Love this podcast so much, Rag and Sponge kept me going when it aired the first time and when it came back I was so psyched lol. I’m a cleaner too and feel the love. Wish they’d make some more episodes but if they don’t its ok. I hope it means they’re doing good!

Rag and Sponge kept me company and sane through long lonely hours cleaning houses and custodian work. Loved hearing people my age in similar situations and they’re new episodes are great. Pull up to the Bumper always worked to get me motivated to clean and not worry so much.

These not-so-anonymous maids are the intersectional heroes we need— they effortless blend insider gossip w proletariat solidarity, cool kid queerdo vibes w everyman positivity— in a way that’s inclusive, clever and most of all, hilarious. This podcast isn’t just a distraction from the nastiness of the Trump era — it’s a way forward. Please keep making episodes!!

Listened to “the Rhianna of Maids” episode & found these maids thoroughly entertaining. Since the show is set in NYC I found their knowledge of country singers unnerving in a good way, and the background music was so unexpected I kept unconsciously looking around for music from other noisy cars that I thought were sneaking up on me, so that was unnerving in a bad way. Mainly this podcast definitely motivated to clean my house, so...mission accomplished!

I don't know what has taken me so long to write a review when I've been listening to this podcast for awhile… I have only one complaint, I find the content so fun & so extremely entertaining (including the subtle yet killer music production!!!) I get sad when the episode comes to an end!! lol it's true!! I love Sponge & Rag so much, their commentary/observations are the absolute best. xoxo
