I love this podcast, I truly do. I love their jokes, subject matter and energy. My only critique is that they are NOT consistent at all. They get you excited for what’s to come and then disappear. I understand they have lives outside of this though.

When I started listening to podcast channels, mmhmm girl podcast channel was so great and still is. The problem that I have with this channel is you guys don’t keep up with it and add contexts in general. I know you guys have lives and other business avenues but is this going be a continuous thing?

Tried listening to the most recent episode. Made it about 15 minutes before I had to turn. The show is fine, but somebody is chewing gum and I can’t listen to someone smacking on him literally in my ear. I might try again some other time. With another episode.

I love this podcast! It's super bay (which I miss), it's super relatable (Lola is like a vocal and thoughts clone of my fave cousin) and it's hilarious!

I live and work in a place where little to no color people exist. This show gives me "my people" in an hour and it's everything I need. And ya'll right about them parking tickets!!!

I've been listening to this podcast for about a week now and I still don't how I feel. They have good moments that crack me up. Then there are moments the podcast is hella dry as though they are just pushing to get through it. So as of right now I don't hate it but I don't love it.

I've been listening for several months & have tried to turn a deaf ear on the transmisogyny & homophobia (sometimes sexism) of this show, because I sincerely love it when Lola & Babs get to talking about their stuff (like their dating adventures & their recaps of celebrity happenings). But then I had this moment when I realized that I would actually be ashamed if my friends (many of them lgbtq) knew I listened to this show because it's so gross. & I've gotta unsubscribe. I think the show would be awesome without Ike & his disturbing random inputs, but even Babs & Lola have said some questionable things, which is really unfortunate. If y'all feel a way about gay / trans people (which to me feels like you don't understand sexual orientation & certain gender expressions), that's fine but maybe keep it to yourself & not blast it on a widely listened to podcast?

Unlike other podcasts with a similar makeup, they are not overtly pandering to others, they stick to what they're interested in and that makes for a fun show.

Stumbled across this podcast while scrolling through somebody's pictures on Twitter like two days ago. Been listening to new and old episodes ever since. Babz, Lola and Ike provide so much entertainment and laughs with their senses of humor and the way they each play off one another. Hearing where they come from on pop culture and other topics is refreshing and even though I'm a straight man, I enjoy hearing the various points of view that aid in understanding how women view certain things. I love it. Smart. Funny. Insightful. I just got put on to this podcast. I listened to 4 podcasts in 2 days and laughed. Mostly, what hooked me is that the discussions ring of heart felt honesty.

The girls are great but Ike digs himself deeper into a hole everytime anything an lgbt subject comes up he really is truly ignorant to the highest degree, this would be a problem if you actually want to be successful because people won't take that level of disrespect. Keep him around because he is a good sound guy but maybe in a non speaking role.

Babs and Lola are great. Their dude friend in the back ruins it for me though.

This podcast is so effortless. Babz got me constantly laughing and Lola has the greatest stories. It's a mix of personal, pop culture, and comedy, and so realistic. Keep up the great work

I've listened to this podcast several times and for the most part it was "ok". Just can't get past how homophobic they are. The male cohost openly admits to having a wife and girlfriends but then says homosexuals have no morals. Once he tried to make light of his hypocritical views by saying he has no problem with gays but doesn't believe that they should "put it out there". The two ladies often laugh at his comments.

I know most people hate Ike and all his in the background comments, but… I must say, I tried to listen to this podcast several months ago because it has a great title (mmhmm) and I couldn’t deal with the quality and the flow of the show. Then I gave it another try and Ike was on the show and it was GENIUS. After Ike was on and the quality improved and they had a sidekick, I loved it and even listened to the older low quality episodes.

I ran across this podcast became when they were featured for Black History Month, and I instantly became a fan. They have now become a weekly staple to my self care routines because of the gut busting laughs when I listen to them. From the Ranked: Hood Fashions list to Babz story about her friend going too hard when she went dumb, it's all LOVE. Ladies (& Ike) please keep it up.

I love this podcast! Lola and Babz are great and you never know what they are going to say BUT, what really does it for me is the random outburst from brother Ike! I was so mad when he was in a different room the last show and we couldn't hear him. This is a great listening piece and it has me dying all the time hella funny hella good. One of the funniest things when Babz was telling the story about her friend going dumb I laughed so hard because I have a lot of friends from college from the bay and I could envision every second of that!!!! MMhmmm Girl

Definitely one of my favorite podcasts! I look forward to listening to them weekly!
