Creative Scientific Show
This show is amazing. I love the detail it goes into on each episode and the creative concepts you guys give us. The episodes are fun to listen to and give us information. If I were to give feedback it would be to upload a little more and give us more. Based on situations you guys are in I have no idea but besides that it’s a hit.

Meh
Just another group talking about the same topics but more flippantly. Found the laughing by the female commentator to be obnoxious. And you have guests who try to make jokes while side-stepping the questions. Take a guess, yer invited on the podcast...venture a guess.
Seawolf1819
Disappointing
The last episode I listened to was about what aliens might look like. The female commentator said she hoped they looked like fresh water otters because she wanted to look like a fresh water otter as well. She also said that she had learned how to crack oysters on her stomach with a rock. I was annoyed until I realized that they were just a bunch of stoners with PhD’s would managed to hijack some podcast time because of respectable academic credentials. A 12 cylinder 100% waste of time. If you want something to listen to with your friends and you and your friends really like to get very high, then this podcast is for you. If you were looking for a hard information targeted at an intelligent lay formal audience who does not have credentials in the field, then you should definitely go somewhere else.

Fun & informative
Rae & Steve do a fantastic job of weaving humor, science, and education into a smooth, cohesive package. If you're the curious type, give it a listen.

Great conversations / Perfect Commuting Length
I love this show so far, especially the one about aliens farting on Mars. It’s exactly the length of my commute too, more or less, which is honestly something I care about with podcasts.

Just the right combination of space, science, and fun. Keeps me listening at work.

Fun and easy to listen to!
A great show with informative guests and hosts that help get to the heart of interesting stuff. Especially liked the episode on designing a space suit. Keep it up 🚀🚀

So much fun and super informative
If you ever wanted to know anything about space, this is the podcast for you. Even if you think you’re kind of an expert in all things about our universe, there’s probably an episode or two here with something new for you too. Like, did you even know that space-inspired fashion is a thing? I Need My Space is quirky and fun, but also informative for everyone from the most casual to the most enthusiastic of space fans.

My kind of science podcast
There's a fine line in podcasts about science. Get too technical and the show is boring, but when it's too casual, then you don't learn anything. This podcast hits that sweet spot of being fun and informative. I've been loving it so far.

Shocktower

Hysterical and horrifying
Everyone "loves space" but most popular conversation tends to approach it exclusively from a geographical or practical physics-oriented perspective — where are things located relative to each other and how do we transport ourselves there. What about the fact that space is a vast unclaimed territory? Did you know there are space lawyers? There's a whole episode of I Need My Space on that! What about eating, pooping, and sleeping? How would I enjoy my three favorite activities in space? This podcast asks questions about space I never knew I had and then answers them in wildly entertaining fashion. In between I get to also learn about deeply upsetting possibilities like getting sucked into a black hole and being turned into spaghetti. You'll never laugh harder while crying in a fetal position! This show brings me joy.

Suddenly, I’m a Space Person
Let me just say: I am not well-versed in space. I think the endless void is fascinating, and I would jump onto a space exhibition without qualification or hesitation, but if I’m being totally honest, STEM-related podcasts usually put me to sleep. Enter INMS, which manages to thrill and excite even the intellectually weakest space fans. I absolutely loved the energy in every episode, the wittiness and the ease of understanding. The topics are endlessly fascinating, the dialogue is moving and the sense of wonder is unbridled. It’s my new companion for both morning and evening commutes. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Awesome Podcast
This podcast is super interesting but also very engaging to a layperson like me, who is interested in space but not a physics expert.

Don't believe all of it
They say this podcasts are for newbies. Unfortunately those are exactly the people who will be fooled into thinking the hosts know what they are talking about. Mars does not have similar mass to Earth. There already are non-chemical rocket motors (ion drives). Et cetera. I like the hosts, but they need to educate themselves better, or go back and edit their mistakes.

Great for non-science people too!
I heard about this from a friend and was surprised by how much I loved it since I’m not really a science person. I’ve always thought space is a neat topic but everything always seemed so dry and boring. I like how the discussion on this podcast was much more lighthearted and funny, while also being educational. I’ll definitely keep listening!

The Galaxy's best podcast
If you listen to one podcast this entire year, make it I Need My Space. The chocolatey velvet voice of Steve compliments the endless excitement of Rae and their guests are always knowledgable and fun. I can't recommend this enough. Also the best planet is Mercury and the worst is Pluto.

Great info and entertaining
I love finding podcasts that I can learn something from but I find I don’t keep coming back if the facts are just like eating your vegetables. This podcasts keep it interesting while also learning super cool things. The hosts keep it fun and interesting with different topics and fun games such as what’s your favorite planet.

Love the refreshing + witty commentary on space.

