Disrespect of basic Jewish ideals
The ideals and views that you represent and support go directly against basic Jewish principles. If you want to discuss problems that pertain to the orthodox Jewish world at least have the self respect to come from an orthodox perspective. The views presented in this podcast are bias and self centered at best. This podcast does not present conflicting ideals and primarily pushes the agenda of its creator, guests and “Rabbis” that are brought on the show, and even if a valid argument presents itself, the host and features loop circles around their own porous arguments, protecting their own bais agendas in order to make up for a lack of any legitimate Intellect. Each episode is a vast sea of fallacies and demented logic in order to protect the insecurities and shortcomings of the author. My hope is that anyone reading this will accept the teaching of this podcast with a grain of salt.

I love listening to Matana’s interviews and stories that are shared on the podcast. As she says “Because in mental health together it’s always better” turned out to be true. I sincerely recommend everyone to give it a chance and enjoy. I know for sure anyone will regret that.

If you only subscribe to one podcast..this is it.
I was a bit skeptical about mental health podcasts. I feared they might be fluffy or not have real scientific basis. And it could be those type do exist. Not in this arena. Matana is the anti-fluff. Her podcasts, it feels like as a listener, are well researched and have interesting speakers who all speak from the heart. Matana really walks the walk as she brings her own vulnerability to her show which made me feel like she really gets the challenges of mental illness and any listener is lucky enough to be in a judgement free zone. Keep them coming Matana and bless you for creating this forum!

Such a value!
This podcast encompasses so many relevant and sensitive areas that are so needed in our culture. The support, access, and encouragement offered in the episodes I’ve listened to so far have not only been a good resource but also helped me feel less alone. Isn’t that what it’s all about? Great show.

Love Story
The August 13, 2019 episode with Matana’s Husband Ari is truly rare. Without really understanding what was happening & their world being turned upside down Ari bravely stays to help “slay the dragon” and lives to tell the tale. Great insight from the other side, he is a modern day hero and his story will certainly help others.

Great stuff
It’s good to know that someone is being open about touchy topics that people often ignore and pretend like it’s not there if they haven’t experienced it themselves

Brave and Vulnerable!
As a mental health professional who's worked with anxiety and depression for years, I applaud Matana's courage in coming forward and sharing her journey through panic attacks, anxiety and depression so eloquently and vulnerably. Isolation and shame can make anxiety and depression exponentially harder to deal with. Matana's open, warm telling of her experiences, as well as her bravery in asking for and getting the help she needed will go a long way towards helping others heal.

You are brave
Matana, it is amazing to see how you pulled through this. I have been an EMT and a member of Hatzalah for many years and Most of our training was around the physical aspect of the patient and not the mental aspect of the diagnosis and treatment. I’ve responded to many Mental Health calls and it is very hard to treat properly on the emergency medicine part. Kol Hakavod for making it through to the other side. Much success. And can’t wait for the Hong Kong episode.
