I listen to the guys every morning. It’s great because unlike other shows they post their new episodes very early so I don’t have to wait to hear what I missed the night prior!

With the constant rotation of hosts this podcast has just devolved into a bunch of hardcore local fans with casual national opinions. It’s baffling to me why an nba podcast would rely on the Heat fan’s Mav’s take when they have a Mav’s fan on the payroll who hosts one of these shows. This show would be so much more comprehensible if it just had a set host with guests from the other locked on pods. They way it sits now is just a mess. The week of just the same Harden takes almost made me walk away entirely. There are 30 teams, with over 500 active players this year. There are a lot of storylines to cover and yet this pod barely tackles them

Pelicans fella is ridiculous. Dude you sound like a 13 year old girl at the beach here in SoCal. Such a tough listen, which is ironic because he never listens to his own cohosts. Hoops knowledge is also very suspect. Get it together Locked On.

Among the network, including the National pod, some groups are really improving in terms of personnel and production. I highly suggest changing the intro — not the reason it doesn’t get five stars — just a suggestion. It feels dated and generic, especially at this point. Suggest using a totally different intro. Something more inviting to your listener, more distinctive to your brand, and more contemporary — especially for this national pod to compare against other nationals for people’s “first listen.” Seems a small note, I know, but listeners make decisions very quickly, and trends show that it matters.

This pod has been improving in overall quality. However, the Monday show is a weak point. It’s basically an extended version of the “Game2game” pod. If I wanted to hear that I’d just go listen to that teams pod. It’s much better when it’s 2 hosts going back and forth over a variety of issues than the interview style stuff.

Not a fan of Adam although I did like Matt Moore before him. There’s just not enough coverage relevant to my team and my conference. When you cover Denver it’s mostly about the stupid MVP controversy. Or when Embiid DID NOT play us. Who cares? Our last few games the bench at last performed fabulously including coming back and beating #3 Sacramento with starters. I’m done. No reason to follow.

In regards to one of the latest episodes with Joe Mullinax discussing Ja Morant and his ownership of a gun, is Ja not an American citizen? We have the 2nd amendment, Ja can own whatever weapon he chooses, and can show it off on social media if he wants to. To insinuate that that kind of behavior is evident of a mental illness is beyond compression as an American. Black guns matter.

The Locked On network is great! I love the variety of hosts. However, you’ve gotta ditch Cyrus from Locked on Warriors! He’s the kind of absurd homer that makes even those of us Warriors fans cringe. In his short tenure he’s made childish attacks on other local media & podcasts. You can regularly hear fans calling into other shows make comments like “f#*% Cyrus.” I used to listen all the time, but I just can’t stomach him anymore. He really doesn’t know much about basketball and has become an embarrassment to your network. I get the feeling that the other Locked On hosts feel the same way when they have to interact with him. Please save Locked on Warriors by finding a new host.

Loving the 1min recaps of all the games - definitely beats looking through box scores.

Game 2 game is cool. Get all the info from the locals and helps me understand what’s happening with individual teams. Kinda disappointed I didn’t get to hear the nuggets take on being embarrassed though 😂 Go Jazz!

Take the locked on bulls guy off the podcast, that laugh is so annoying.

I use to love them now listening to the bulls host sounds like he knows nothing other than bulls info (if that) like what is he talking about none of his takes makes sense and are simply not even true sounds so uninformed even his partner just moves on after some of his takes and the fake laugh is cringy hope they take him off the Thursday show turned into a tough listen

Why is this pod so problematic with audio. Cuts in and out like some bad connection. Unsubscribe it’s just too annoying

I do regularly listen to this podcasts. The guys are knowledgeable and make interesting points on current NBA topics. My biggest complaint is the the sound quality. A lot of voice drops, crackling, and in consistent voice volumes. Please fix audio quality to improve daily listening. Also, not my first listen, saying that every time is annoying.

Your push back on the NBA retiring Bill Russell’s number league wide is unnecessary. He is the true GOAT.

Definitely is pretty lame that they don’t post on the weekend, but I like to hear about SPORTS. THis is one of the podcasts that doesn’t tell side stories or try to be funny. Consistent 40-40 minute videos with me meaningful nba talk

How does the full NBA guys get off even on weekends when several, if not most, team podcasters put up content the night after the games no matter if it’s Saturday or Sunday at r whenever.

Really like the podcast but especially Thursdays. Just feel like Nick and Big Dave/Pat have really fun chemistry.

Good show but the fact there are email chimes throughout some episodes is a bit obnoxious.

I do not like it when you say “thanks for being your first listen everyday”. It sounds so manipulative. Locked On is NOT my first listen everyday. But I do like listening to the podcast. Please stop the manipulation.

I don’t know why I keep trying, but when Wes hosts I just can’t get through an episode. He’s arrogant, smug, and loves the sound of his own voice. Embodies a lot of what I don’t like about the media and fans in larger markets. I’d love for him to get some perspective and cover a different team, because he currently comes off as the kind of guy who, just because he’s articulate, thinks he knows more than everyone else.

