5 stars for Nick and Nate from Apex hubcast And NEWB it was good hearing them again and especially in the Kotaku review

Honestly a good podcast. Liked Apex Hubcast, and then transitioned to NEWB, a bit more broader topic. Good podcast but hit a hard bump towards the end. Looking out for Crucible Crew tho

Literally less than a month ago on their discord I said “this discord is as dead as the cast.” After nobody in the community came to their defense, I got called “toxic” by the creators and promptly booted without warning. But low and behold this podcast closed its doors less than a month later. I love being right!

These guys have their own distinct style and their passion for their work shows. They’re considerate of a large viewership that I think many people aren’t, they are both professional in vision and fun in presentation. Great work guys, I look forward to what you bring in the future!

I like these podcasts but too many gay jokes and borderline racist jokes plus Super CRINGE BEWARE But otherwise good podcasts. I play on Xbox my gamer tag is RadioactvBunny

This was the first Apex podcast I found when I started playing. However, I’ve come to realize it’s the least entertaining or informative after some time listening to other shows. Neither Nick nor Nate really know the game well enough to be giving opinions, updates, or commentary on it. Respawn puts out patch notes for a reason, you don’t have to show up to your own podcast unprepared to talk about seasonal changes. They have no idea what the meta is, how character abilities truly work, and make Family Guy jokes that are seriously dated. Also, I don’t think they’ve gendered Bloodhound correctly even once. Grow up, guys. If you want a better Apex podcast, Dropping Spicy and Jump Master are much better for getting accurate info and relevant commentary.

I have listened to every episode because I love this game and I want as much content as I can get. I have found when I listen to this podcast, it gives me a bummed out view of the game. I feel like there is not enough research done in preparation for this podcast and this causes them not to understand certain aspects of the game. This then turns into a round robin of complaints about the game, half of which are not valid. This is not to say that I don’t agree with a lot of what they say, I just wish they thoroughly read patch notes/strived to understand the nuances of the game more. My only other complaint is the professionalism of the podcasters. I love that they are comfortable messing around but especially with Nick, it can be a little much. I would rather just hear what you have to say rather than have to sit through childish theatrics. I hope you keep doing the podcast and I will continue to listen, these are only opinions and I appreciate you putting out content. Thank you -James

There is a green ring around the drop ship when it lands you have to get inside it or on top of the ship and it tps you inside haven’t won one as a legend yet the best legends to use in the mode are mirage because of his disappearing act and pathfinder with his grapple and zip line I’ve only watched 20 min of your podcast and I love it!!!!

Humor seems to be the main goal of the show. the jokes and references are very forced and often miss the mark of comedy and tread into offensive territory. There are other apex legends podcasts to listen too. These guys seem passionate though so that’s the reason for 2 star and not a 1 star.

Terrible gay jokes (that they back off of immediately) and cringey jokes all around (race jokes...yikes). The information provided seems less than helpful, spent a lot of time on other games and don’t cross play... I don’t come to this podcast for general gaming info, I came for apex info.

Fun to listen to, but you can tell they don’t play much. They seem pretty knowledgeable as far as updates, and patches, but experienced players will cringe pretty frequently.

This podcast is the best out there I love it so much for keeping up with apex and I love it so freaking good

I have a pretty sweet clip of what she was taking about with the 2 people colliding on the zip line. I also got the kill then died but the result was I got the squad wipe out of it! Great podcast, would love to hear more about your personal game plays I.e. squad wipe story’s or great plays in general. Keep it up!

While there is a bit of cringe and some things I don’t agree with the shows still good. Don’t change it all cause a couple trolls left bad reviews. Saying the battle pass is anything but trash would be a lie and I truly love the game and have supported Vince and Respawn for years. Keep doin you and don’t change things to cater to the minority like so many things are doing these days. Good luck going forward, maybe we can run a few rounds one of these days, while I’m no pro I am well above average.

Great podcast! You guys are awesome to listen too, for starters you guys are just ordinary gamers who can relate to all of us decent players who don’t always have the time to play. Personally I relate and agree with what you guys say about the game and gives me a solid time killer to listen to while on longer drives. Ignore any haters you guys are doing just fine! -Andrew

Too many entitled whiners in the reviews, must want robots without opinions. If you want that, don't subscribe. I like the personality in the podcasts. I like the open feedback about the battlepass, and not just because I agree. They presented their feedback rationally, they really didn't need to apologize for having opinions. If you do not like opinions, don't subscribe. Don't change the personality, don't change the humor. Deeper dives would be great. Opinionated listener, haters move on.

I enjoyed the first few episodes, along with the deep dive episodes for the different legends. The last few episodes have been pretty terrible. The giggity bit is extremely cringey, and makes me want to throw my phone in the garbage. The complaining about the battle pass is dull as well. I hate to unsubscribe, but maybe over time this podcast will evolve.

This is a great group and community building apex organically and committed to giving honest feedback about the game and what’s going on in the community.

Hi guys - y’all have some great content when you go into Legend Deep Dives, weapons, strategies, etc. However, I find myself disapproving/disappointed when I hear y’all complain about pricing of skins, how much information is or isn’t released, and so on. I think that part of the podcast takes up too much time sometimes, and from my perspective, this is a free game unless you choose to pay. Game development, software engineers, server maintenance, etc are COSTLY, so I don’t think it’s fair to criticize Respawn for trying to monetize the game with the skins. No monetization = no capital to improve the game and/or develop new games. The Season 1 Battle Pass content may be disappointing to some, but it is their first Battle Pass and again, you don’t have to buy it. Overall love the podcast - I would just like to hear more content about the actual game and less about the business side because I don’t think any of us can credibly speak to things like pricing without knowing the financial side of the game.

I love you guys! I always look forward to hearing your new stuff... if I had the time I’d count the giggities but unfortunately I’m just so busy I wouldn’t be able to lol... keep up the good work fellas!

I hate to give any podcast a bad review because a lot of work gets put into making them. However, I feel it’s justified in this case. The content isn’t anything special. I subscribed to the podcast hoping to learn tips and tricks (or insider knowledge) that I didn’t already know. There was none to be found. These are guys playing the game just like I am and communicating what they’ve experienced. They’re average players at best; admittedly low level players that aren’t grinding to find any advantage to be had over the rest of the public. There isn’t anything that stands out about the podcast. The host aren’t particularly likable guys, and their humor falls short of being funny. Give up on the giggidy count, it comes across as unnatural. This latest episode (the bonus episode about the battle pass) was probably their strongest showing to date. There was a lot of good info in there, and they clearly did some research when figuring out the total BP XP needed to reach lvl 100. I also like that they broke down the skins and other rewards that were unlock able and gave their honest opinion on the rewards overall. Sorry boys, I’ve got to unsubscribe though.

I listen to this to this podcast while I am playing and all the tips and tricks they give about the legends and other things have helped me significantly improve my gameplay.

Man what a great podcast. Ive listened to many different Apex podcasts and these guys are far and away the best quality. They keep a focused narrative with good pacing and good topics.

This is exactly what I needed. A lot of input and things I never thought of while playing. These dudes know all about it. Great content keep it up.

Love the dad jokes. Those are always appreciated. These guys really go into the dynamics of every aspect of the game you can think of. Really good stuff.
