Great podcast. Love the Going Deep series and some of those guides could definitely use an update thanks to nerfs/buffs but the knowledge, structure, and host dynamic are all great. 5/5

These guys are informative and fun to listen to. The show focuses mainly on general game concepts and theory, with some closer looks at specific heroes, and a little news and meta/industry info. I'm impressed with how much of the content is fresh and interesting. I know my way around the game mechanics and follow a number of YouTubers. But this show consistently offers new, thought provoking perspectives and insights on abilities/strategies/etc. Good job, guys. Keep it up!

Hi guys, I love the podcast and both of you, you are a coupe of wholesome, good hearted gamers. I appreciate the content, I’ve only been listening for a few months, but I went back and listened to all the archives which was really fun! I am a newer OW player, but I fell so inlove with this game when I got it for my Xbox about 2 months ago. I felt that the controller for this game was so limited and I hated my 60 FPS cap, I often felt that certain heroes were so difficult to fight against mainly because they were meant to be countered with a mouse and not a joystick (example pharah in the air or symmetry turret behind you). I also play fortnite at a competitive level but I was always too scared to make the switch because the amount of controls in that game is very daunting. Overwatch’s vast diverse pool of heroes provided the perfect opportunity for me to adapt to mouse and keyboard style movement and gameplay (I’ve never played MKB games before, been a console gamer and hand held my whole life). I now am more skilled than I ever was at both overwatch and fortnite on my PC with mouse and keyboard! It only took about a week to pick up and then shortly after I saw the VAST improvement in my gameplay. It’s such a great feeling and I wanted to write this review in part to praise you guys for all you do, and to urge any console players who are thinking about switching to GO FOR IT! I recently discovered this podcast when I came back to Overwatch and I have found it the most helpful and entertaining show on the subject. The hosts provide useful information that has helped my gameplay immensely. I’ve been binging for the past week. Definitely worth a listen.

I have been playing overwatch for 2 years and this podcast has helped me improve as a player more than anything else. 9 months ago I started listening to this podcast and it has brought my rank all the way from bronze to high gold. Every episode from ultimate tracking and game sense, to Going Deep episodes with pro players and coaches are jam packed with information and tips to help you grow as an overwatch player. Thank you to everyone involved with Omnic Lab for helping my gameplay and making my drives to work bearable.

Newish to Overwatch. PS4 player. Lvl 40-something. Have played Overwatch just a few times since my wife has had it since we've known each other. I could never get past the learning curve until recently and the past few weeks since Lucio Ball, I've been hooked on it. The issue is I need to catch up with my wife on the game. Enter Omnic Lab which has helped me GREATLY with not rushing in to die and know what my role is in different game types and heroes. I'm currently on Ep. 20. I've listened to couple newer Going Deeps. Can't wait to catch up to date with y'all. Again can't thank you enough. The podcast keeps me same at work!

Career Bronze Tier :( Console player here...but like the Gears franchise, i LOVE Overwatch. All i ever wanted was a podcast of like-mindedness but it seemed like every OW podcast i found centered heavily on the e-sports aspect and not much about general tactics. Omnic Lab was great for me since episode 161"Role Queue Beta" but the "Know Your Role" series is just what I needed. I thought i was decent at Support, but through the new 2-2-2 system, turns out I'm much better at Tank and DPS. Great pod, good hosts, subscribe.

When I started this game I was admittedly very bad, and soon found myself searching for ways to improve. I found Omnic Lab and have been enamoured ever since. The weekly disscussions have helped me in my personal gameplay immensly; I've climbed nearly 2500SR since I've started listening to this podcast. Rob and Andres do a fantastic job making some of the most complex ideas and situations about the game easily understandable for everyone. My favorite part are the hero "Deep Dives" with a high ranked player who knows how to abuse the mechanics of that charater. The Games Nights are always a highlight of my month. I've been recieving personal coaching from Andres and with his help I have seen drastic improvents to my game knowledge and awareness/ cooldown management. I look forward to my future lessons with the hosts; and to killling all the new members of the Discord in Game Night.

I can't get enough of this podcast! What an amazing way to learn about Overwatch, from two of the most knowledgable folks in the community. I appreciate that Rob and Andres take the time to make their content digestable by the lower "echelons" of play and upper tier alike, from giving broad tips to specific examples of micro-improvements a player can make. Also, I just finished a coaching session with Andres and, I must say, what a pleasant human being to talk to. Armed with their curious minds and deep understanding of the game of Overwatch, the hosts take us on a strategy rollercoaster each week of ideas that many of us may have never thought of! They use what is the newest and hottest news in Overwatch to theorycraft what tactic and combinations of heroes may lead to the biggest results. Andres and Rob thrive off the interaction with their audience and their desire for each of us to be better players. They want you to contact them, express you concerns, toss them an idea, or just say “Hey, Thanks!” They also offer private coaching for their patron, of which I have used the last four months to climb in the competitive ladder. I highly suggest it. If you are into Overwatch, you are simply missing out unless you are subscribed to Omniclab!