I love to listen. No matter if it’s helping me fall asleep or when I’m bored.

Good podcast to listen to if you like ads and whining. Absurdly emotional takes

Generally a good podcast, but you turned off a lot of viewers saying the National Anthem shouldn’t be played at sporting events. I’ll go to CNN next time I wanna hear that kind of stuff.

If guys are going to be so biased about the teams they cover on their own LockedOn to where they are skewing information, they need to NOT be on Locked On NBA and keep the biased talk to the team specific LockedOn.

Of the 1,000+ podcasts that I have listened to over the years, the Kylie Irving segment that Matt and Jackson did was the worst! They did a poor representation and analysis of Kyrie’s words in an unprofessional way. And I’m not even a Kyrie fan. Please stick to fantasy basketball analysis through this situation and stay away from an individual’s personal choice and why they choose to do what they do.

Great show until they took it upon themselves to shame Kyrie for not wanting to get vaccinated. They act as if it’s a nonissue. This is America where one should be able to choose the medical care they receive. If it were any other politically correct agenda I feel like they would be applauding Kyrie for taking a stand. The lack of neutrality on vaccination (lots of listeners agree with Kyrie’s position) is disappointing.

Tired of these arrogant jerks mocking anyone who disagrees with their politics or COVID views on a basketball podcast. This last episode was the last straw. Beal made a logical case and was mocked and emotionally manipulated for it. Can we just talk basketball? Unsubscribe.

Sorry to leave such a scathing review as I really like a lot of the hosts on the network, but after today's episode I really had to leave something. Compared to other pods, Locked on has a lot of ads, wasted space, and basic reporting that you can get elsewhere with pretty much any pod. Today's episode went: Ad 3 minute long intro where they didn't talk about much of anything aside from watching the draft on some platform 4 mins about Kyle Lowry with little unique analysis Ad Locked on Promo Back to talking Shai where they mentioned Toronto should trade #4 for Shai thats probably not going to happen. A couple other tidbits Ad I skipped the last part The final 2 mins were some other promo that I didn't listen to This was a 36 minute podcast I believe. I listen to Locked on Knicks a lot, and sometimes to Locked NBA, but both I think need to find more ways to provide more unique persona and analysis rather than reporting and rehashing what's going on in the league. Obviously I know most pods just talk about what everyone else is talking about, but pods like Knicks Film School or Knicks Wall for example are way ahead of Locked on in terms providing unique viewpoints, personality, entertainment, etc. It's hard to listen to those two pods then listen to Locked on after. All in all, I do like the hosts and don't mind the reporting, but most episodes seem like 30% ads and Locked on promotion, 50% reporting, and maybe 20% goes to some unique analysis about the league/team itself. Sorry I had to leave this review as I've been listening to NBA pods for years now. But yeah, hope to see something more unique coming in the future.

Antetokounmpo is a long name, but you have the privilege of being paid to talk about the NBA on a podcast. You should simply know how to say it if nearly every pundit and basketball fan can.

It is crazy that at the start of every game, Rachel Nichols flashes the white power symbol with her left hand, for a long time during her monologue. You can go back and check. She did it from the preseason on. She obviously does not Want to be around “those” people. It devastated my children and I when we saw it. It is awful to do to the young, full of hopes and dreams. It is clear she wants to do something else. Let her do that something else away from our sons and daughters.

Celebrating Dame in a loss while criticizing Denver in a win was wild. Just because you say “credit to Denver” doesn’t mean you’re actually giving Denver credit.

Hey nick how about you take up for yo Mavs ,then selling out and looking like a chump when you on the pod with a guy that takes shots at yo team . Sad

I love the shows and listen every day, every week but I have a hard time tuning in on fridays. I feel like I’m listening to locked on nuggets rather than locked on NBA. The Adam guy that covers the nuggets is so biased and cannot give a take without mentioning “how great his nuggets are” or his lord and savior Nikola Jokic. If I wanted a 30 minute update about Denver then I’d listen to locked on nuggets. As a long time listener it hurts me to give this low of a rating but I’m annoyed and sick of it.

Good pod for the most part but Anthony Irwin has no understanding of the nba and he just spews out dumb takes and makes fun of players. He needs to get a real career and needs to stop crying all the time

If you want a daily update on large market teams and no meaningful analysis on weirdly interesting small-market seasons then this is the podcast for you.

Just listened to the podcast entitled "are buy outs ruining the NBA" where the hosts did whatever they could to hide that it is in fact an unfair advantage for major market teams. They mention that the Knicks don't get buy outs, so it can't be a problem. Ignoring that among good teams, the buyout candidates always go to the big markets. They don't go to Portland, Milwaukee, Denver or Utah, they go to Brooklyn and LA despite these teams having the same records. You are a part of the NBAs problems locked in, and I will no longer be listening
