An excellent podcast for parents who want to be more intentional. A wide variety of subjects that hit on everything that really matters.

Your volume on your microphone is way too loud! Love the show but I constantly have to turn you down and turn up your guests.

You are at a higher volume than the person you are interviewing. Making it difficult to listen and needing to constantly try change the volume. I can’t listen because you blow out my ears. Correct this simple thing in editing and I’ll correct my stats after I can listen without the struggle

I came looking for direction after hitting my head on a wall while I parent my 3 kiddos and I’m so glad I found this podcast. I left feeling hugged and empowered to do better and practical solutions for things I was feeling overwhelmed with. So thankful and the host is just so kind and endearing… again I just felt hugged and like I went to therapy 🥹

This podcast is such a treasure. Dr. Silverman is an empathetic and smart host who gives realistic advice. Her show is a must-listen for any parent of a teenager.

Talking with Dr. Robyn was a treat! She was open and honest about the need to talk about race and racism esp with young people. She was honest and vulnerable in her own answers, even though we were guests, and she gave us ample time to talk. She even reached out and asked questions when our segment was over. It was a real treat being on her show.

As an elementary school counselor, this is my favorite podcast. It speaks to me as a professional and a mother. She has the best experts on, asks insightful and relevant questions and I ALWAYS learn something in each episode. Often I go back through the show notes to remember a quote or search for the guest's book/website, etc. SO GOOD!

The podcast addresses meaningful (and timely!) topics and provides insight in a kind and comforting way. Listening regularly allows me to feel like I’m not alone on this parenting roller coaster! The host of this show is constantly making mouth noises during her interviews. It is as if she thinks we will forget she is there if she isn’t constantly make her own noises while others are talking. Would love to be able to get the information without her constant mmmmm sounds, right, yup, hummm sounds while guests are speaking.

The host is so obnoxious, she constantly interrupts her guests, inserting her own two cents and not allowing the person to express a thought.

Dr. Robyn engages the topics that overwhelm me most as a parent. I'm thankful that she offers a starting point with so many tools and resources. The podcast is a way to put my fears on the table and and engage my courage as a parent. I'm realizing that parenting will always be messy, so all I have to do is keep showing up and engaging the hard conversations.

Dr. Robyn has a variety of guests with different perspectives. In a time when we don’t have our “normal” parenting support, we can turn to her. Can’t wait for the next podcast!

As a child and family therapist myself I am always seeking resources to share with the parents and caregivers I work with. Your podcast is truly a lifesaver, especially in the pandemic. Being able to find ways to talk to my kids about everything (from the simple stuff to the cringey and sometimes scary stuff). I love that you also have authors on to discuss their books and you use the title of the books for the titles of your episodes! It makes it super easy for me to find exactly what i need when i need it! I will listen to all of it — even though i don’t have boys. It’s important to listen and learn so my girls will be prepared! Thank you for being an anchor for me (and I’m sure PLENTY of other parents) when i feel lost in the sea of parenting teens!!!

This was a great listen. So many things have been changing with the way our homes look and operate during this pandemic. It was interesting and a great reminder of how to talk to your kids about what is happening, and how to shift expectations within your home and with your parenting.

While the variety of topics is notable, they are all pretty consequential. Even episodes that don’t pertain to one’s parenting situations are worthy of a listen because they address kids and issues that are undeniably relevant. I LOVE that she has guests provide feedback for real life examples.

It is essential to surround ourselves with people are encouraging in regards to parenting. Never compare yourself to others but always listen and offer a platform to support other parents. This is a great resource for parents. The mental health episode regarding self care especially.

I immersed myself in parenting tips when my kids were babies and toddlers. Now that they’re school age, I feel totally unqualified! all the tips I’ve learned for parenting babies and toddlers aren’t applicable to the challenges I have parenting school age kids. This podcast has so many topics that I want to learn about!

What great podcasts! I ecpecially loved the podcast about how to talk to your children about sex. Such a hard topic. As a young mom I am just starting to have my son ask questions. As I listened the importance of answering those questions and being the one he comes to really hit me! I can't wait to listen to more of Robyn's podcasts.
