Flipping Houses for Rookies is the perfect way to learn about a variety of topics. Well-researched, and always keeps me engaged with their storytelling. I highly recommend this podcast!

He does bad business. I purchased the course in 2020 on a sale and at the time the strategies were a bit outdated even some of the sites he was using wasn’t properly working. I asked numerous times if we was updating the course and he said no. He said that what the monthly deal hunting mastery was for. Another $97/month and then $1200 for coaching. So to me I wasn’t too fond of things. He likes to say he is better than everyone but when I told him his strategies were outdated he gets mad. So he then removed me from having access to a course I PAID FOR a few days ago December 10 or 11th 2022. I have never heard of that. The reason I sent him that reply to the email was because it was an insult. He kept sending me emails trying to sell me creative REIREPLY for 5k and it completely turned me off especially when I saw it for $1497. It’s one thing if it was $1497 but to insult my intelligence with a $5k offer that was the last straw. I asked for a refund or access to something I paid for with no response. Whether or not I’m not too fond of his ways, I still made a purchase and I should still have the course. They way he conducts himself I would find someone else. He toots his own horn too much l,and talks down on others. You’re supposed to feel like you are the best always even if you’re not, but be humble and have humility.The podcast is too slow and all over the place. He yells all the time and is too arrogant plus audio at times is not that great.

This podcast is by far the best Real estate investor podcast ever ,I learn a lot listening to this show and I know I will get my first deal soon the more I listen to it

First episode I tried to listen to started with 10 solid minutes of random, useless chit chat. After that it remained slow and sleep inducing.

The fastest way to go from rookie to pro is by listening to Bill. You get real world advice from someone that’s still doing the business and not just a guru trying to sell a product. Each episode is full of useful information and not sells pitches. If this is you first time you have came across this podcast make sure you subscribe, so that you never miss an episode. Bill is the definition of under promise and over deliver.

Great information! If i had one piece of constructive criticism, improve the quality of the audio. The audio is terrible when the host speaks loudly into the mic. Its really hard to pay attention to the content. Humbly i say this, really appreciate the work you do!

I’d like to be able to listen and maybe learn, but there are many issues. One, it sounds like I’m being screamed at, two, the arrogance is b.s., all the episodes I’ve listened to are relevant to people having fear of making calls...but the lessons are not that solid. Very little on how to do...mostly complaining about his students. Sounds like a coach projecting his failures.

I had to exit an episode just to make sure it wasn’t recorded in 1960. Sexist comments against women constantly and sooooo much time spent on useless chatter instead of giving relevant information. Maybe this works where they are from, but I’m sorry I wasted two hours trying to give them a chance.

Bill & Pete do a great job with giving you the info you need to take action and see results. No BS - just straight forward conversations about building your real estate investment business. Good stuff! Thank you both!

It’s an easy to listen to coaching on how to do deals and how to find deals using modern resources so you can get to work and get deals going immediately. The content gives great value if you are starting or refining a real estate business. Plus both guys are down to earth and kind which is important to me in a coach.

Flipping houses for rookies brings such great content, Bill really knows is stuff and he is one of the the most genuine educators out there today in a sea full of podcasts covering the gamut of creative real estate investing topics with actionable steps we can take to make our real estate investing a success. Admittedly, the first few minutes of your podcast I couldn’t see where it was going and I was bored. Then BOOM! I was totally invested in the conversation. I appreciate the step by step methods to making offers and now you have a new subscriber!

I read some of the 1star reviews and just needed to respond. I started listen a couple months ago. Yes the guys tend to banter but they always mix in solid nuggets. I have seen other “gurus” charge a significant amount of money for these nuggets that Bill and Pete give away for FREE on each podcast. So the way I see it is I can sit back, laugh a little during their bantering and pick up nuggets along the way OR I can go pay for it and get straight to the meat of it. So I do both. I buy info to dig into and use the podcast to pick up extra nuggets that may not be in the stuff I bought or maybe has been modified as technology changes or techniques improve. . Keep up the great work guys! I truly appreciate each and every free nugget.

I ran across Flipping Houses for Rookies due to my interest in learning how to flip houses. I am a single mother wanting to build wealth for my family, and real estate is one of the avenues to do so. At the time, there were about 164 Podcasts, and I was like Wow!! I think I may have hit the jackpot of information! I started with Episode 164, because that was the most recent episode that was available. I kid you not, it laid out step-by-step what you need to do in order to get started in laymans terms!!!! It also provided guidance to some of the other podcasts that would provide more detailed information for each step. Bill and Pete both have very big personalities, which makes the information very interesting to listen too! I've began downloading the free stuff (which is amazing by the way), and will begin using this information to help me better the lives of my family. I absolutely recommend this series of Podcast to everyone interested in learning more about flipping houses!!

Listening to Bill and Pete are a great duo of teacher and student. I just started listening to these podcasts about a week ago but these have been simply amazing. The in sight that is provided has me ready to hit the ground running with investing into real estate. I listen to this podcast on my long drive to work and back. Very informative and Bill brings up excellent ideas and points I never would have thought if. He shows you different ways you can invest without having much money. Along with the free stuff on his website, you can learn more than enough to get started in the real estate world.

There are so many sources out there for flipping houses but Bill is my go to for education. I look forward to each weeks podcast and learning something new!

I had bought 2 houses from the podcast alone. Tons of information. Includes tactics, mindset and lots of math to ensure your understand to make a deal. About a year ago I decided to dip my toe into real estate investing after setting up my first two rental properties and working with a local flipping group (swinging a hammer). Since then I've been consuming all of the educational material I can find in my free time. Out of everything I've read/watched/studied this podcast as been the most straight forward and useful collection of information I have found! It's no BS. It's no fluff to push you to buy something or leave you hanging on info. They give you the facts, and then explain why and how you use them. Bills savy, yet simple strategies for finding, obtaining and selling investment properties are outstanding. He seems to follow the “K.I.S.S” (keep it simple stupid) formula. We have listened to almost every one of the 152 podcasts Bill and Pete put out, some multiple times, and one thing is consistent. They seem to always talk about the same subject, the different ways to buy and sell real estate. Bill Hawthorn is the real deal! He's not like other real estate gurus. Bill actually wants you to make money selling houses! Also he answers his emails!
