Mentors for Military, has such great interviews and insights for leaders at all levels, it could easily be renamed “mentors for Leaders.” I enjoy the military focus, I just encourage leaders from all fields to tune in, and learn from the great leadership principles the military leaders discuss.

please please please fix your intro/outro music; it’s way too loud. I really enjoy the series, but that music is so jarringly loud I consider unsubscribing from the show every time I hear it. Easily twice as loud as the dialogue.

Mentors for military is one of the best podcast I’ve ever listened to! They offer so much knowledge when it comes to the military and tell some pretty amazing stories and know how to carry on and laugh at the good times and bad!

Love the podcast

I listened to the Counterintelligence Special Mission Unit episode and there was no information about the job. It was an hour about this guy’s life in the Army. I understand there is a lot about the job that is classified, but they could have discussed it without giving away something.

This is a very professional podcast with interviews that touch on some very important subjects. Some of these topics can be uncomfortable for some, but are topics and discussions that affect a lot of military and non military personnel, are things every body thinks about from time to time, and this is a good platform to bring them out into the open as a means to help others. Well done. Highly recommend.

Robert and Scott bring a diverse group of individuals who empower and engage their audience. I find the stories fascinated and energetic listening to their guests and the heroes of the past and present in all branches of service. Look forward to future episodes to listen to on my morning commute.

The variety of guests and experiences on the show really showcases different paths, especially for people looking into serving!

Great podcast! I was hoping to find out if swimming is incorporated in Q course. Last, what’s the difference between the SF groups? Are candidates assigned to different groups based off their second language or skill set (s).

I’m not ex-military, but I still enjoy listening. All the topics and lessons to be learned are relevant to anyone looking to grow and develop as a person.

I met Robert on a plane ride home from a particularly stressful week on the business side of things.... during our conversation he mentioned the podcast and the goals behind it. As a former soldier I find this podcast extremely helpful, and enjoyable. Hearing the journey represented by guys like Chance and many others helps me remember that others struggle and others manage to find a way to move forward helping both themselves and others in the process. Keep at it guys. I am a fan!

Thanks for stepping beyond a good idea and actually putting it into action. Making available an information vehicle for veterans, and even curious civilians, provides any listener a window into what it's like to serve, how others have become successful, and a raw perspective on mindset and how to apply it in today's world.

Once I got into listening to podcasts I stumble upon this one. Gave it a shot and now it's one of the shows that I listen to all the time. If you recently transitioned out of the military or are about to, you have to listen to these guys and gal. I was in the Navy 94-98 so I've been out a while but I have just started my second and third business and the show is helpful. One is a hobby and the other I'm just good at. Keep up the good work!!!

This is by far the best podcast available for current active duty military and veterans. The team is constantly delivering high quality content and in a refreshing format.

Veterans helping veterans is inspiring, and the books and ideas that are talked about on these podcasts help me think about how I can help others, but also force myself to keep learning and be more productive. This is a very helpful connection back to my time in the military, and reminds me of the best of why I joined and why I stayed so long. One of my favorite podcasts on leadership and personal growth.
