And the records they mention don’t even count the vig. They even count teasers at +100. Would be a 1 star but fezzik is good on this show.

They grade every bet at even odds (it’s the “Even Money” podcast, I get it) — but the grading system provides a misleading success rate. I tracked both Ross and Fez through the entire 2023 NFL season and playoffs. Following the SB, Ross claimed he was “up 7 units” for the year. In actuality, when taking the vig into account, Ross was *down 17 units*. Fez was allegedly “up 32.3 units”, but with the vig Fez was *up 19 units* (which is good!). So, lesson is, don’t take Ross’ picks too seriously. Fez is truly a pro, so he has earned his credibility. Fez occasionally acknowledges they don’t take the vig into account, but, casual listeners are getting a misleading account of how good these picks really are.

No betting advice will ever be truly accurate but this is actually better than most Maybe some more winners this year though LOL

So Ross is just teasing every single possible combination of teams. Factorial? This is dumb. With the juice there is no way he’s made a profit this year.

I think Ross is starting to become aware that the teasers are lame and with good reason. It’s a shame, I like Ross and this used to be a great podcast but it’s at a point with this show where Steve doesn’t commit to any picks and instead just leans once in a while and does wayyyy too many teasers to pad his unit numbers. Teasers aren’t remotely impressive and not what you listen to an nfl betting podcast for.

I first heard Ross as a guest on The Dan Patrick Show, and would always watch the YouTube clip, if I missed a DP Shoe appearance. Then I started hearing him doing games on the radio on weekends, and he was terrific. Now I’ve been introduced to podcasts on Spotify — and I’m glad to see Ross is active here, too. Who says “Nice guys finish last?” Not in this case, anyway. Keep up the good work!

I’ve listened to a lot of sports betting podcasts and none of them have the balance of a professional bettor and former NFL player like Steve & Ross. Great perspectives, great analysis, great chemistry. And most importantly, these guys are winners!

Been listening to Ross and Steve well before legalized gambling in AZ. These guys know things that non-pros just don’t know. Actionable info in a 30 minute short format. And Ross is really good on Westwood One game calls. Keep up the good work.

The fellas have informed and well thought out reasons for selections. Pace is good and accountability is there too. Ross got a little carried away when he referred to the replacement guest as “the great” so and so.

This is my third year listening to the even money podcast. Thanks to the comprehensive review of ever game and different betting angles, I’m now able to anticipate line moves and have more confidence in my own picks. The show drew me in for the weekly insight, but I listen every Tuesday to hear the colorful banter between Ross and Steve. Keep it up guys!

I’ve been betting NFL for 20 years and losing for 20 years. In the past 6 weeks since listening to this podcast and one other I have gone 9-3-2. I also hit a 6 team parlay!! These guys have opened up my eyes to a different way of looking at NFL betting. I love the analysis and the flow of the show! Great job guys keep up the great work. And thank you!

Love the fact that the show reviews the prior week picks before talking about the current week along with tracking their season record for total units bet up or down. Hearing Steve Fezzik talk about his bets from the prospective of a professional gambler is also unique to the podcast.

Steve, a sports betting professional, and Ross break down each game and give you their opinion as if they were betting their own money on the game today. Love it when they agree and it’s a “best bet”.

Gone stale and boring now, pass, pass, lean, pass, teaser, pass, lean. No great insights anymore Updated. Too many product placements.

Listening to this show is one long test of patience. People started listening to podcast because they were sick of local radio constantly pushing commercials down their throats! Well if you missed having that you have this guy plugging every shameless sponsor who offers him money. This show is A really hard listen! More ads than picks but good content

Love the content, stop selling out to ads Ross. I understand a few, but cmon man!

In the NFL week five podcast, they actually claimed , that despite having a leg that was a loss, because another tied it’s a push and they lost nothing. Where are these guys wagering? On a playground? Lost all respect. Won’t listen again.

I want to support the show. However, listening to Steve is difficult. His audio sounds horrible. Get him a professional mic.

Steve sells picks for living. Because everyone knows he’s a fraud. Imagine giving some a show because they won some pick pool 10 years ago. Please stop supporting this crook.

This is a must listen to anyone who is gambling on NFL games and wanting to do it smart! It’s quick and to the point with great advice from the best in the business !

Old dude throws out random trash hot takes without any explanation

Dear Ross I’ve been a long time follower , supporter and I absolutely love your work. From the beginning way back in the day, we could all see the potential. Anyways it would be a treasure if we can get our man Mr. Steve to share with us how he manages his week to week NFL power rankings. Even briefly with a few pointers so that we can manage the season. Again thank you in advance for all your hard work and always give our best to STEVE, thank you for sharing. Love your work EDWARD

BEST. SPORTS. PODCAST. PERIOD. Ross and Steve need there own segment on Sports Center or something. Absolutely the most informative, and engaging podcast to date. Very down to earth, and interactive with fans. Couldn’t ask for me. I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews because let’s be honest, people only ever read the bad ones. But coming from an honest person, you won’t regret a second of watching this podcast.

Not only do Ross and Fezzik give their picks every week, which objectively has been profitable over the years, but you get an education on how to mathematically get an edge on the sportsbooks. Even Money has allowed me to start betting with my head and not with my heart, which has paid off.

I still feel like a 3rd grader listening to Steve’s advanced trigonometry class but feel much better placing NFL bets after listening to him.

Hey I wanna say if you can stand all these commercials it’s a good not great show but I had to get rid of all my podcasts with this guy he has so many commercials it really feels like they aren’t willing to meet the listener fifty fifty it became abusive.

Fezzik is the best out there. Best pod for betting tips. I’ve gotten my money up because of this pod!

I get so many great bets from Ross, Steve, and the rest of the crew here. Consistent content, one of the best out there.

If you want to just follow blindly what Steve does then you’ll probably do alright, but the guy doesn’t even like football. Hard to listen to if you care about the game and sports. It’s fine if you want to become a better bettor. If the point of the show is to draw in viewers then they should maybe make the podcast an hour long so it’s not half ads/recap of their previous week. I don’t think they do that because Steve doesn’t seem like he actually enjoys talking sports, which is fine, but it’s not fine if you want a show that centers around sports.

Fezzik is awesome and these guys know what they’re talking about but a 30 min podcast is essentially 15 mins of add reads, 10 mins of recap from last week telling us that they don’t calculate units correctly and almost zero analysis on the actual games and bets.

Good content but way too much advertising.

I hate to be a bummer in the reviews, but the content isn’t as good. If you’re looking for Teasers and entertainment it’s good. Some ok insight and perspective. But, too many teasers, leans, and passes for me.
