Get Your Hopes Up is my favorite faith-based podcast! It’s so relatable and I appreciate Christy’s willingness to share her personal stories. God is constantly speaking through her. I’d love multiple episodes per week - it’s just so good!

And you used an example of trying to work with your daughter at home. This paralleled my life so deeply that I burst into tears. Thank you for speaking it out loud. It has given me permission to re-vamp my schedule for her stay home days. I know it will be better for our relationship AND for my sanity (which helps out everyone 😍) thank you! Absolutely loving the new podcast! A friend suggested it and it has not disappointed. I feel like a friend is in the car with me, giving me a pep talk on my commute.

Christy I started listening to your show back when you were still with the Ramsey network. I am a mail carrier and I will never forget the day I was listening to your show in my mail truck and you were talking about faith and asking what is that one thing you’ve given up on? Do you have faith to ask God just one more time? I know right where I was on my route when I heard this! The spirit hit me right then stronger than it ever had in my life! It struck my heart with a such a strong tangible force and spread to my head and throughout my limbs as I thought of the one thing I’d given up on. I wanted to have a baby! After 8 and a half years with no success I’d given up. But after this experience I fasted and asked half heartedly one more time if God wanted me to have a baby could he help me to be able to get pregnant. A month later I got the positive pregnancy test! It was a miracle!!! I almost feel like that intense feeling I had while listening was God healing my body to be able to have my sweet baby boy! Thank you for your faith and example. Thank you for your fire for God! You light mine every time I’m listening and I hope to be just as on fire for Him as you are some day!
