Miranda is very informative. Love it!!!

If you ever want to know anything about our legal system just listen to this Podcasts and then do the complete opposite.

The host has no personality and is poorly versed on almost every topic. This has to be a vanity project.

Miranda is a lawyer?!? Where? There is no way that Miranda or Binger should ever be allowed near a courtroom unless they are having their pants sued off ! Shameful.

During the Binger interview, the host just parroted MSM talking points, said KR carried an automatic weapon, and never challenged Binger regarding his conduct during the Rittenhouse trial….absolutely pathetic!

At least if this guy spoke in facts, and left out the facts that go against his ideas, it would be half true. Sadly this guy manufactures “truths” I disagree with censorship but the fact that this clown’s ratings are so terrible is censorship enough

I’m not even going to get into the leftist nonsense or the rittenhouse lies. This idiot is an attorney in good standing with the New York Bar Association and he wasn’t aware that of the double jeopardy law. He actually asked Binger if he was going to appeal the acquittal. I don’t even have words

I listen to all sides so that I can gain truth and knowledge and well rounded perspective. This more recent interview with Thomas Binger however was the straw for me. How you can let that man ramble on blatantly lying to your audience is beyond me. That is the episode that turns me off for good.

I was hoping to find a good legal podcast that would talk through issues in a unbiased way. Instead I found this podcast that has the interviewer softball his guests.

The host is misinformed on basic facts, which makes the show totally unlistenable. If you want facts and law, it can’t be found here.

This guy, Dave, doesn’t know the difference between semi-automatic and automatic weapons, and perpetrated lines in the Rittenhouse case, yet somehow thinks he’s qualified to interview partisan hacks like Thomas Binger.

The host should take Andrew Branca’s law of self defense class so he can learn how self defense laws in the United States work.

It’s amazing how uninformed Miranda was on this case. Thomas Binger is a lying steaming pile and a disgrace to the nation. When he stated that if anyone else had killed Rittenhouse he would not have prosecuted it. Shameful.

Binger is a whiner, he’s butt hurt, and he’s trying to save face. The host of the podcast is definitely left-leaning and egging on Binger. Binger is STILL spouting misinformation. Only the severely uninformed say The Proud Boys are white supremacists. The leader is literally Afro-Cuban. These guys are waaaaay off base.

It’s unbelievable that Thomas Binger is referring to child rapists as “some people with baggage.” Disgusting.

For an attorney, you sir are an idiot! You let an ADA lie just as much as he did during a trial that according to him was supposed to be about truth. Also, there’s no such thing as an assault rifle. I have never seen a prosecutor be so slimy as Binger was during this trial. Take the 1 star and subtract 1 please.

I was a bit shocked that he had no idea of the facts presented and proven in court! Even Binger who is a joke, had to explain that the state can’t appeal a not guilty verdict!! If your looking for fiction court cases… this is your guy! But if your looking for a real lawyer podcast…try Anatomy Of Murder! No bias there

Lot of bias political leanings, but maybe that should be expected. Analysis is pretty lackluster. A lot of assumptions made and borderline slander. Decent listen for law students I suppose.

I watched the trial. Binger continues to misrepresent facts, it’s incredible!! And they he would want mob rule is unconscionable. The police did nothing!!! For days on end the police allowed it to happen. Kyle was attacked and defended himself. Should have never been brought to trial. Bingers own eyewitnesses proved the defense. Binger is now why I no longer trust prosecutors. I was always on the prosecutor side because I thought they would only bring cases that were for justice. Binger types are the worst and most dangerous persons in our country. Political motivated and does NOT care about facts. They lie and prosecute innocent people. Binger and Kraus want innocent people in jail, literally does not bother them?!!!! Unreal. And the hack of the interviewer who never calls him out on his lies. He can’t be a lawyer??? Both need to watch the trial again.

Binger lied about Rittenhouse and the host lied about Rittenhouse for 53 minutes. Terribly dishonest. Kyle clearly acted in self defense and never should have been prosecuted in the first place.

For a lawyer, this guys use of words and grasp of the current topic are terrible. If he is this flippant in all this podcasts then this podcast should be classified as fake news. Example Automatic weapon is not the same as semi automatic

Truly an amazing source for false information. If you’re going to be talking about a case involving firearms, you should really know the difference between automatic weapons and semi-automatic weapons. It’s such elementary knowledge that you’d basically have to go out of your way not to know it if you took even a minute to educate yourself about firearms. It isn’t a minor mistake. There’s a massive difference between the two. We already have enough incorrect info being published around the internet. Don’t contribute to that. Try and be better.

Seriously how do you practice law in the criminal system and NOT understand the difference between an automatic and semi automatic weapon?? You really think the general public is stupid don’t you? How can you not know any thing about the rittenhouse case and host the ADA on the case? Unsurprisingly you’re from NY so you have a below average understanding of firearms and firearm law idk who to talk to about your status with the BAR but they should look into this and your knowledge of pretty basic law.

Would be nice if the host had the facts correct about Kyle. Amazingly Binger corrected him. But Binger is delusional and extremely condescending. 🤢 🤢

Great podcast on forgotten 1st red scare and Bar Association response.

Wonderful! Loved it! President Miller’s account of his experiences in Bosnia during the aftermath of the war and their election process was inspiring. His graphic description of the effects of the war were very touching. Kudos to Mr. Miranda for his great work in posing questions that encouraged the speakers to tell a full story.
