Guys, I understand wanting to be yourself, 12 year old boy humor and all, however, the reason I follow you both is because you present real, actionable situations and experiences IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER, AND THERE ARE NOT MANY OUT THERE that do this. Some may have great things, but I’m not going to sort through it to find it. Guys, these are your businesses! Unprofessional language gives the impression to me, anyway, that you’re really not so serious about what you’ve built, which is exponential. It shows a great level of self respect, in my mind, to continue being professional when the rest of the world would rather NOT set themselves apart and just be crap mouth all the time. If it changes, you’ve lost me, and that may not matter at all, and that’s ok. That said, I have shared out your stuff everywhere BECAUSE it’s professional, and that’s so hard to find, and I won’t put my name on a share that’s so off color you have to sift through to find the gold. You speak often about doing what you’re called to do, and myself being a follower of the calling I’m here for as well, I truly believe you are honoring your callings by holding to professionalism, because it honors what you’ve been put here to do. Be playful, yes, but please honor the charges you’ve been given, and treat your businesses like your businesses and your charge as your charge. Thank you for this opportunity to express my thoughts. There’s so much trash talk out there, guys; set yourselves apart from the rest and take the higher road, at least for your businesses and the charge you’ve been given to do them.

I have been listening to this podcast as I take my daily walks. Each podcast hits on something we are either going through or preparing us for what is next as we grow! And I love that!!! I always take notes on my phone as I listen! As she always inspires you to take messy action! Just start!

I really loved Lori’s show when I first started listening. Great guests . Now though I am finding two challenges. The first as many others have noted is too much time spent on ads pushing growthday. Suspect she has a contractual obligation to do this but it really takes a way from wanting to listen. The next is over the last little bit it seems that more and more when the guests speak Lori starts talking more than the guest does sharing her stories, her experience, her thoughts and you end up with very little from the guest. They become an after thought to what Lori has to say. Lately it seems all the time.( I’m not talking about guiding the interview which every host needs to do . I’m talking to the point that you want to shout ‘quiet lori let the guest speak’) Lori has a great voice for podcast, great attitude, great guests and the potential for a great show. She is intelligent, friendly, seems to truly care about her audience and wants to share all the best she has learned which is all good points for a podcast. A few tweaks with less ads, less lori talking more guest talking and it would really be through the roof fantastic!

Podcast used to have more beneficial information. Since she joined the network it’s over 50% ads. Even with fast forward it’s hard to find the main idea message.

I love this show and have been following Lori for a long time. There is always great content and makes me feel uplifted and motivated. The reason for the 4 stars is how much she pushes growth day at the beginning and end is too much. A 17 minute episode and 7 minutes are just an ad for Growth Day. It’s the same with Brendon Burchards show, I love the content but feel every break is to push you to spend money on growth day. I would actually probably be interested in it if it didn’t feel so forced.

Laurie always talks about how you become who you spend your most time with. Well, I don’t have a strong entrepreneurial tribe so I make sure I always hang out with her on Earn Your Happy. I never leave without encouragement and confidence to do the things I’m being called to do!!

I love Lori. She’s real, open, introspective and the interviews are stellar. Her interview with Seth Godin was everything. And her latest interview with Jennifer Cohen, Omg!! Ugg so many nuggets of wisdom! So much insight, just incredible. Thank you for this value, Lori!!

Lori is such a bright podcaster, that is giving us true motivation and help for those in business.. in bite sized pieces. Long podcasts can be great, but 10-20 min is much more easily digestible and not feel overwhelmed. Love her work and I look forward to her words of wisdom every single week!

I am pretty new to this podcast, and I absolutely love it! Lori is so authentic and I feel like we would be friends if I met her in person definitely worth a listen.

I Like most of the content, but a lot of the time I feel like her and her husband are just name dropping “cool” people they know. Maybe it’s the same ad playing over and over where she reiterates that she is friends with the Boss Babe girls. A little obnoxious, but overall I like most of the content

I have been listening to the Earn Your Happy podcast by Lori for years now. I just turned 25 and thought about it. Lori, you’ve been deserving of this review for quite some time but I usually listen while I work (I’m a Preschool Chef), so I never have the time. I finally made some today. I look forward to this podcast each week and multiple days per week, I listen to Chris’s podcast too, I consume this podcast and Chris’s so often I even get upset when you both have the same episodes on your podcast, and then click play- to listen to the episode again, lol. There’s seriously so so much value from hearing the topics you choose, from hearing how authentic and honest Lori is about her challenges, her mindset, her past, where she’s been and where she wants to go. I swear if you don’t listen to this podcast it’s seriously your loss. I couldn’t recommend it enough. This podcast is like a nice warm cup of hot chocolate on a cold night. I listen & I absorb the knowledge and I have been taking action for my freelancing business as well. It’s been all the encouragement and the tough conversations and I can honestly say I’ve become a better person overtime from listening to this podcast in combination with a few others. My goal some day is to meet Lori and Chris, you both seem so down to earth and kind. I don’t know the how, I don’t even care I just know that I will be able to join the mastermind some day! To b Generous, kind, thoughtful and having lots of awesome conversations with amazing people from all walks of life. I started listening to Lori after my breakup last year. I had left out of state to do some travel nursing and some self discovery. I stumbled upon her podcast and I’ve never looked back. I had the honor of meeting Lori at the bliss project back in 2018 and have been hooked to any and everything she puts out since! I listen to a podcast everyday because I always walk away with amazing words of wisdom that change how I look at the people, businesses, and daily challenges in my life. I’m grateful to get to take away bits of her advice after each podcast I listen to because it truly does impact how the rest of my day will look! To put it simply… this is an absolute MUST.

I really enjoy her subjects but half of the podcast is ads. Maybe if she put the ads in the beginning and not in the middle it would be more enjoyable.

I feel like majority of the content is ads. I just unfollowed bc I listened to the whole episode and in the beginning the same ad repeated twice. I’m in the gym listening trying to get value and I have to stop to pick up my phone and forward to the real content and even then I feel like it didn’t grab my attention bc the message was so short the next ad was within a few minutes and then the episode was over.

I’m in the process of opening my own practice in a few months and I have been devouring your podcast. I appreciate the shifts in mindset you spark in me and also the real-life tangible advice. Thank you for continuing to show up for us dreamers!

Love this podcast and that there are some episodes that are 10 min and give you a kick start for your day and some that are with a company founder telling their story. Lori brings positivity to every episode and I need this in my life!

I took a long, multi year hiatus from podcasts after having found myself addicted to them (I’m talking 30+ subscription — pure information overload). I’ve now got three shows saved, and this is one of them — though I am a return client, as Lori was among the first to interview Jen Sincero, which is how I first came across Earn Your Happy. The interviews are great — I always glean some insight I wasn’t expecting — and I love the balance Chris brings to the show when he joins it. Five stars is not enough; Lori, thanks for sharing your energy with us!

Love tuning into this podcast when I just need that burst of inspiration when things start to feel stagnant in my workday as a business owner. Lori is a great dichotomy of keeping it real and sharing what’s hard, but also a great source of positivity. Love hearing about a couple who works together (and loves it!).
