Some good convos but it is a turnoff when she starts getting cocky. For instance her recent show with Nate Ortiz she said she was in the .01%, which just sounded really egotistical. Humility is a good thing on the spiritual path.

The way Sahara channels her highest self has been so eye opening to me that I want to do the same. I absolutely soak up every word of every episode!!

You actually have a voice that I love to listen to. Its pleasant.. So I end up listening all the way through. I feel empathy, humour and light radiating from you You are a funny person and what you say resonates with me. You never act high handed or superior . I only listen to 2 or 3 podcasts and they are all wellness oriented.

Sahara has such DEPTH that puts this spirituality/self-help podcast in a league of its own. I was an on-off listener until the Feb ‘23 “how to heal after heartbreak” episode (highly recommend) which met me days after a breakup. Since then, the highest self podcast has guided me on a regular basis. I am finally writing this review after listening to the March 8 episode and her whole album. If you knew me you would not think I’d be vibing with this but omg I saved multiple songs and found myself smiling at some lyrics because I’m like yessss Sahara, you went to the bold and risky place and I’m HERE for it, that’s why I show up to this podcast too. Too many wellness podcasts are so surface and selling products. This is rich and real. PS, the first song Spotify algorithm chose after your album was Ish’s Song by FACESOUL, and it started with “music is my love language”. After hearing that in the podcast today I had to let you know!

I love the Highest Self Podcast. The topic of the week is always something that I’ve been currently thinking about. It’s like Sahara sees in her crystal ball that I’m thinking about this and that, and that’s the topic of the current episode. Everything she says resonates so deeply with me. I feel like if I need advice, I can listen to any episode and she will say that one thing that will make the light bulb flip on, that ah-ha moment! Sahara Rose’s content in recent years has become less relatable. A lot of her new content is focused on dating or trying to persuade listeners to become spiritual coaches. I have no interest in any of those topics. She needs to be more mindful of her audience. Not everyone wants to hear multiple podcasts on “spiritual dating” or using social media to create a business. She pushes her Dharma Institute agenda waaaaay too much. I miss the old Sahara rose content from years ago before she used her podcast to market her businesses.

I cannot get enough of the highest self podcast! Every episode feels like an epiphany and likes its speaking to exactly what I need in that moment. Sahara bleeds authenticity and everything is so genuine and from the heart. Do yourself a favor and add this to your weekly habits!

I live by the highest self podcast. I have learned so incredibly much, found out more about myself and who I wanna be, and found actionable ways to work towards becomes my highest self. Sahara is lovely, relatable, funny, and has the best guests come on. I love every topic and each time I hear wisdom that sticks with me!!!! I Listen almost every day and keep scrolling back and finding more and more gold hehehe was in the top 1% of listeners in 2023 if that clues at how obsessed I am!!

Whenever I am curious about something or feeling the call to learn more or dive further into a topic, Sahara is right there expanding beliefs and getting to the truth of it all. Her podcast and her guests have helped me navigate toxic friendships, business shifts, and deeper healing. I stumbled upon Sahara Rose’s podcast on my Spotify and have been hooked ever since — I love how she integrates topics within spirituality that can often be dense but she has a gift of relaying the information in a fun, approachable, relatable, & easily digestible way. She has helped me on my journey of self growth and development and i will forever be grateful for that. Her emails are fabulous as well because i can get notified/reminded when she drops an episode so that I’ll know the topic discussed ahead of time and can be sure to tune it if I feel it resonates. Discovery I'm currently on a journey of learning myself. I know it sounds crazy because I've been me for 31 years. lol but I've always lived for others and never myself. But that's not important at the moment lol. I lalalalalala love the wisdom of Sahara Rose. The level of openness and honesty is just amazing. I just recently found Sahara and wow, her messages are changing my life. I’ve been on this spiritual journey for the past five years and kept hitting a wall. I cried out to the Universe and surrendered, “Please bring me someone to help me, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong and I desperately want to live to my fullest potential so I can then help others.” Literally the next day, I stumbled onto Sahara’s podcast and all the questions I had and next steps for me were laid out beautifully through her podcasts. Sahara bring the best energy and always talks on interesting topics. One of my fave podcasts to listen to💞

