Most podcasts I listen to at 1.5x speed but I like this one a lot so I listen at normal speed.

This is podcast we’ve always loved, we love it don’t we? But it is something you’re hearing about more and more and people really are saying it. And Drew is a very big guy, bigger than me some might say. Where are Drew and David? Stand up, Drew. There they are. Beautiful.

... They need to bring back Marchman. David Roth is a fine writer and I enjoy his articles, but the Deadcasts have suffered since he replaced Marchman as Drew’s co-host. The format is always great, Funbag bit is solid as ever, but less tedious personal stories and constant strained attempts to be funny from Roth, please. EDIT: Roth has grown on me. There is at least one instance every episode where I actually GUFFAW at something he says.

Glad Magary and the Deadcast came back better than ever. I relate to Roth’s neuroses about life and the Mets and appreciate the hosts’ attitudes towards Boston. Needs more White Sox Minute updates. Five stars.

I've been listening for a couple of years and this show is the best. Perfect fusion of sports, politics, and farts.

Drew & Roth do good pod. Worth your time if you like sports talk.

When it had Marchman it was way better because he could keep Drew in check. Today, Drew did 15 minutes on his beach vacation...it was so bad...it was like listening to the podcast equivalent of your neighbors doing a slide projector presentation of their summer vacation. Dude did five minutes on wearing a “rash guard,” at the beach. This is not how we the empire. Pure. Dreck.

A must listen if you like deadspin or ironic (and often acerbic) hot takes on sports related issues. Plus, Drew and Roth are likeable self deprecating dudes who are articulate and often hilarious.

Roth was a great addition

Drew is a national treasure. Roth is shaping up nicely. This is top-of-the-line sports blather. Great for listening while making dinner.

Not that Marchman was bad (other than his takes), but Roth and Andy Magary (lol) have a really good chemistry. Super funny with legitimate information sprinkled throughout. Still waiting for Billy, Lauren, and Diana to join the cast though.

Magary and Marchman are smart and hilarious.

I've now made my way through the entire podcast catalogue. This is the funniest podcast with the great back and forth between Marchman and Drew. Does a good job ripping on sports media, while bringing uniquely fresh perspectives to such debates as "best bbq side". Must listen.

Marchman is a bigger douche than skip bayless and Dave Portnoy combined.

As a non-sports fan, I get all my sports news (to sound intelligent at parties) from deadspin because it’s extra snarky. Drew is my favorite writer so of course I listen to the podcast too!

Marchman has the worst takes it is possible to have and Drew just enables his idiocy. I just can't listen anymore.

Lindsey Adler’s baseball takes make all of Marchman’s takes look correct and well thought out Other than that you guys rule.

And his takes are even worse.

Content is as follows; Trump, politics, Trump, themselves, sports, Trump, sports. Repeat. I didn't even vote for the guy and it still gets old.

I always listen within the first 24 hours that a new episode is released. Episodes are ver funny and often informative. Like their website, Deadspin, the conversation starts with sports and eventually sprawls out into all kinds of directions. I enjoy it because I love sports, but also recognize how ridiculous and stupid sports can be as well. This podcast finds the balance between enjoying but not worshipping athletic organizations.

Marchman's takes are the worst, Drew's are almost always spot on. I don't even care about sports and this is one of my never-miss, favorite podcasts. Never go away again, guys. And more Funbag and ranking stupid stuff!

And I can't get enough. Horrible takes on air conditioning and Ron Howard. At least he likes Pulp Fiction...