A science podcast that knows how to have fun (GASP!)
I've struggled to find a good space podcast because most of them feel like a classroom lecture. I Need My Space is the first podcast that actually feels relevant and timely. The hosts are smart, the topics are current, and most importantly it's witty and knows how to be fun. Science can be FUN and smart at the same time and I Need My Space seems to be the only podcast that gets that.

Love this podcast! Who knew ex-navy seals and nfl players went to space?!?

Fantastic and so funny!
Love listening to this podcast. Rae and Steve are hysterical, and they make the information so easy to digest and understand. I love the episode about whether aliens are cat or dog people. LOL! Keep it up INMS!

Perfect Dynamic Between Co-Hosts With Fun and Insightful Questions
The basic concept for this show is awesome, and I love the clever social media marketing and the overall branding. (What can I say, I'm a sucker for puns and "I Need My Space" is just perfect! -- even the "INeedMySpacePod" is a hilarious in-joke.) The show excellently blends together an earnest sense of curiosity from the hosts, and Rae has a knowledgeable background to ask pointed scientific questions that really spark curiosity for the listener. Steve's voice is like audio velvet and the dynamic that he and Rae have is perfect. Each of them has a unique vocal style and sense of comedy that fit together perfectly. They're enjoyable hosts to listen to and bounce off one another really well. I also really enjoy the various guests they have on the show and always feel like I come away laughing, having learned a lot in the process. The overall production quality on the show is also EXCELLENT. It's always refreshing when a podcast has a cool idea, great hosts, and good production to boot. You don't always get the full package in a podcast that you like! I highly recommend this show to anybody who has even the vaguest interest in space. It's accessible to anyone, even if you don't know much about the science of space.

Super fun, especially curious!
Loved the episode "Let's Not Contaminate Saturn!" Wondering if as we continue to learn more about our capabilities through explorations, will humanity push to be responsible with how we impact other environments, if we're not even taking care of our own? Love learning more about what other planets are made of and the different operational patters, hydrogen oceans? what? Very cool stuff!

Fascinating!
I started listening to this podcast because I am a sci-fi fan and this is the show I have been looking for. Fun and innovative and not too technical that it loses me. The hosts keeps it like guy and fun. I love the warm up questions. Please keep going!

Such a great podcast!
Enjoyed listening to the podcast very much. Love that they bring space experts together with unlikely space fans — Josh Dobbs, for example! Such an inspiring guy and what a great message. Can’t wait to hear more!

I want to hang out with Jerry Linenger
A Midnight Snack in Space was/is nothing short of amazing, entertaining and educational. Jerry Linenger is instantly likable and very much down-to-earth despite being an astronaut. A few takeaways: physiological challenges of being in space for an extended time are unfathomable (bone loss, muscle atrophy, constant dehydration, the effort necessary to simply exercise, etc.); sleep deprivation (given there are 15 night/day cycles every 24 hours; they successfully fought / put out a freaking fire in space (wow, the presence of mind to do that); and his reminder: there's no place like home (Earth). Great, great episode. Well done, Inverse.

Awesome podcast!
This podcast is so fun to listen to, the guest speakers are amazing individuals and I love that there are serious conversations with humor thrown in too! This is and Neil DeGrasse Tyson’s podcast are my favorite astronomy podcasts to listen to! I always eagerly refresh my feed to see if there is a new “I Need My Space”. Thank you for the work you do to make this podcast possible!!

One spACE of a podcast
I don’t typically listen to podcasts cause I never think I have enough time, but these space cadets sure have some wit to them. Perfect mix of funny, smart, stupid, & thoughtful that I actually listened beyond 5 seconds. This is a 1st.

Smart, Funny, Informative
Steve and Rae are quick, knowledgable and fun. Their guests are legit experts on space. This isn't some phoney baloney armchair space podcast. They are interviewing awesome people who know their stuff. Plus, SPACE DOGS!

Out of this world
I’ve always looked up to astronauts so listening to them chat with Steve and Rae highlights their personable/hilarious side even though they’re literal space travelers. Subbed!

An addicting, polished pod
I waited to the second episode to leave my review as the first eps of pods are not always super-indicative of the actual thing, but I’m happy to say I Need My Space is an immensely listenable endeavor. It has all the production polish of an NPR-styled science show but the depth you increasingly only find on podcasts, via the longform interviews. The hosts generally funny and curious, and ask informed questions of astronauts and scientists in an approachable way. It’s a good commute podcast that’s made me laugh and nearly cry while listening to an astronaut talk about how relationships on earth seemed far more important once he looked at our planet from the International Space Station. I’d like hear artists and musicians come on as well.

highly recommend to any space nerds
This is such a great conversation, really interesting and easy to follow! I'm a giant space nerd, but I don't have a degree in Astrobiology or anything, and this was wonderful.

Spaced out
I grew up watching these sort of topics as a kid on the science channel. Hearing space stuff like this again really brings back a ton of memories. The 1st ep was fantastic and I'm super hyped for the next one. I'll definitely be listening to this every week on the train from now on
