Awesome insights into leadership, but because these are all videos, the files are HUGE and the show struggles to play if you listen over data, rather than downloading the show while you’re on wifi. It is honestly painful to listen to because it skips or buffs all the time. The video doesn’t really do anything for the content and I’d bet most podcast listeners do just that- they listen and don’t watch. Save some time and effort and just put the videos on YouTube, then download the audio and put it here for the podcast.

I like to listen to podcasts while hiking. This won’t download with full bars. It says I have to have WiFi. Why make the podcast videos? It defeats the purpose. Il

Get mini podcast! Super encouraging. I’m just not sure where else else to send this. Yet, after listening to four episodes back to back. Starting with Ep. Awesome and working back, I noticed there was not consistent audio level. I had to either volume up or volume down. It would be great to set a standard and make the episodes consistent! It’ll make listening to John easier when he isn’t TOO LOUD, or TOO SOFT.

The point of podcasts are audio. I can’t watch your video. That’s why YouTube exists. Hard to listen because of the steaming data. Please do an audio only podcast!!!! Love the content. Hate the delivery.

Love the videos! But can the podcast be every day to download rather than only Monday and Friday? Easier to watch that way and no streaming.

Always leaves you wanting more; as an audience member of his for about 5 plus years it really feels like 'your friend' is in your pocket.
