I love the episode where Jess took the lead! I understand not wanting to do it all the time but one here and there would be awesome, girl! Love you too Op!

I really enjoyed Jess as host. She did a great job and since the op is quicker on his his toes it just works. Very well done! Hoping Jess gets the opportunity to host more

The Jess led show was great! Not saying she and Op should permanently switch, but doing this more often would be fun. Loved it.

Last episode about op tryna be cool with all his ms 13 and “la raza 🤣🤡” gangs in Idaho, trying to impress this random black dude who can buy some weed from his Fortune 500 company baller friend threw me up in heeves. It’s so cringe, I’m melting.🫠 Jesus, Ken was right. You are desperate for anything a black man says to you, and to take IT as truth. That’s the most blatant act of stereotyping and racism ive ever came across. Hey op , maybe if you ask…and do the secret handshake, you can smell his body and you can absorb his coolness🙄. What is wrong with you …you are 50 years old man???

No matter what changes you make. I’m going to stand by you! I did have a hard time explaining to the family at dinner about the bruise on my forehead……I said, well you know how I trim our rose bushes, right……well some lady talked PAINFULLY SLOW about using the same kind of clippers and I bumped my head into our brick wall a couple times…….yeah I agree. Sounds dumb.

I’m not trying to malign anyone with this comment, please let that be known. Everyone involved in 11:59 Media, (who I’ve heard talk) seem like good people… but not all are good broadcasters. When this podcast popped on out of nowhere, I was annoyed that Crime Machine seemed to be gone. By halfway through the first episode, I was hooked! Maybe it was because of the nature of the call, as my mind was blown. If only this show could have kept the pace of the first handful of episodes, then it would have been amazing, and likely one of the biggest podcasts during the pandemic times… and quite possibly famous by now. Jack left well after the quality of the calls started going downhill, but once he left, the quality of the calls continued to suffer, so the witty funniness of Kent saved the show. Yes Sam, Kent saved the podcast. Sorry to be so blunt. Now Kent is off the show, and the replacement isn’t clever like Jack, or funny like Kent was. Sorry Jess. I’ve been listening since episode 1, and this was my favorite podcast for years, but I barely listen anymore. This makes me sad. You still get 3 stars though. I miss my favorite podcast :(

5 stars - Op 5 stars Kent sadly -9 stars Jess. I keep trying to still love the show but I have to skip forward when Jess talks. Not sure why you changed a good show. I am a subscriber to 1159 but am second guessing that decision.

I am 30+ episodes behind. I keep thinking I’ll try again. Yesterday after I finished an episode of another podcast, this one started auto playing and after about 5 minutes of Op and Jess I had to turn it off. It was my favorite podcast at one time but it’s lost everything that was special about it.

Hey Op, love the show. It was great with Jack, wonderful with Kent, and I love the dry kinda sarcastic awkwardness that Jess brings to the show now. I’m an 11:59 patron and I’m wondering how to chat with y’all and how to see video stream and all that fun stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work guys. I’m a stay at home father of four kiddos (7, 5, 3 and 1), and you guys get me through the monotony, and sometimes darkness that no social life brings me. Jess talks with awkward pauses between most words, like she’s forcing words out. It’s hard to listen to. I was excited when they announced she was the new “co-host”, but it’s painful.

I have tried and tried to listen to this podcast as a fill in to my favotites but I just cannot. Sometimes it takes 20-25 minutes to even dig in to a story. They just are super random, in my opinion

Thought I didn’t like Op/Kent, but I can’t stand listening to Op/Jess. The operator humor is “gone” and instead I’m just left listening to what feels like Op speed dating

I was so happy to hear Jess think she caught tge OP…She misses every softball setup he’s ever thrown her on the whole “add funny”but thinks she got him this time when he’s not even into the call yet. She knows she’s slow right ?

Do not listen for new recipes or cooking ideas. However, one of my favorite podcast in general. The pain of whoever is having to sit there with “the Operator” is palpable and makes the silence hilarious.

Love it when Sam 1.0 is on the show!! He has the younger generational perspective. And I love when you make fun of Aaron manky 🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️

I started off with the free stuffs and it did not take long before I was pulling money out of the seat cushions to get the pure uncut product and now I can't stop. I love the random rants, no topic is too taboo (I put it on when I am driving mom around just to see/hear her reactions) She's a Seventh Day Adventist. She lols between gasps. You guys are witty and hilarious! I also love the funny voices. Anyhoo. I am fixing up mom's 100+ year old house and you guys help keep my mind focused and give it lots to think on whilst I am demoing sp? and figuring out how to rebuild her bathroom and kitchen. This is a five star show if you want a par of social relationship with the host to a really nice people to listen to in all eras of the show The show often falls into kind of blind support for the police in the status quo institutions, which could be frustrating, so if you’re looking for an abolitionist podcast, or even a reformist podcast, this generally isn’t it. Each episode starts with a lot of talk, then plays a generally horrifying 911 call and breaks it down. And then they usually play a more fun 911. Call and talk about that. And then there’s a sweet ending with Sweet music. That’s the whole show.

Jess is boring and Op is annoying. Bring Kent back.

Not every 911 operator is combative. Stop with the over dramatization of everything. Just report the facts. K.I.S.S. What’s with all the hypothesizing with random questions.? You don’t have to make up irreverent questions to sound relevant. Calling the 911 caller., sweetie and daring IS DIFFUSING THE SITUATION . Good grief.

You guys make my workday go by so much faster. So what if my coworkers think I’m a total weirdo because I have random fits of laughter?

No matter who you choose to be (Sam or Op) I just love you. I’ve been a listener from the beginning and while I’ve loved all the side kicks from Jack, to Kent and now Jess, I am here for you! I love your sense of humor, laughter even at times when some would think inappropriate, and over abundance of information on a rather random small detail. I look forward to hearing an episode and going down the rabbit hole. Please don’t ever consider passing this off to anyone else, it would never be the same without you. Hugs.

Dude, that review left by Merowee or whatever is is that she calls herself..(I reversed this podcast a ton of times and still don’t know), is unnecessary. Maybe if she put some time into listening to this podcast, she would understand that the banter in the beginning is just part of the podcast. I like it. I think this chic needs to keep her opinions to herself unless they’re actually helpful. People make their livings off the stars that they’re getting and for someone to give a one star on such a lame review? She doesn’t want to hear the talking in the beginning and real 911 fans don’t want to hear Meriweeners crappy and self seeking reviews, either. Go jump off a bridge. Or something entertaining. I feel like I’m with my people. You guys always make me laugh. Especially when Kent gets irritated at your questions OP and sighs disgustingly, “What?!” I can pretty much tell now when you’re sneaking an ad in too. You’ll have to get sneakier. Love you guys 🤗

If Jess could relax and talk as though she was hanging out with friends, it would feel more natural. As of now, it feels like she struggles to speak one word. Relax, we’re all here to hangout. Everything that involves The Operator, Jack Luna, and Kent Chungus is my favorite. Like music to my ear balls. If you like listening to Kent and OP, check out “The Neverdaily Podcast” and “True Crime Kent” You can’t go wrong. Soup soup.
