Nice, but is it meditation, or affirmations
I like it, I actually listen for the most part, but it’s really only 5-3 minutes of meditation and more talking before hand. Oh and the commercials a startling!!!

Seems like good info but …
There is a jolt once the meditation ends and a commercial begins. When the commercial starts the volume goes way up. It’s very loud, and it seems to me counterproductive for meditation. I don’t know if this is specific to this meditation podcast or it happens on others but if there’s anyway you could control the commercial volume that will keep me listening otherwise I’m not going to listen

Almost totally relaxing but
I love Mary’s calm voice and I’m happy for all her success with this podcast and her app, Sip and Om. I did enjoy this podcast for a while as it helped me achieve some level of calm to my day. The main issue is the ads and some misleading titles on episodes. For example, you’re 8 minutes into a 15 minute “meditation” episode of Mary rambling on about how you’re going to meditate in the episode, products and services to sign up for, and then at the tail end, your actual 5 minute meditation with music which can be distracting. Why all the prefacing? Cut to the chase.

My favorite meditation app
I’ve been using this podcast for my daily meditation for almost two years now and I’ve loved it and would recommend to anyone but lately I’ll just say my only complaint is these new ads… please don’t put ads in the middle of the podcast.. I’m in the zone and then a loud add interrupts me! Please put at beginning or end!! :) also seems like no actual meditation lately accompanied wth talking

Awesome podcast for sleep
I have adhd so I struggle to fall asleep or just calm myself down so I use this podcast cast to calm myself down at school when I feel overwhelmed or when I’m trying to fall asleep. Thank you💗💗💗

Get to the meditation
I prefer the premium meditations on the slumber app and affirmation pod by Josie Ong. This podcast you talk to much, its to quiet and not enough meditation

Leaves me wanting more (time for meditation)
I love learning about different ideologies and having a weekly focus, but so much of the podcast is an adfor the app that it’s about two minutes of meditation before it pops me into another podcast. I was also disappointed to hear her say to visit her social media pages for a picture of today’s mudra but those pages haven’t been updated since July.

The perfect meditation podcast!
So I'm new to meditation, so I tried to find a meditation podcast I liked. A LOT of other podcasts just do normal talking, and I cannot stand that, it doesn't really get me into a calm mood, and I always wear headphones while meditating so then I can hear, and I have no clue why people com0lain about the whispering, I know people have their opinion and stuff, but my opinion is that whispering is calming. And let me tell you, when I found this podcast, I was like "wow, her whispering is calming, I love the ambiance, and it helps me calm down, this is really nice!" Which is what I'm looking for in a meditation podcast. 5 stars! This is the best way for me to calm down. ¡Que tengas un buen año!

A necessary habit
To say this podcast helped me is an understatement. I’ve never been able to meditate, but after I had my first panic attack I needed to repair my mind and foster a healthy relationship with it. This podcast gave me that help, and continues to give me hope. Thank you for what you do. ❤️🙏

Great morning ritual
It's a great morning ritual to start of day listening to these podcast. This one is a bit differnt than others that I listen to in that it has weekly theme and each day of the week, the podcast focuses on a different practice for that theme. For example the weeks theme could be: Self-care, How to be Happier, Healing, etc.

Reinforces meditation practices
Really enjoy listening to these each morning before starting my day. I like to pair an episode with the breathing/reflect app on my iPhone. I usually do 5 minutes of each while listening to an episode to feel grounded and focused before I begin work. With the different themes each week, I learn from topics I wasn’t expecting to, while challenging myself to grow in meditation practices. This podcast is worth slowing down for.

i was going through a really hard time lately and i have felt a lot of stress from friendship issues and school. when i clicked the play button it felt like i entered a whole new world of peacefulness. i definitely recommend this podcast. also her voice is so calming <3

The whispering is so annoying
The whispering is so annoying, it’s like a tickle in your ear, even when you speed the podcast rate up. I wanted to listen to it as seemed it could beneficial, but I cannot endure her whispering. I wish she would reconsider not whispering and you can’t even hear her on maximum volume. Whispering is not necessary for a meditation podcast.

Perfect reset!
I have been listening to this podcast for years and enjoy it most right before bed. I don’t get to meditate often but this podcast has become a huge part of my sleep routine and I’m so thankful. I also like to listen in my car after a stressful day at work as a quick way to reset myself before I take on the rest of my day. Your voice and positivity are so soothing, thank you for what you do!

Peaceful guide

Half meditation half ads
Been a listener for years and I find slowly the host spends less time on meditation and more and more time on ads. The latest episode I listened to was 2/3 ads and talking with only 1/3 meditation, mind you it was only about 9 minutes long..

The Sweet Spot
I’m so glad I found this podcast. I have listened to many meditation podcasts and some are great and some are not. But this podcast is helpful, useful, pleasant and has a calming and guiding method I really love. I like the gentle instructions and her lilting and reassuring voice. Don’t change a thing!

At only 11 minutes long, I found myself listening to a sponsor plug at 6 minutes, and an Instagram plug at 8 minutes. Super hard to be centered for this meditation when I get sales pitches smack in the middle. This would be a great podcast if all that stuff was done in the first minute.

Mostly intro, very little actual meditation
This podcast has very little substance. It is mostly an intro with a couple of minutes of brief meditation at the end. The titles sound very intriguing so I was interested to utilize the meditations, but it’s literally 8 minutes of talking and 2-3 mins of guided meditation.

Wonderful & calming
I have discovered this Podcast during the pandemic and found it extremely helpful and calming. I needed something in addition to my Qi-gong practice that I also started, to keep me grounded and less anxious. These podcasts are short and simple, but very effective. I love the weekly themes and the topics are so relevant. Thank you so much for making these available to everyone.
