I absolutely adore her so much! This podcast plus all the other ones she does are all amazing and she has a great voice and sense of humor!

I want to like her but there’s a secret mean girl aspect makes me nervous to. Almost cliquey but the concept seems cool at first. I get we’re all obsessed with celebrities in some capacity... but it’s a tad creepy and reeks of resentment.

In theory I would love this podcast. However, the host is obsessed with celebrities in a voyeuristic manner while harboring extreme hostility towards any person is with monetary success.

Thanks to Mary Payne I’ve gotten soooo many great podcasts to listen to. Her interviews with fellow podcasters are informative and insightful. Mary Payne and Erin Martin of Pink Shade podcast are my new best friends, they just don’t know it. If you aren’t listening to Payne in the Pod and Pink Shade, I don’t know what you’re doing with your life! Cherry

I loved podcasts but finding new ones can be very hit or miss. Plus when a limited series ends you’re just like “what’s next?”. That’s where Payne in the Pod comes in. Mary Payne talks to such a variety of people who make podcasts. I enjoy learning about the process of creating and sustaining some of my favorite podcasts (Watch What Crappens) and learning about new ones, even if I have no intention of trying it! It’s also great to find ones I want to listen to.

Love this podcast so much and can’t wait each week for new interviews and material!!

I’ve subscribed to so many addictive, wonderful podcasts since subscribing to Payne in the Pod! Mary Payne has a warm and funny conversational style with her podcaster guests, and asks great questions about the origins, etc. of their pods. I find myself many times pausing one of Mary Payne’s episodes, in order to find & subscribe to the podcast she and her guest are discussing, before going back to their entertaining and interesting conversation.

Love the idea of having a variety of different podcasts being reviewed and getting to know what’s behind them. I have found several great podcasts through here that I might not have previously. It kind of helps weed out various shows to help determine if you want to listen or not. Love it!

I am not so sure if I should thank her or scream at her for getting me addicted to many other podcasts! But she does some great interviews with other podcasters to get you hooked on listening to more. She’s realistic, relevant and witty. If you like reality tv recaps, listen to her on Pink Shade’s weekly recap of 90 day fiancé, Love After Lockup and other trashy stuff.

I found Mary Payne through the love Of trash reality TV. I love hearing her recaps I’d 90 day and LAL Smothered and many more! I have found so many new podcasts to listen to through this podcast. Miss Mary is the highlight of me week.

There Are so many podcasts out there I never know where to start. This one was recommended and I liked it cause it was short. Then I realized it packs a lot of info in a short amount of time. If you want to know what the best pods are out there she has them on her show. Very informative active.

She’s fabulous and another thing I really appreciate about her is that she’s a true friend to other podcasters! Heck, she gives them a great platform to help podcast junkies like me discover them.
