wife a b*tch for the 10th time.

Super gay.

The only complaint I have is that this seems to be the one podcast that is the most skipped of all smodcast podcasts. My wife and I look forward to this one every week fun and a lot of times informative.

Kevin mocking Jen is why I Love Plus One. My favorite on the SModcast network,always makes me laugh and never fails to whip a little knowledge at me with Jen and schwience! I love the show and I look forward to the daily show starting in May.

I love hearing this great podcast until Kevin can't help himself from mocking Jenn by doing a very annoying imitation of her very sexy voice. Show a bit of class and stop doing that voice...Just had to stop listening when he starts that. Great pod other than the mocking of Jenn!

Everytime I listen to this, I think to myself "If my husband was a movie maker...this would be us" It is so nice to hear not just people who are smart, who care, but who are also partners. Love this show!

I finally caught up on all the older episodes and hands down this is my favorite smodcast and podcast. For the people bashing it, you either don't know who Kevin Smith is or you don't like comedy.
