I am always inspired when I learn how others are applying EQ's tools to their professional (and personal) lives. So far I enjoyed listening to Phil's former students sharing how they introduced new habits to their daily routines, and how these habits have made a difference in their work and family environments. The format adds depth to the content that Phil is regularly publishing via his blog posts. Highly recommended.
