Geoff sits down with Niv Dror, the writer and social editor for Product Hunt, a website that surfaces the hottest products in start-up world every day.  Niv, famous for his community skills in the Silicon Valley (check out his Twitter for all the trending news/memes) and for appearing on TIME because of his "shruggie" tattoo, shares his story of how he got to where he is today. While many know Niv as that person on Twitter who will make them laugh and chuckle, there is much more to him under the surface. Starting from humble beginnings, Niv grinded and hustled his way to becoming a social media guru. As he climbed the ranks of Silicon Valley, Niv never let formal qualifications get in his way and instead created "value" for himself that others could not ignore.