This podcast is informative, entertaining and easy to get into. The hosts are well-informed and do their best to create content that caters to all player levels. I listen to way too many podcasts and this one has managed to keep my attention consistently over several episodes. If you play Overwatch and are looking for a pod that talks about it exclusively, this is the one for you. 5 out of 5 stars.

I have been listening to the Omnic lab for a few months now and it has greatly improved my gameplay. On top of that, it is highly enjoyable and keeps me up to date with the overwatch community. I would highly recommend it to anyone that loves overwatch!

I’ve been listening to this podcast for about 6 months. I haven’t necessarily gotten any better at the game, but I definitely have a better understanding of the game as a whole. This podcast offers an outstanding balance of hero strategy, competitive ladder tips, meta analysis, and occasional lore discussion. The hosts are personable and bring a passion and curiosity to the game. They have guests that offer outstanding insight. This is perhaps the podcast I most look forward to each week.

This is a great podcast I find myself listening to all the time right now overwatch is in a rough spot in my life with my kids but this lets me escape and enjoy myself all the time. PS what are your favorite overwatch league teams I can’t seem to chose on I specifically like and would like to here your opinions.

I’m a 40-something father of 3 that hadn’t played many games for several years, and then my son got Overwatch for Christmas. One “Dad, you need to try this,” and I was hooked. One problem though; with a job and family, it’s tough to get in more than an hour of gaming in a day. I realized an hour a day isn’t enough to get better, so I turned to podcasts. I figured I can get a leg up by consuming knowledge from others. I’ve listened to several Overwatch podcasts, all of which I enjoy, but when it comes to getting raw information that you can put to use, Omnic Lab is the best. Keep grinding out the delicious content.

If your looking to brush up on your overwatch skills and learn new things about the game of overwatch omnic lab is the podcast for you! I found Omnic lab about a year ago and after listening to my first episode I was hooked! I finished all the episodes1 week while at work! Since playing from beta, I didn’t think I had much to learn. Boy was I wrong! Every podcast I learn something new! Also the hero deep dives are very educational as they will get top 500/OWL player to breakdown every detail of said hero as well how to perform with that hero at a pro level! 5 stars! Keep up the good work!

I can’t watch videos during work hours to learn or improve in Overwatch so being able to listen without video is my only option. These guys are great for filling that specific niche. I highly recommend them for anyone interested in learning more about Overwatch or keeping up to date with recent patches/events.

As I got more into podcasts, I always wanted to find one for my favorite game Overwatch. I listened to a few but once I found Omnic Lab I never had any doubt in my mind that this is what I had been looking for: an Overwatch podcast for the ladder climber looking to improve and learn strategies for comps and heroes. Rob and Andres are knowledgeable, passionate, engaged with their community, and great at talking and keeping a conversation going. I spend a lot of time driving for work so these guys help me get through my day. I’ve listened to a few different OW podcast and this has to be the best. The hosts always have good and relevant information to help me in my learning and strategies. Too notch, keep it coming!

Every overwatch podcast I find seems to focus on professional play but this one spends nearly all of its time on improving your personal game which I love. Pro level is fine but at least for me I don’t care about roster changes and team issues, i just want to know strategies and ability breakdowns and so on so pro only matters to me in what they’re doing tactically. Love the show and how active the community is. Great chemistry in hosts and knowledgeable guests.

Been listening for close to a year, continually learning new tips/tricks and ways to think about maximizing my skills. Always enjoy listening throughout the work day! Keep it up boys.

My husband has listened to y’all forever. Initially, it drove me insane because I didn’t understand the Overwatch hype, but in May I decided to give it a try and played the game for myself. I was instantly hooked. Since then, I have been a regular listener. I have an hour long commute to work through Atlanta traffic and have gone back and listened to almost every episode available. I *almost* look forward to my hour long commute on days that you release a new episode. For someone like me who is new-ish to this game, the going deep episodes are a life saver. They have helped immensely in learning strategies, counters, and just general tips when playing different heroes. The information is useful and both Rob and Andres are entertaining and easy to listen to. They always pick great guests who are insightful in their suggestions and best practices. The only frustration I have is that I play on console, so sometimes it’s hard to figure out what they are talking about when they reference left and right clicks, and keystrokes. TL;DR This is hands down my favorite gaming podcast, both hosts are excellent, and it is a useful and fun way to learn about the game.
