Emily Schromm is a trainer, coach, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and entrepreneur. From MTV's Challenge to Women's Health Magazine's Next Fitness Star, Emily has worked in the industry for over 13 years helping people learn about movement, mindset, and the power of nutrition. 

She is the founder of Empirica supplements, the author of the poetry book - The Process, and lover of Mother Earth. Her goal is to continue to inspire listeners to live their BEST, BIGGEST life through storytelling and heart.
