Been listening since day one. So happy to hear you two goofs once more. …ignore the one star review to the right. Not a single constructive criticism there. Just angry that people are out there living their best lives while they’re still microwaving ramen for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This show is pretty good, I love the concept, and its better than IIWY - but already by episode 4, this show has 8-10 minutes of ads for a 40 minute show. It’s an insane way to try and get an audience for a brand new show.

I never subscribed to this but they pathetically highjacked their old feed. Actually Bono level scum behavior

I absolutely love this “podcast”. That being said Amir needs to learn that the golden mic is for EXCELLENCE in podcasting, and not for phoning it in every week(and no one answers). Jake is carrying this tacky Turdy winner on his back!!!

If I were Jake and Amir, I’d probably be constantly getting laid due to the fact that I have one of the funniest podcasts in existence. Holy God these guys are funny. I’m straight, but if one of them made a move one me, I might just have to oblige. Nah probably not… but still, god tier podcast.

I listen to many podcasts but this is the only one that is OLD reliable. Long road trip, I’m playing “if I were you.” Always gets everyone laughing even the grouchy 😎

I listened to the first episode within an hour of it being posted. I’ve listened to each one, since. They have evolved and grown in a way that stays relevant and entertaining. I’ve also discovered a ton of new podcasts and shows because of the guests they have on.

Honestly the only ep I checked out was the most recent 458. It’s amazing that everything they said about the Reps was a copy and paste of Dem behavior. I’m not even a Rep. I’m a purposeful fence sitting moderate. I just don’t see how it’s acceptable to hate Trump so much that you can’t see reality. Trumps a blue waffle, but his opposition is infinitely worse. Oh well 🤷‍♂️ Unfortunately I have to hope you goobers will be forced to end your show. Maybe the Dems will clean up and kick out the crazy people and I can vote left next time but for this election, gotta go MAGA.

Jake and Amir’s podcast is one of the few that’s consistently funny week to week and endlessly re-listenable too. The easy dynamic between best friends who’ve worked together as long as they have is hard to come by! I recommend this anyone who wants to giggle at dumb humor and ridiculous bits

Over 400 episodes and just about every one of them is full of laughs and memorable moments. But what is really special about this show is that there are specific episodes I’ve found so funny and endlessly entertaining that I’ve listened to them 3, 4, 5, 10, even 15 or 20 times over the many years that I’ve been a fan. The great guest spots really make the show too. Those are often the episodes I find myself returning to. Pat Cassels’ appearances on the episodes titled “Missing Dad” and “Haehh” are all timers. Other favorite episodes include “Underwear,” “Violence,” “Olive Oil,” and many more.

Like many, I have followed Jake and Amir since their College Humor days. Although I miss their sketch comedy, they have managed to maintain that goofy, and zany dynamic we loved on YouTube and interject it into this Podcast. The humor has changed a bit as all things do with time, but it is still a comforting podcast to put on and have a good laugh when times are tough.

It feels like the show has gotten progressively worse since Jake moved away. Not at all the same energy and level comedy that you can hear in earlier episodes. Wish they would go back and listen to 1-300 episodes and try and get that mojo back...

Thank you for always being transparent and humble when working through issues of marginalization. I’m a WoC researcher and activist and I listen to the podcast to unplug. The reason I can do that is because you make it a space where I don’t have to have my mental guard up. The jokes are never at the expense of someone with less power or status, I appreciate you and I see the work! I’ve been working through the back catalog since 2017 over the pandemic and it’s really kept me sane. Thank you!!

I would say I have followed Jake and Amir since their college humor days and I started listening to this podcast for that reason until I learned what a loser I was in college humor days. If I were you is a refreshing and absurd part of my Monday. If you don’t like this pod... you are a bad man... or womyn. That’s all.