Some of her content hits closer than others, depending on her guests, but Sahara herself is an absolute channeled beacon. Because of her I was introduced to Mia Magick, who is my absolute go-to and who I resonate with the most out of all spiritual creators, but Sahara is a very close second. While Mia doesn’t post very often, Sahara provides a much needed more frequent upload schedule. I just finished her inner healing child podcast with Carina Talla and while the idea of change is scary, I know that single podcast is going to bring about a world of change. I’m almost in tears even writing this realizing where I would be without their guidance and who I have the potential to become because of them. This really is a sisterhood, and I know I’ll get to meet them someday in a non creepy fan way. Aligned people are drawn to each other, and I can’t wait to be deserving.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for about 2 years now! I really appreciate Sahara’s perspective and her guests. The episodes have given me insights and uplifting I’ve needed through my Saturn return. I’m now a student of DCI!

I have to say, Sahara Rose has inspired huge change in my life. Her work and her energy entered my life right when I needed it. I started by listening to the podcast along while ago, ended up reading her Discover Your Dharma – and did indeed discover my dharma – and I continue to listen to the podcast to flesh out and explore my understanding of the world and my role in it. Definitely worth a listen! I will offer two critiques: I have noticed that the podcast has semi recently been sped up, especially at the beginnings. I’m not sure about other listeners, but it definitely has increased my anxiety listening to this podcast, and does not have the same easy energy that it did before. And secondly, I really wish Sahara gave a little more voice time to her guests; it just feels sometimes like the guest is used as a sounding board instead of as as a true mutual exploration of the topic. But otherwise, really wonderful work and contribution to the world!

Sahara is the reason I was able to get out of bed in the morning after losing my job, grandmother, and ending a relationship all in the same month. I truly appreciate her wisdom, inspiration, and good vibes. The positive outlook she has on life is infectious and I appreciate all the clarity she has brought into my life. She inspired me to begin my own journey of self discovery as I follow her advice and tactical pointers. I only wish I could be her bff! Thank you girl!

Highest Self is my favorite podcast out there. I always leave listening with my consciousness expanded and heart open. Sahara has a way of delivering deep, complex messages with a light playful energy that is easy to vibe with. So grateful for her work and all of her guests!

This podcast is literally soul food. I crave these spiritual conversations and she never disappoints! You cannot get these downloads anywhere else. The embodiment Sahara possesses is unworldly and is so insightful & powerful. I would love to hear more on numerology (like the synchronicities episode) and the most recent one on free will/destiny.

This review is LONG overdue. Coming straight from my heart I can honestly say that this podcast changed my life. Several years ago when I started to expand more spiritually and awaken to my own divine gifts, I listened to this podcast obsessively. It gave me so much insight and comfort to know that other people were experiencing the world in the way I was. The Highest Self podcast actually led me to my Akashic Records teacher, and now I have my own thriving business as an energy healer and Soul Integration Guide. I took a break from listening to the show for a while because intuitively, I was feeling called to tune into my own channel. Over this past summer, I was on a cycling trip across the country riding 80 miles a day on my bike for 10 weeks straight from Washington State to Maine. I needed something to help me ground and connect while I was riding, so I thought I would check in to see what Sahara Rose was up to. No doubt about it, listening to this podcast helped me get through one of the most physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging journeys of my life. Tuning in now, I was even more awe-struck and inspired by Sahara's continued evolution. Thank you times infinity for all you do for humanity and the planet, Sahara. I love your shine and how you continue to expand with such passion for Life. Wherever I go, it's so beautiful to have you there with me singing, twerking, sharing your wisdom, and belly laughing through my earpods.

This podcast has truly change my life in so many ways that words cannot express. The gratitude I feel for the embodiment Sahara has taken on to explore all of her depths has encouraged me to find my purpose. I believe the inner work she has done is rippling outward to raise the consciousness of this planet. I have purchased both her books, “Idiot’s Guide to Ayurveda” and “Eat Feel Fresh”. I have also participated in a few of her dance parties via IG live during the pandemic. Such a magical experience I must add! This podcast came into my life right when I am starting my healing journey after a separation from my 12 year partner and the father of my children. It’s amazing to hear the way Sahara thinks and her guests are top notch! Absolutely necessary for expansion!
